I paid $21 for this, and it is nowhere near a decent portion of noodles meat or anything else. I paid an extra 295 for one slice of meat. This should be full for $21. It was ok. I got the a12 salmon appetizer and it was very odd tasting not like rotten just odd. Then I got the 17 ramen which was so very bland. I put so much soy sauce and chilli powder in it to give it something and it just was not it. The service was ok also. My waitress just acted like she didn't even want to be there and there was some random worker sitting at a table with his volume all the way up watching videos. But the vibe in there was good. I have been craving ramen for weeks now and finally stopped by to get my fix! I'm still newish to the area so I took a chance and I do not regret it. The ramen was absolutely delicious! The spot is busy but the service is fast and the food came out quickly. The wait staff were amazing. The shrimp was nice and crispy even when briefly dipped in the ramen. 10/10 recommend. Wow!! I came here upon recommendation from a friend and I loved it! We walked in to a calm and peaceful environment, with AWESOME lighting (if you want those cute aesthetic pics). We were seated and our waiter came within minutes, and had such a great personality! Don't even get me started on the food omg. Enjoyed myself well enough here. Drink options have improved, and so has the menus and it's options since my last visit. We had ramen of course and some appetizers. Sho Chiku Bai Sake. I was so glad there was a new ramen place near by. Otsuka Ramen & Bar did NOT disappoint. The décor inside is just like a ramen pub you'd find in Japan. A trendy and cozy atmosphere. The staff are kind and hospitable. They refill your drinks and are attentive to your orders. Everything they cook is homemade, fresh and piping hot when it arrives at your table. Otsuka has a great variety of appetizers, ramen bowls and sushi platters. They don't have a lot of rice bowls to choose from, though. Otsuka Ramen & Bar has some tough competition with Mai Asian Box and Pho Central on the same street. I hope these guys stay in business, because I'd love to be a regular customer. read more

I got the 'otsuka bun'. It is NOT a steamed bun Iike you would find elsewhere. It is utterly disgusting, and Not anything like the menu description. It was a flat piece of steamed bun with a fatty piece of meat and A DILL PICKLE, folded like a mini sandwich. I tasted so bad, I spit it out.
