I really enjoyed the food here. I am vegetarian, and the tofu summer rolls they offer as well as the tofu pho soup are delicious. I like especially that the tofu pho soup does not have carrots and broccoli in it. It is just a simple delicious soup with tofu, green onion I believe, the noodles, and a wonderful broth. I thought maybe the size of the tofu pieces could have been cut in half that came with the soup, in order to let the tofu marinate from the soup flavors easier, but even that is very minor. The amount of tofu in the soup was perfect though. The garnish dish of lime, sprouts, and hot peppers was a nice touch too, just like you would see at other pho places. Even though the atmosphere is quaint, it was also stylish. I even liked the serving plates, bowls, and spoons. normally I don't even notice those things. Service was also very good I thought. Came here with two friends and they also enjoyed their meals, and they are not vegetarian. read more

Their pho soup flavor is good but the meat is kinda fishy(suspect). I used to order food from them all the time, the problem is consistency. One day meat is chewy and inedible, one day meatball tastes like feet, other days meat is good. Bahmi sandwiches were good though. I stopped eating at this place. read more

Ordered pick up, food was good, service are professional and solid for COVID19 and the owner/ worker was friendly and humble. I ordered pho and pork banh mi. Both are really good although I wish the pork banh mi is less fatty. The service during COVID 19 is solid: they lock the door, you have to call the number on the door and the worker will bring food out. My parents and I ate here yesterday. We ordered tofu summer rolls, shrimp pho with chicken broth, vegetarian pho, special combination rice, and FRESH lemonade. We loved everything. Food was fresh, fast and delicious. We went on a Wednesday evening and there was no wait. Great for us, but maybe it will get busier as more people find out about this place. My dad made a big deal about asking if the lemonade was *fresh* so I think the owner made it by hand. I have no idea if that is standard haha. When you come in, you put the order in yourself in a little tablet. That was quick and easy enough. Plenty of parking. Service was great and the owner made sure we enjoyed everything. They have this special pho that no other place has. Ask about it. I've been to this place so many times now and the service and the food has been consistently excellent. I especially Love the modern interior and the pre pay system. There are number of machines in there where you can order what you want through the touch screen then you would take a number and sit down. I assume the "Bytes" part comes from the two touch screens they have for ordering if you prefer that method. I just spoke to someone behind the cash register and she took my order, since it was my first rodeo there. So, essentially, this is an order-then-seated (I was told to pick my spot) kind of place, where there are three ordering channels. Everywhere inside is clean - the bathrooms were particularly clean. Usually, I don't expect much in terms of ambiance, customer service, and cleanliness when it comes to good pho, but this place hit all the spots--bravo, Pho Bytes. Also, I got their specialty--the ginger tenderized beef pho, with additional noodles and meat; I eat like a whole family, and the resulting amount was just right. I was in the mood for Vietnamese and found Pho Bytes on Uber Eats. I had fried spring rolls, summer rolls and lemongrass chicken with vermicelli. Everything was very good and tasty. This place has really improved in the last year. I wasn't too sure about them when they first changed ownership but it's great now! They now offer bahn mi, and something called a crispy crepe roll. They have egg coffee and some other stuff that the old menu didn't have. We mostly had pho, excellent just like last time, and one of us had lemongrass chicken. Everything was great. I recommend the crispy crepe roll, it's like a summer roll with lots of vegetables inside, briefly crisped in oil. Much healthier than an egg roll and just as tasty. They are now seating in the (large) dining area, and everything complies with health requirements, with staff wearing masks, and they bring a decanter of water to the table and glasses with lots of ice. This reduces contact from refilling drinks. I feel very safe dining in here, and we will return soon. read more

Had a bahn mi sandwich to go and it was very good. The baguette they used was spot on especially (crunchy shell yet soft and chewy inside). I'm a vegetarian that is always on the hunt for good veggie pho. This place does justice. The broth is flavorful, plenty of tofu and veggies. The bowl of pho is also generous in size. If you like your pho spicy, ask for the chili paste with lemongrass. The other two items we ordered were the tofu spring rolls and tofu sandwich, both are good. For drinks, try the traditional Vietnamese ice coffee and the expresso with egg yolk and condensed milk (creamy and delicious). We live about 40-45 minutes away but we will be back!
