I found this place by searching here on Yelp and I was not disappointed. I didn't order ahead because I didn't exactly know what I was getting, I just had a picture of something similar to pho from Instagram. When I arrived, I found a quaint traditional looking restaurant and immediately knew that I made the right choice. I showed the sweet lady at the register what I wanted and she said, "yes, we do for you!" and she even recommended ways to make it better like adding brisket! This is one of my fave spots to get Vietnamese food in nw Houston! I've been here 3-4 times and every single time they past our expectations! The food is amazing. I suggest stopping in! Good: I always get beef or pork rice plate with side of fried rice, egg and egg roll and let me tell you everything is very fresh and tasty. They don't cut corners here at all! Everything is made fresh to order with the freshest ingredients! The rice is so good. I really like the egg rolls and the cut of meat they use is very flavorful and tender. Pho and More meets all of these requirements but I took off a star because they skimp sometimes on the meat and noodles. Their food is really good but I haven't been able to eat there in a while because they close whenever they want to and they close the kitchen before they even close. They closed at 8 and I came at 7:45 and they refused us because the "kitchen was closed" I get they were about to close but I haven't been in a while because they're never open. Maybe the best Vietnamese restaurant in the copperfield area. I tried the Bánh Mi Thit Nuong and chicken dumpling soup today, and my wife had the Com Bo Luc Lac with fried rice. We were both pleased with the service, the atmosphere and most of all, the food. Will be going back soon. The only down side I see is that they don't offer Pho Tai with tenderloin. They use the typical Eye Of Round beef, which most Pho restaurants offer. Once you try Pho with tenderloin, you can never enjoy Pho any other way. Update.. returned today, ordered beef fried rice $8 the beef was so so very dry and very small portion. Wife and father in law both ordered Com Thit Nuong, couldn't eat the meat at all, the pork tasted really terrible. Other two people dining with us ordered dumpling soup, not good but edible. Today I placed an order to go for 2 bowels of won ton soup, 2 orders of pork spring rolls with fish sauce ( I even said " no peanut sauce") & iced coffee with condensed milk. Total bill around $31.00. I got home with beef spring rolls without fish sauce. We could not eat spring rolls. Also, I did not have my coffee which was main reason I went there. I called & asked to speak to a manager who was not available. The discussion I had with staff person was not helpful. This is a hidden gem. Our first time in there today. Family owned, very clean and the food was great. Vietnamese spring rolls came and I tried to put a little Sriracha into the peanut sauce and the cap came off spilling about a half cup of Sriracha into the sauce. I don't want be like a "Penny Pincher", but please be aware, they charge an additional 25 cents per pho orders for To-go . At first, I thought the charge was for the special(pho Dac biet), but it clearly states "To-Go Pho".
