We were able to immediately get a table without a reservation and we were able to place our order and receive our food in a good amount of time. Good, authentic food. Just make sure to double-check your receipt. They make paying easy with tap, which is convenient. I've been here many times, but on one visit I ordered a drink and an appetizer that were never brought out. When it came time to pay, the server had the tap ready, and when I asked for a breakdown, I noticed I was still charged for the missing items. I also saw this happen to other tables that same day. I visited Pho 7 at Leesburg Pike with my family, and we ended up leaving immediately because of how uncomfortable the experience was. The older gentleman who seated us was extremely unwelcoming. His behavior felt rude and dismissive, and the lack of basic courtesy was very obvious. We enjoyed the food. Got the p.1 pho and the grilled chops and rice. Both were good. Service was ok. We didn't have any major issues, and it was busy when we went but the chops took a while and the veggies for the pho came a little late. Ordered the pho 7 special and fresh spring rolls. Unfortunately I felt that the pho broth was pretty weak and lacked flavor. Even after adding hoisin sauce and sriracha, it still fell short. I was in the Tyson's area and in the mood for pho so I did what I do best and that's search Yelp for options and decided to give this place a shot. It's located in a very busy strip mall and tucked away in a side area so if you weren't looking for it you'd never know it's there's. I was greeted and seated as soon as I entered and the food I ordered arrived quickly and was piping hot! I went w their combo pho minus the meatballs bc they didn't have "Gau" which I typically get when having pho (& this was actually the first pho restaurant I've been to that didn't have Gau now that I think about it ...) The pho was pretty tasty and the amount of meat and texture of the noodles were my favorite. Like many have mentioned the pho broth was not flavorful tasted watery they also didn't include tendon and tripe... for $20 dollars... it was extremely disappointing! Pho 7 is a great little place for pho.  The pho is flavorful with lots of fresh accompaniments, such as basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos and limes.  There are also sauces on the table you can add.  However, this is one of the tastiest broths we have encountered so far and we did not need to add much to our well done flank soup.  Pho 7 also has a full menu of other dishes you can order.  We sampled the summer rolls with shrimp and peanut sauce which were also very fresh.  The service is friendly and attentive and the dining room is comfortable and decorated with colorful murals.  Parking is very easy in the big lot off of Rte. 7.  The restaurant itself is located in a little alley way in the middle of the strip center where people like to sit on the Adirondak chairs and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.  Although the day was beautiful, I think the real treat was still to be had at a table inside the restaurant rather than in a lounge chair outside of it. read more

We were out on some errands in Tysons Corner and got really hungry but it was late. Most places were closed but not Pho 7! Thank God! We had a good meal there - large portions and a tasty dish, all around! You will find out why I gave this place only 2 stars at the end of my review! We both ordered the same thing - a rice vermicelli bowl (no rice, just vermicelli noodles). My spouse had beef and I had pork in mine. Other main ingredients were shrimp and - in a very interesting twist which I have never seen before - cut up pieces of fried egg roll. The other ingredients, mostly vegetables like carrots, onions, cucumbers, bean sprouts, were plentiful and fresh. The vinegar-y sauce was excellent. It was a very good dish and we both enjoyed it. I removed most of my bean sprouts but that is just personal preference - I just do not like bean sprouts AND THERE WERE A LOT OF BEAN SPROUTS IN THAT BOWL!!!! To be fair, the bowl was very filling and very tasty. I enjoyed it a lot! The dining room is nothing to speak of but, in this case, it does not matter, because the restaurant is in a strip shopping center and I did not expect a beautiful dining room - just some good food, which I got. The wait staff is adequately friendly. There is one thing though that I keep thinking about over and over. As I said, we were here late, like 9:30 pm, the end of their night. We were certainly the last people who came in for dinner. At the end of the night, this place takes its pho broth (which we did not have) and puts it into multiple big pickle buckets (the kind that people turn over to use as drums in urban areas, mostly around subway stations). There must have been 9 or 10 pickle buckets full of pho broth, just sitting on the floor of the restaurant, uncovered. This was not inside the kitchen but, rather, out in the dining area between where we were seated and the bathrooms - certainly a high traffic area. There were no lids on the buckets. The kitchen staff put a big industrial fan on the pickle buckets and turned it on. I asked what they were doing and the answer was that they were cooling the pho broth down so they could put it in the refrigerator overnight. I know that cannot meet health & safety standards. It certainly does not meet MY health & safety standards. I have never seen any other restaurant do this. I would have rated this restaurant higher than 2 stars except for this little pho cooling down thing. It made me wonder how long my food had sat out, uncovered and open to dirt and dust and whatever other stuff it can collect. Thank God I did not get the pho is all I can say. Pho 7 really has to find a better way of handling the food they serve to people. read more

Parking is huge as it shares with many other businesses! Inside was pretty clean and is pretty modern for a pho spot! We ordered the P#1 which included rare steak, meat balls, brisket, and tripe!! The broth was pretty good.... a little on the sweater side but pretty good! All the meats included were good, and the rice noodles were cooked very well! The only part I wasn't satisfied was that the portion was small!! I finished it really fast and was still hungry! After my bowl of pho, I ordered a rice plate with a pork chop, fried egg, grilled shrimp, grilled pork, fried tofu wrap/shrimp and an egg roll! I had a great bowl of pho here. Delicious broth, a full plate of leafy toppings, and meatballs (!!) included in the regular pho order. If you have a party larger than 6, there isn't a table big enough for everyone so you will have to be split up. Service was average, when they get busy there were only two guys taking orders and running food out. Only one pho size, a little smaller than most larges at Vietnamese restaurants around the area. Overall, the bun bo hue was average, flavorful with a decent amount of meat but less noodles. Finished my meal and it still didn't come out. I went up and told them to cancel it as I was paying. I think it's kinda funny how the tip options they have start at 18% and go up to 25 or 30%.
