This place is like a slice of home. I used to go to a restaurant in my hometown and get broken rice plates. But ever since I left I haven't found a place that tastes the same. Alas! this place is so good the pho is good the wings are good the rice plates are good. This is a regular spot for us now. The food comes quick and the soup is so hot I love it! They would be 5 starts if they would take better housekeeping. Last time I went in the floors were so dirty with food everywhere. It was the weekend but dang. This is easily the best Pho spot I have ever been to. I have had a lot of pho in my time but this place takes the cake. I highly recommend sitting in or taking out. They also have good boba. This is our first time at Pho Binh Minh. The servers and owner were extremely friendly and courteous. I felt welcomed and appreciated. It is the only Pho place around that is opened on a Sunday. We were so pleased to be able to get our Pho fix on an actual Sunday. We ordered the steak pho, brisket pho, tofu sandwich, and veggie egg roll. All of the food was tasty and scrumptious. Everything I have had here is delicious!! Today I had my first Banh Mi, I ordered a delicious pork sandwich. The flavor was full with marinated vegetables, cilantro and perfectly flavored pork with a little heat on a crispy french styled bread. The outside was crisp and the inside was softer bread that had absorbed some of the sauce. This will not be my last Banh Mi!! Stopped in for lunch on a busy Father's Day and really enjoyed our meal! The steak pho had delicious broth served steaming hot and the steak was tender and flavorful. Banh Mi was also great with tender marinated pork and fresh ingredients as well as the bread is the key to any good sandwich. The garlic wings appetizer was perfectly made as well. It's a long drive out here for us but I'd happily make the trip out here just to eat here again. read more

We're so happy to have stumbled upon this wonderful Vietnamese restaurant so close to home. Since moving to the PNW from California, we have struggled to find restaurants with great food. This was a hit! We ordered the grilled pork bahn mi, steak and tendon pho, spicy oxtail ham specialty noodle soup, and some bubble tea. If you want Vietnamese in the maple valley area, this is your spot. Spring kitchen is aight, however the variety, quality, and broth here blows them out if the water. I have ordered different dishes, from vermicelli to pho to banh mi, it's all delicious and well made! Don't expect a ton of food for your money but their prices are not crazy. OMG this place is slay ASF. Went with the fam at first and then with the wife. With the fam i ordered some yum yum getcha some pho. This pho was extraterrestrial and i loved every minute of this alien soup going down my esophagus. I slurped and I burped and in 2 minutes a whole gallon bowl of pho was dissolving in my stomach acid. Okay, now the second time with my wifey, her name is Janelle. The food and flavor is authentic, out of every spot that I have been to in Washington for the last 24 years. Their BUN BO HUE is my favorite and I love coming here for it. PHO-nomenal. I grew up eating pho and though homemade is always best, this place really exceeded my expectations. We ordered the steak pho, steak/tripe/&tendon pho, grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli bowl and shrimp tempura. All were on point. The beef broth is packed with the type of flavor you get when simmering for hours, the cuts of meat used are *chefs kiss* wonderful--above any other joints in the surrounding areas, veggies are fresh, and to-go noodles weren't boiled down to a sticky mush. I felt pure joy with each bite and sip of broth taken knowing there's FINALLY a pho place that doesn't disappoint AND it's in MV.
