A new pho spot in town featuring the wider Northern Vietnamese style noodles. The food was good overall, though nothing particularly standout, and the prices felt a bit expensive for what was offered. The service could use some refinement. We visited during the soft opening, and only the smaller dining area was open instead of the larger window seating section. While I understand they may have been limiting seating during the opening phase, using the larger area would have made the space feel less cramped. The staff also seemed to be struggling with managing the flow of service. We had to raise our hands several times to request items, which made us feel somewhat overlooked. Despite the large overall space, the layout does not seem very accommodating for strollers or larger groups.

I kept hearing so much about Pho Thin on social media, so had to stop by when I was in the area. I visited during their soft opening, so the menu and hours were limited. I expected to have a long wait, but we were seated pretty quickly. The hostess was so kind to seat us in an area that could accommodate our stroller. This restaurant is much bigger than most pho restaurants I've visited, so there are lots of tables and even a bar area. The space is clean, large, and echos a bit, so noise feels amplified. I ordered the signature pho and also tried the fried bread sticks and egg rolls. The pho broth is delicious. The broth and style of pho noodles are different from what I usually have in Nova. The broth was piping hot and very savory, and the noodles are wide. The pho was especially good if you add the pickled garlic and peppers that are available at each table. The egg rolls were good, but the filling was a little dry. I do like that they used the rice paper I'll for the egg rolls skin. The fried breadsticks were ok - Interesting to dip in the pho, but didn't do much for me. The service was excellent. Staff regularly came to check on us and were happy to get us anything we needed. I would definitely return again, and look forward to trying their full menu.

Best pho in the DMV. Excellent customer service and lovely ambiance. Takes me back to Vietnam. The broth is most authentic and delicious!

Oh My Goodness. I do not think I've ever started a yelp review this way. I was blown away by Pho Thin. I absolutely love pho and could eat it every day. After hearing the hype, I went to try Pho Thin and was not disappointed. What makes Pho Thin unique is their method of stir frying the beef. I questioned this at first but realized this method adds a ton of flavor. I would definitely not go at peak times right now because they usually have an hour wait. This is understandable due to their soft opening phase. I went on a Sunday morning and had maybe a 10 minute wait. Inside was definitely a bit more fancy than your typical pho restaurant and was very clean. I have been craving it and will definitely be coming back soon with more friends.

Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. The broth and noodles are unique

Soft opening is always so exciting! We tried as much as we can from the signature pho to the classic, spring roll, summer roll and the ice coffee. Ambiance, service, food quality are all great! It is refreshing to have a new pho place in the area. The broth is light and flavorful. Some commented the meat in the signature was less than expected but not the case for the other pho. I am excited for the full opening and full menu. I highly recommend, the prices are definitely comparable!

A new and different (Northern style) pho spot. Still fairly new and therefore, several areas to improve upon. The pho comes out not boiling hot. Which is fine but any rare meat doesn't cook properly in the broth. Per the staff, noodles are made fresh daily and therefore that's why the noodles are in child-size pieces. Not sure fresh noodles are chopped up like this anywhere. The kitchen seems to be challenged to keeping up - expect a wait. Note - bean sprouts come steamed. On the positives, the meats are much better quality than normal pho restaurants. The stir fried beef special was unique. There was a decent amount of veggies in the bowl, but not as much as traditionally in Vietnam. The broth tastes clean but flavorful. Separately, like the bumpin house music playing! Word is certainly already out. We dined on a Tuesday night and it was packed.

I have been waiting to try out this place after hearing it will open in VA. This is their soft opening weekend and I'm surprised how busy it is. First it took about 30 minutes to get a table. I really like how open and airy the restaurant is. There are plenty of tables here. The staffs here all wear black so it's easier to ask them for help if you need. There is a person that take your order with the portable device. They only offer pho and a couple of appetizers only. No Entrees yet. As expected, it did take awhile to get the pho. So you will need to be patience. What I can tell is the broth is so rich and flavorful. I didn't even put hoisin because it's perfect. The meats are flavorful, not bland. Even their noodle is different here. Overall, I was not disappointed at all. I can see the Pho75 faithfuls might migrate across the street to here. My advice is if you do come here for the next month or so, be patience. If you are with a group of family members, bring Monopoly or something to kill time while you wait for your food. I want to try their Short Rib next time I'm back.

I really wanted to try this place because i had never had a Northern Style kind of Pho before. I am severely disappointed. I do NOT recommend coming! I got the P6 (Rare Ribeye, Fatty Brisket, Flank), now i understand that rare beef is indeed rare, but i also do know that when I've been given rare beef it cooks in the soup because the broth is HOT and the meat is thin. I noticed that there were two giant clumps of meat in the broth and thought it strange. As i began to eat it i thought the meat was chewy and tasted strange. Upon further looking the meat had almost binded together and honestly tasted BAD. My friend took a bite and said he was immediately sick / nauseous that the meat tasted past expiration date. That really ruined the meal for me and quite frankly the whole experience. The servers are every where and no where at the same time. It was a little tough/long to get the check. The things i did enjoy: *Pickled Garlic & Peppers on the side, they had a sweet brine to them not too vinegary it was refreshing? *How the green onion was cut and the amount of it in the soup! Great texture and went well with the meat (the edible one) *The restaurants' design. It's large with high ceilings and airy. Do the pros outweigh the cons? Absolutely not.

Not your typical Vietnamese pho restaurant, clean airy & nice ambiance. This is Northern style pho. We ordered the Pho Thin special, very good just wish the broth was hotter. Got the pho ga to go. Employees are professional nice & helpful.

Very oily and no tease of pho. More like hu tiếu more then pho. First time and last time. I don't why people are so crazy about this place. The waiters are so rude as soon as you fished they tried to kick you out of table. They don't deserve tips so no tips for them I paid for it it's not free Try to treat your customers better before you get tips

This place is seriously sooo good! The meat is incredibly soft and tender, like it just melts in your mouth. You can tell they use good quality cuts. The bone broth is the star, rich, flavorful, and super comforting without being too greasy. It has that deep, slow-cooked taste that makes pho really stand out. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the portion size was great too. I love how balanced the flavors are, you don't even need to add much because the broth is already perfect on its own. The service is also really good, friendly, fast, and attentive. The place is clean and well-kept, which makes the whole experience even better. They're still new, so please be a little patient with them as they are a bit short-staffed but they're doing an amazing job. Definitely one of my favorite pho spots now. If you're craving a good, authentic bowl of pho, this is the place. Highly recommend!

This was the newly served ice coffee portion. Overall, I paid full price but I doubt I got the full portion.

Our server seemed a bit impatient and abrupt when taking our order (we asked how many spring rolls come in each order, and added beef meatballs to one of our pho orders), but we were mainly there for the food. The space itself is roomy, casual and comfortable, with tables spaced and seated far enough apart to not feel crowded. We started with the pork and taro spring rolls, which came out hot, cut in half, and impressively crispy! (Just as a heads up so you don't get scolded like we did - the pork and taro spring rolls come with two per order, and the price for both is a great deal compared to most pho establishments!) For our mains, we ordered three pho bowls and one dry noodle dish. The pho arrived warm, and adding bean sprouts cooled it down further rather than cooking them through. The dry noodle dish, on the other hand, was excellent in flavor, though also not very hot - likely due to the fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber) mixed in. Overall, a solid, filling meal, even if the service and the temperature of the food could be improved.
