We're from out-of-town and happen to drive by. Greeted by kind and patient staff. We took the Pho to-go and it was very presentable. The broth in separate containers and super hot. The condiments all provided and on side and greens in a bag. The flavor of the broth I'd give it a 5 though. We ate in the car unfortunately. After pouring the broth over one of the Pho packages and stirring it my wife picked up something white which turned out to be paper!! Yes, a large piece of paper which we deducted was the meat wrapping. We took it out but at that point those who were eating Pho hesitated to eat. We still ate them at the end. We got 2 steak Pho and one seafood. I felt they were pricey for the amount of meat you get. But maybe that's the going price. Certainly I've had better Pho before and at home. Always the best. I've been going here since they've opened and it is consistently high quality and delicious huge portions. My bowl of soup today was packed with chicken and it was delicious. I recommend their chicken pho to anyone who is not familiar with pho and wants to be introduced into Vietnamese food easily! Their sandwiches are also delicious and they have so many appetizer options. The employees are always super kind and helpful and take great care of this restaurant. It's always very clean, good smelling and their service is warm and welcoming. Feeling generous today giving them 3 stars the person that helped me was less than friendly I ordered the banh mi chicken with a fried egg it was edible but hardly authentic for one lettuce and some sort of dressing on it! WTF! Decent pho for decent prices. My wife and I were excited when we saw a new pho spot was opening in Renton - as the other locations are a little bit too shady for me. This spot is nice on the inside and feels welcoming. As for the pho, we got a large bowl which was absolutely massive. Definitely could've settled for the regular. The flavor is decent - but maybe missing that special broth flavor you can find elsewhere. A disappointing part was that we ordered extra veggies with each bowl for $3 a piece. The veggies they brought out were pretty pathetic, with 75% of it being lettuce. We basically paid $6 for some lettuce and carrots. The Pho here was perfection! I've gone to so many Pho spots in Seattle and Renton and this was by far the best. I had the veggie Pho with vegetarian broth and it was very good w/out Siracha and Hoisin sauce! I also have the spring rolls with their house made peanut sauce and by the grace of God I was so close to asking who is the house made the peanut sauce. That peanut sauce was so amazing! Only open for about 3 weeks. My husband and I live minutes away so it's great to have another pho spot to go to in Renton. Very nice inside. We were greeted with smiling faces. Then again, it's new so they weren't too busy. My husband is the type to order lots of food. So we ordered the spring rolls, spicy/garlic chicken wings it came with fries, 1 regular combo pho, 1 large brisket/tendon pho, and the short rib rice dish w/ 4 fried eggs. My husband enjoyed his pho. I wasn't too impressed with the broth so I added siracha and extra like. I usually don't add anything to my broth. I liked that the meat was cut thin and lots of it. Easy to eat and not busy chewing on a thick cut piece of meat. I've had pho where the meat was cut too thick. We both liked the spring roll. It was yummy and simple. I don't like a lot of basil in my rolls. Peanut sauce was the perfect consistency. The chicken wings were delicious. They were on the menu as an appetizer, but can be eaten as a meal on its own. Again, came with crinkle fries. Perfect meal for the kids. The chicken wings come in 3 different sauces each $1 more which I don't think you should pay for, but ok. Their prices, not mine. I didn't expect the short rib to come out on a sizzling cast iron platter which sat in a bed of grilled onions. The short rib was already cut up so all we had to do was pick and eat. Flavor was on point. Dish can easily be shared with another person depending how hungry you are. I would say you get about 3 to 4 whole shortribs. The salad that came with it was crisp and refreshing. Thinly sliced cabbage with a nice amount of dressing. Wasn't drowned in it. The 4 fried eggs were a little more well done than med done. Other places that fry our egg, our yoke still runs a bit like cheesy goodness when breaking it onto the rice. I also had their honeydew bubbletea. It was good, but a bit sweet to me. Whenever I see a nice clean looking pho place I get suspicious (Thank you Than Bros Broadway #TrustIssues) and this was is ran by Koreans. I had my doubts but the pho was good. The broth could have used a little more flavor to make it nomnomnom status. The large is a large bowl, not like a medium I see at some places lol. a little on the expensive side at $10 imo but that's how us Koreans do it . I also feel that $3 for extra meat was more than usual. I also got a grilled pork sandwich. It's tasty but I've had better (Pastures in Everett, WA if you want the best viet sandwiches).
