The combination Pho was delicious. The service was great and the fountain in there was really relaxing. It stayed pretty busy while we dined but service was fast!

I didn't come in here with high expectations, but they certainly shocked me. The space isn't huge but we were able to get a table right away. Our server came and took our order pretty quickly. We ordered the Beef Pho, a Beef Banh Mi Sandwich, and the combination plate. The Beef Pho was so flavorful and the portion was pretty big. The Bahn Mi was so good. The veggies they put on it really set it off. The combination plate was also very flavorful. The salad dressing they use is unique and it's really good. The beef on the combination plate and on the Bahn Mi sandwich are the same but they have completely different flavor profiles based on what they're on. I would recommend checking this place out if you're looking for variety on the menu.

we've always had our "go to" pho place but didn't want to drive that far so decided to give this place a try. I cannot even begin to say how happy we did. We might just have a new go to place!! We had to large combo bowls of Pho, an order of fresh spring rolls, eggs rolls and potstickers. Everything was extremely fresh and tasted delicious. The fresh spring rolls may have just been the best I've ever had!! The two guys working there were super friendly!! Thank you. We'll see you all soon!

Going to Pho Binh Minh was an impulse trip, but I was not disappointed! The service: The guy working there was on top of everything, getting people food and taking orders and welcoming newcomers. Very impressed with how he handled it all! I got my food within 10-15 minutes of ordering. The environment: It didn't feel extremely clean. They had decor up, mainly pictures of their food. It was a moderately small restaurant, but didn't feel crowded. The food: They give large portions of food and it's delivered steaming hot! So be prepared to wait a couple minutes to let it cool down :) I ordered the wonton noodle soup. Very filling and had a large amount of wontons amid the noodles and broth. I will say, however, I don't have much of a taste for Vietnamese food, but this was interesting!

Heading home after shopping. Tired, hungry and just in need of calm. We wanted something tasty, easy and good. Hubby wanted a sandwich, I wanted something not so heavy. I turned for yelp for inspiration. What's this? Pho Binh Minh and they have Banh mi! Count us in!! We enter and there is a Fountain up one corner adding to a soothing dining area. We ordered a Chicken and a Pork Banh Mi. Thinking ahead, I suggested to my husband that we share. He gets half of my pork and I could half of a chicken so we could both savor the choices. Our sandwiches are brought to us, and they looked delicious. Better yet, they were delicious. The bread was crunchy without being so hard that you were afraid you're breaking your teeth. The protein was savory and flavorful without overwhelming the other ingredients The pickled vegetables, cilantro and jalapeños were equally tasty. I couldn't determine what the sauce was they use, but that was really good. The customer service was spot on. Warm, welcoming, and friendly. Definitely worth a trip back

P15. Spicy Hue Style Noodle Soup/ Bun Bo Hue - IG: @nelson_eats

I used to live in Maple Valley several years ago, so I've eaten most of the spots around the city and I can definitively say this is the best restaurant in Maple Valley. I been here three times and it's always consistent and the portions are very big for the price. The last two times I've ordered the Bun Bo Hue and it has everything in it including oxtail. It's a big bowl and I need to have my "A" game to finish it. I like how they put plenty of noodles too. In other places, some don't add enough noodles to the bowl. It's not just the noodle soup bowls that are good values. My friends have ordered the vermicelli and lemongrass chicken rice bowls and they need to-go boxes because it was too much for them. If I need to pass through Maple Valley, you bet I'll be stopping here even if I'm not hungry. I'll get something to-go because I know I'll regret it if I didn't stop. The only drawback is that this place doesn't have air conditioning or at least they need to increase the power. It can get warm in there, but I'm willing to look past it if the portions continue to be large.

This place was recommended to me by several fellow foodies and since it is so close to where I live I gave it a try. Tucked away in a strip mall, there was adequate parking. Parking lot was clean and presentable. They have a very extensive menu! I selected the shrimp spring rolls to start. Generously sized portions and you can tell that they were made fresh. Nice peanut sauce to accompany them. The star of the show was the beef brisket pho. Again, nice sized portion and very fragrant and appealing. The broth was fantastic. A nice hint of star anise along with onion and cilantro. This was a full meal for me. Lobby is not large but very clean and well organized. Utensils at each table and fast and friendly service. I highly recommend Pho Binh Minh to anyone looking for a hidden gem.

Well I needed this tonight! I needed something comforting and this is exactly what I was looking for! I ordered this through yelp and I am loving this capability. I never have issues! I just got the chicken and vegetable soup which is pho style. I ordered the spring roles as extra veggie and freshness! The broth was yummy and well balanced. I love hoisin sauce but it was already deep in rich color. Beautiful white meat thinly sliced! So amazing. The spring rolls were just that. Spring and full of freshness and crunch! I didn't care for the sauce, to thick? That could be a me thing. All in all happy with everything and a huge thank you to this business

In Maple valley on a cold fall night and you look around for a hot Pho and this is the place with the highest ratings. And they did not disappoint! The Pho was amazing, the hot chicken broth with chicken which was cut perfectly and were very soft and tender in the broth and with lots of veggies. We ordered Chicken fresh rolls which was freshly wrapped rolls with grilled chicken along with a delicious peanut sauce. lastly, the Chicken Banh Mi was a delicious chicken sandwich with soft, juicy chicken. Great, friendly staff and good parking options!

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #105…read more I first visited a Tra Viet location in Vegas, not expecting it to be a small chain originating in Washington! On the drive up back from Portland recently, we decided to stop by the original location (and only stand-alone store left in Washington) in Renton, down near the Boeing factory. This boba shop is known for serving drinks in essentially soda cans, complete with pop top. It's a unique concept, but it also means that value is less than competitors since the drink size is much smaller. Still, the quality is pretty high, at least enough to get us to visit based on what we ordered at the Las Vegas location. We ordered two drinks on our visit: Classic Milk Tea w/ Boba ($7.25) - No adjustments are allowed in this drink. The drink has a surprisingly strong malty flavor that pairs with the creamer nicely, delivering a thick and enjoyable experience. I believe the drink is premixed, which is why sweetness adjustments aren't allowed. Unfortunately it is too sweet for my tastes, especially since the boba soak adds even more sugar to the mixture. The ice levels, even at 100%, isn't too much. They use crushed ice that's easier to melt. The boba is of the mini variety, soaked well in syrup. They are actually cooked perfectly for this particular variety - great consistent chew and bounce on each tiny little pearl. I normally prefer full sized boba, but this one is very nice. I think their recipe can only use the mini boba - with the normal size boba at this texture, I would probably call it too firm, but it's perfect for the mini. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 Jasmine Milk Tea, Less Sweet w/ Boba ($7.25) - This milk tea is very perfume-like with plenty of jasmine flower flavor. With the less sweet option, it's around 50% sweet compared to other shops, which matches up with my tastes. Again, it has good body but no dairy flavor. Overall a solid drink. We actually drank this about 2 hours after the Classic Milk Tea and somehow the boba was exactly the same texture. Usually the pearls start hardening up, but this was still perfect! Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 5/5 Usually places like this which focus on gimmicks don't exactly serve the best drinks. Tra Viet seems to be an exception. I'd be happy to return any time I'm down in Renton! Bathrooms - I didn't see any in store, but I also didn't ask the bobarista for availability.

The area was smaller than expected, but clean with a limited selection of bakeries and lots of cake slices. I was surprised to see how expensive the cakes were, even some of my favorite breads like the coconut cream were closer to $4 each! Unfortunately, given the current economy, I believe this is now the standard cost of dessert breads. I got two breads and one drink! The green tea bun was great- there was a generous amount of filling, and the combo of mochi with cream was very satisfying. The pineapple bun was also delicious, I loved that there was filling inside which kind of reminded me of a cocktail bun/custard bun. Both breads had the standard Asian bakery texture that I love- soft, chewy, and not too sweet or dense. The milk tea flavor was a great combo, though I found the drink to be pretty sweet at 50%. Of the two pastries, the green tea is my favorite! Overall, the bakery tasted as good as I remembered. However, given its prices, I don't see myself coming back often.
