Chin-su user alert!! For the folks who are team sriracha for their pho.. just be warned, they have chin-su. Decided to come here for lunch with the girls. All of our first time here. It's a cute little restaurant that probably can fit about 20-30 folks? We got seated in a booth and quite honestly it felt a bit tight sitting two ppl on one side. We're not big girls nor stick figures so just a thought on considerations in regards to seating. We ordered 2 vermicelli bowls: a shrimp/chicken combo and a short rib one and one regular combo pho. The pho came out first, it wasn't piping hot as I would prefer it to be but it's ok I guess.. overall I think the broth was decent. I tried it prior to adding chin-su (I'm a sriracha girl..) I added chin-su and then it went from ok to sub par. Friend who ordered the shrimp/chicken bowl really liked it. Their fish sauce is served in a togo sauce container and placed within the bowl which is new to me. The friend who ordered the short rib one said she's had better. Overall service was good, broth could be hotter, pricing seems to be fair. I would like to see entities to get rid of booths just because if not maintained properly the seat cushions drop and flattens and that's how I felt about theirs. Very impressed! There are several, and I mean several Vietnamese restaurants all around Washington. Seattle especially...I've been to several and all are not bad. But when you find one with good everything, you don't mind driving the distance. I have several places right where I live, and they're okay. So after reading the rave reviews of this place about a 20 min drive from my house, I asked a friend who lives near this place to join me. While waiting for my friend, In comes the owner of my fave açaí smoothie bowls picking up lunch for her family. So I asked her is this place really good, and she stated she loves place. Seems like she's a regular because the owners knew her. Even the ladies who walked in right after me, the owner greeted them by name, and he said your regular table is available. Wow! I'm always impressed when the owners have good rapport with their patrons. When my friend arrived she told me she's been her twice, and really liked it. Ok, let me see if I'll like it since I'm really picky when it comes to flavor. So I ordered not my usual, but a combo rice plate, then to bring back to my family a few bahn mi to go. Let me tell you...everything was fantastic! Flavors spot on. As I was busy enjoying my meal, and deep conversation with my friend, the place became packed with people on their lunch break. Then after a while I looked up, and we were the only ones there still talking about life. As we decided to walk out, the owners who were having a lunch break at the time, stopped eating just to thank us for coming in. Lunch was on me, and after looking at the bill I told my friend I was shocked how inexpensive the food was. Both of us had combo meals with drinks, and they were huge plates of food, plus the three bahn mi's, the bill was around 60.00. To me that's a good price for large portions of tasty food. This place has the best chicken wings in all of Maple Valley! Their salt n pepper chicken wings are lightly dusted and fried perfectly! They have that crunch factor while still keeping the chicken juicy. The fish sauce wings are so full of flavor and satisfy your cravings for sweet and salty at the same time. Both types of wings are coated in crunchy fried garlic and come with sweet chili sauce. So excited to find this new Vietnamese noodle place. Only 6th months old and I can tell you I have already decided to come back for more. First of all the interior decoration is gorgeous. Yes, you can dine-in. The bathroom is clean. Secondly, the menu has a lot of selection and really thought out. (I found out from the owner). There are some dishes that other restaurants have, they didn't offer because they want to make sure what they are serving is fresh. Now about their food. We ordered the two specialty items on the menu. Bun Bo Hue and Oxtail plus ribs noodle soup. I can't really speak for the Hue because I don't eat pork but my wife she knows how to cook this at home and based on her feedbacks, this place is very good and very authentic. They also have loaded with oxtails and other ingredients. They do not have the pork feet or pork blood in it like the others. Remember I said the owner want to keep thing fresh. Those two items don't sit well for long term and would turn smelly. Myself had the very sweet broth oxtail and ribs. The meat just fell off the bone. I found at least 4 pieces of tail bones and 3 pieces of ribs in it. The owner has mentioned that she would add maybe more rib meat in it after I have told her that I could use more ribs. :) Honestly, both dishes are worth $18. I am looking forward to tryout the salt and pepper wings and beef pho next time. Hands down the best Pho I have had, anywhere. The place is small and cozy. Can't remember exactly which Pho I had, but I typically buy the brisket. We live 45 minutes away and I don't hesitate to drive here if I want Pho. read more

Excellent pho in Maple Valley! Beef pho was very good. Portion of the regular was plenty, the stock rich, noodles cooked perfectly, fresh veggies. The diamond shaped bowl was a little odd though it seemed to work just fine. The pork spring rolls were excellent, the peanut sauce was the perfect amount, and frankly some of the best out of any restaurant I have been too. The 4-star rating is because the ceramic soup spoon was "smaller" than normal, and not capable of holding enough soup per bite. It was also severely chipped and frankly I feel it should have been pulled from service (without a customer finding it). I am also not a fan of the house chopsticks. They are quite slippery (for me), I think I would have to use disposables next time. *Neither issue will stop me from going here again... 4/26/23 - UPDATE - Spoons changed to black plastic ones that hold more soup! Disposable bamboo chopsticks requested! This is my favorite Pho place in WA! read more

I love this place but there was something I noticed in a recent visit that bothered me. One of the workers had the same gloves on while sitting down holding/touching his phone. Then came out of the restroom with same gloves on. He continued to serve water, bean sprouts, etc. to customers with same gloves on. Sat back down in between service times and held/touched his phone. We did pick up. They had stickers to show where to stand to keep 6 feet away which was nice. We ordered the grilled lemongrass chicken and grilled pork Banh mi. It was delicious! The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft, slightly chewy on the inside. The meats were perfectly seasoned and cooked. I appreciated that my grilled chicken was lean but moist. The garlic aioli helps. The only thing I would change is I would ask for extra veggies. There's no liver pâté in this sandwich which I love but I'm ok without it. 5/5 for the sandwich. The pho was not my favorite. Ordered the lean beef and meatballs. The servings were generous as well as the condiments and packaging. The only thing is the broth lacks depth and is a bit salty which is fine. You can always water it down. Good spot to get delicious Pho! Bowl full of goodness. They give good amount of meats and noodles even in their Small size of pho. I hope they don't change and follow others with their stingy food portion. The idea is to feed people and have a full stomach when they leave, not serve kids portion to grown adults with big appetite. That's just stingy and a form of robbery (my opinion only) Only downside is the booth seats. One of the seats felt like I was sitting on someone's fist up my you know what. My friend was coming over and wanted to pick up food. She suggested this place because she goes often and really likes it. I had her get me the Lemongrass Shrimp and Chicken and she got herself a banh mi. I liked my Lemongrass Shrimp and Chicken. It was flavorful and a decent portion. The large beef pho portion was generous, although prices are extremely high from what I'm used to paying. Typically I would be used to paying around $8-$10 for a large bowl of pho. Almost $17 seems a bit steep for a large beef pho. As far as taste- quality of meat, produce, and soup - definitely give it a 5 star rating. Take out order. Ordered the stir fried pork Banh Mi Sandwich and steak brisket Pho. Both me and wifey were super impressed with the Sandwich. I have not had a lot of Banh Mi sandwhiches but this was by far my favorite one I have ever had. The pork was delicious. The Veggies on point and the fact that they added some sort of agile into the sandwich was BOMB! Also there was something pickled in the sandwich and I don't know why but this sandwich was just so good. When we pass this area I will most likely just stop in for another Banh Mi Sandwich. HUGE fan of the sandwich. Also got a large pho. The large who was legit enough for me both me and wife. Broth was delicious and overall pho was solid. No complaints. Well, when I saw this restaurant had 5 star reviews, I had to pop in to see for myself. Tucked away in the corner of a small strip mall near lower Maple Valley Washington is Pho Binh Minh. When I entered, the first thing I noticed was how clean and beautiful everything was. The place was f$#king spotless. Every table was decorated with a tiny lucky bamboo tree and the lighting was warm and delicate. Their was a nice sounding fountain in the background while I had my meal. Their was a big golden Buddha with a nice fat belly and a huge smile that seemed to say "Welcome, come in and have a wonderful lunch". The walls had pictures of the nicely colored foods they serve. I was greeted immediately by the hostess and seated right away. She poured me some water and gave me the perfect amount of time to decide what I wanted. They have an extensive menu with tons of different variety. The two things I noticed right away were the papaya and mango salads. My favorite place for mango salad closed a long while ago and I had been wondering if anyone in this area served one. When my server arrived at my table I ordered the papaya salad as I had never had one before. The presentation was amazing. HUGE portion and the ingredients were super fresh. Not one bit of discoloration. It was the crispiest freshest salad I had ever had. Papaya is amazing if you've never had it before. The dressing was sweet and tangy and there was just enough of it. I went with my old go to as far as Pho was concerned, "regular steak and tendon". When I saw the portion I was thinking, "I can't wait to see the large one on Saturday when I bring my wife here". It was a very good size portion for a regular. The first thing I do when I get Pho is to taste the broth right off the bat. This broth was so amazing that I couldn't bear to add Sriracha or Hoisin to it. It was that good!! There was a nice spice herb I couldn't quite pick out. This broth is definitely unique and extraordinary. The hostess came to check on me and refilled my water. After I was almost done she set down the ticket for the bill and told me "no rush". The prices are perfect. The total bill ran me 30 dollars. I'm going to try the mango salad on Saturday and try a different pho for a change. This place is a homerun hitting establishment. 50 mins. It took 50 mins from when I placed my order to get it in my hands. I ordered off of yelp (estimated 10-30 mins). I got a notification that it was ready for pick up and when I went in, it hasn't even been started yet. They grabbed the receipt when I went in. So they told me 10 mins. I went in and it still wasn't ready. So I waited about another 3-5 mins. My problem here is, don't use an app for ordering if you don't check it. And if you don't check it, pls don't use an app that tells your customers their order is ready when it's not even in process. That being said, the food tasted good. But I said no cilantro and my sandwich had cilantro. It ruined the taste of the sandwich overall for me but the pieces of meat I picked out were good. If the cilantro wasn't cut up into itty bitty pieces, it would've been easier to pick out. If I were to ever give this place another shot, I would go in and put in my order in person. read more

Just wow. Literally the best pho I've ever had in WA state. Ordered two large combination/special pho and a side of egg rolls. Everything was on point, food, service, and environment. Found myself in the Maple Valley, far from home. Drenched and starving from a hard days work I stumble onto Pho Binh Minh. I must say, I was surely blown away by the quality of the banh mi. The baguette was perfection. The grilled pork, divine! Great pickled veggie standard. Nice sauces. Hit the spot. Also had the salt and pepper chicken wings. No words. Perfection. Come hungry. The quality of this Vietnamese joint is top notch! The gentleman working was so so nice. I had a long drive back home to Portland. He was all out of coffee and scurried as fast as he could to whip me up maybe one of the finest caphe sua da's I've ever had this side of Hanoi. Re-electrified for the drive home. We decided to order a mid day takeout while we were shopping to try something new. Neither of us have a lot of experience with Vietnamese food, so it sounded like something fun to try. Their menu lacked a lot of pictures, had some pictures that were clearly the wrong dish and didnt have very detailed descriptions of what you were getting so we had to make some guesses on what we might like. It took around 30 minutes for the order to be ready for pickup which seemed a bit long for takeout. I ordered the grilled pork Bahn mi sandwich. The roll was really good and all the ingredients were fresh. I really liked the flavor of the pork and the meat was tender and good quality. There were some things on the sandwich that I would have asked to be left off had I known what all came with it... We tried the pork potstickers. They were very tasty with a good filling and a crispy outside that wasn't too tough. Definitely the best part of our meal! My wife ordered the short ribs vermicelli platter. The ribs had a good flavor but the meat was it tough and had gristle. The egg roll was very good. Overall, a mixed experience. I doubt we'll be going back... read more
