    Pandan coconut egg coffee

Pretty restaurant and like that you can pay with the QR code at the table! Stone bowl signature pho - the noodles are flatter and also harder than regular pho noodles. Not the biggest fan of that. The soup itself though was pretty good and flavorful but less strong than I was hoping. Serving size is large and the New York strip steak was cut nice and thin while still being very tender and very yummy! 3/5 Pork belly banh mi - pork belly is very crispy and still good. I like that the veggies are pickled but could be slightly more pickled. I feel like it's too much bread or needs more pate since I didn't really taste it and it's so dry as I ate. My fiancé liked it but I wasn't the biggest fan 2.5/5 Pandan coconut egg coffee - Pandan flavored comes through pretty well! It's sweet foam with bitter coffee and matches well together! I liked it 3.25/5

We had the beef pho and it was rich and flavorful with plenty of tender meat and noodles. The chicken banh mi was fresh and well‑balanced with crisp veggies and savory meat, and the sauce tied it all together. I liked the bun/baguette as well. The star of the show though was the pandan coconut egg coffee, a very unique twist on Vietnamese coffee. It was smooth, creamy, and had an interesting tropical flavor that went welll with the meal. Service was friendly and attentive, and our food came out in good time. The atmosphere is casual, and I appreciated the sanitizer on the table for cleanliness.

    Grilled Pork with rice

Our group of 10 went to Pho Towda for an early dinner on a Saturday night. Luckily, it wasn't busy, and we were seated right away. The ambiance is modern, clean, and welcoming, with lots of plants that give the space a warm, inviting vibe. We ordered a mix of appetizers and mains: spring rolls, dumplings, two Signature Stone Bowl Phos, several regular phos, and one grilled pork with rice. The spring rolls and dumplings were both fresh and flavorful. The stone bowl pho came with boiling broth and tender beef served on the side, which was a fun and unique touch. However, it's noticeably more expensive than the regular pho. Unlike many other pho restaurants, this place only offers one size for their pho bowls. The portions felt a bit small for the price, and while the broth was good, it leaned slightly on the bland side. On the plus side, the bean sprouts and basil were very fresh. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall, Pho Towda is a solid place for a comforting bowl of pho in a relaxed setting. We will probably come back again.

    Ginger rare steak pho

It's a frigidly cold weekend in NOVA and since we happened to be near Pho Towda, we decided to try it. I'm glad we did! Flavorful ginger rare steak pho that quickly warmed our souls, coupled with friendly and attentive service. Most pho places don't seem to prioritize ambiance, but Pho Towda does it right with modern decor and beautiful real plants. We'll be back!

Pho Towda is better than your average pho place with a price premium. We started with the garden roll with shrimp which had a sweet dipping sauce. I especially liked the rare ginger beef pho which had a nice soft texture with hints of ginger. Tasted the meats of the personalized pho with flank, steak and brisket which seemed similar to other pho places. However, the broth made a difference compared to other pho places. Service was quick and efficient with a modern and clean environment. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area!

    Cold cut banh mi

I only came here for the banh mi and got the grilled pork and cold cut. The meat filling is sparse, but what meat I could taste was pretty decent. I definitely think the cold cut tasted better than the grilled pork. I was really disappointed by the vegetables which weren't even pickled and tasted like sugar. Bread was crunchy and was okay. Maybe it was an off day but the banh mi wasn't good and likely will try elsewhere for my next craving.

Love this modern pho restaurant! Decor and design is so beautiful. So many plants all over the whole restaurant making it feel so natural. The pho & summer rolls were super delicious and filling. The drinks we had (Ube Coconut Coffee iced & Thai Iced Tea) were not only very tasty but aesthetic as well! The service was quick as we were the first customers there when they opened at 11am. The few things I noticed that are super minor and may have been due to us being there early. They didn't serve bean sprouts, limes, and jalapeños with our pho. They also only gave one napkin each (I prefer to have plenty when eating spicy soup!) and no plates for us to share the summer rolls appetizer, just the small plate it was served on. Again, super minor things I noticed but I'd still return again for their delicious food! 4/5 stars highly recommend!

    Banh khot

This place was an experience You have to get the Stone bowl pho. They used season ny strip. It flavors the broth so much. This is so good. My wife thinks this pho is better than her pho. She's never said that before. She said she's never gonna cook pho again cause she can just come here. Best banh khot ive ever had. Perfectly crispy. Love how they put an eggroll inside the spring roll, same way my mom does. Nhan was amazing! Awesome service.

When I'm in the area I love to grab pho to go to enjoy with the family for dinner and on this occasion I came to Pho Towda. Placing an order was easy via their touchscreen ordering POS in the dining room and service was friendly getting my order together for me. I ordered 3 chicken pho with an extra broth. It took them about 15 mins to get the order ready for me. The chicken and veggies were all fresh. The broth was tasty and nicely seasoned with not too much visible oil in it. The family loved the food! Definitely would return!

Accidentally found Pho Towda while in the area, and it might be our new favorite spot. The Signature bowl and broth were amazing--rich, flavorful, and stayed hot the entire time thanks to the bowl. The Iced Ube coffee was also incredible and a must-try. We even got to chat with the owner, who was so kind and welcoming. We'll definitely be back again soon!

    Pork belly banh mi

If you want straight up pho, there are other places in the area that I think are better, and you'll have a wider selection elsewhere. The banh mi was pretty good, but maybe a bit expensive for what I got. We came for a late lunch (1pm) on a Saturday and the place was crowded. After we had been seated for a few minutes, there were a few groups of people waiting for tables. So, this place is popular and the food is pretty good, but I've had better pho and I'm guessing I can find a better banh mi as well. I had the Personal Palette Pho and Pork belly Banh Mi. My dining partner had the Chicken Pho. The personal palette pho came with a selection of 3 proteins (from among steak (which I think is eye round), meatballs, brisket, flank, and tendon). I choose steak/brisket/flank. The broth was very flavorful and the beef was meaty. All the noodles were of one type and thin. At other places, you'll find slightly larger/wider noodles and/or a mix of noodle sizes, but the thinness of the noodles here made them feel a bit too soft and soggy. Table condiments included Huy Fong Sriracha and an unknown brand of Hoisin sauce. As for the banh mi, the baguette was crispy on the outside with a soft interior. When biting into it, the outside easily collapsed and crumbled into innumerable crusty bits. The pork belly was tasty with the fat rendered to a sweet stickiness. While it was really good, I felt the filling portion was on the small side. There was too much bread to filling. We asked about the two different prices for the sandwiches and the server said they are for a smaller round bun vs. the larger baguette. The chicken pho was fine. It came in the same broth as the beef pho with large thin slices of white meat chicken. Unless you have something particular against having beef in your pho, I recommend just getting a beef one and skipping the chicken. As I mentioned at the beginning, the pho selection here is pretty limited. And for what you get, you're better off going to one of the other pho places in the Chantilly/western Fairfax area. You'll have just as good flavor, probably a slightly larger serving, and more meat selection. I'll probably seek out another banh mi place before coming back here as well.

5 stars = repeat spot TL;DR: banhmi was soooo good When you come in, you get hit with a wave of delicious food smells. You can wait to be seated or you can order a pick-up order at the kiosk at the front. FOOD: ~Thai iced tea (3/5): tea tasted a little burnt ~Savory crispy eggrolls (3/5): nice and crispy, but filling was a little lacking ~TD signature rolls (5/5): grilled pork, veggies, and an eggroll rolled up in rice paper - SO delicious and unique ~Garden rolls (3/5): standard roll. It was a little loosely rolled, so fell apart ~Personal palette pho (3/5): broth flavor was very light ~Grilled pork banhmi (5/5): LOVED this banhmi. Pork is flavorful. Veggies are cut to the perfect thickness. The bread is so light and airy. Craveable ~Pork belly banhmi (3.9/5): really good portion of pork belly, but needed a little more seasoning/some pieces were tougher ~Cold cut banhmi (4/5): a nice refreshing alternative to their cooked meat banhmis. Overall, really tasty if you want a colder sandwich This is definitely my go-to spot for banh mi and those specialty rolls!

3.5 stars. Tried the pho and it was okay. The broth was not super flavorful but okay. And the pho selection is kind of limited. Overall an okay experience.
