Sooooo happy we finally have a great Pho place on this side of town. Viet Huong was ok, it was a good option when it was around, but this place is great. They are the same owners of Pho So 1 around the Innsbrook area. I used to frequent Pho So 1 a good bit since I worked out there. At any rate... so excited about this place!!! We got the Cha Gio, egg rolls which were great. We got Pho #1 for my son which he thoroughly enjoyed. The Pho broth was on point. My daughter got the Grilled Pork with Broken Rice, which was delicious. She had enough for leftovers the next night too. The pork was grilled perfectly. Both my husband and I had the Bun Bo Hue (in essence it is spicy beef noodle soup which was awesome). I've had better in N.VA but it's great for this area (better than the version of it a Pho Saigon Garden... years ago this place had a good version of it but the last five years it's been extremely rough). Pho 60 Cafe always has very quick service. When they sit you at a table you are automatically given ice water. The food is fresh and delicious. My son absolutely loves their Bahn Mi's. I personally love the Bun Bo Hue, so packed full of beef and flavor. Not all Viennese restaurants offer it in Chesterfield but out of the ones I have had, Pho 60 has the best by far!! They have recently done some remodeling inside and add more tables but that doesn't slow down the service. read more

This place is amazing!!! As someone who LOVES pho and is always trying new places, I can confidently say this is in my top 3 of rva places to get pho. The staff is very quick and attentive, and the food comes out very quickly always full of flavor. The inside area is very big, as it seems it used to be a barbecue restaurant. The food is always good, Ive never had a bad experience eating here. The service is always timel, they don't rush you. The ambiance is always so soothing. The music and lighting make it one of my favorite places to eat. I recommend Pho 60 Café to almost everyone I know that is interested. Today I had a number 8 with a side of rice and a fried egg. On a normal day I can't eat eggs, but today I decided to give it a try. It was so delicious and with the rice. This was my first time here! I went with the classic egg rolls and spring rolls. Spring rolls was decent, could be better. Egg rolls were lowkey cold and oily. However, the Pho was good and I would order that again. The inconsistency in the food is what throws me off a little bit. Server was nice but I didn't realize you to go to the front to pay for the food instead of getting a check at the table. Also had food to go which I also had to go to the front to get. What do you need on a cold night? What is my comfort food it's Pho. We each got pho Takeaway I got pho with chicken and he got pho with beef and then we got egg rolls. I spent a lot of time in Vietnam, so I am very picky and I think this is very good for if I had a small criticism I would've loved a little bit more cilantro, but it was still very very tasty and nicely packed. So happy we finally got a pho place in Midlo, it was getting old having to drive 20-30 minutes away to get pho. The dish that impressed me the most is 34. Com Tam Suon, the plate was ENORMOUS, the pork chops were big, delicious and perfectly cooked and they gave a ton of broken rice. Better size than a lot of other Viet restaurants I've been to. Their fish sauce recipe is very good. All of the portion sizes were really good. I got the size Large 1. Tai Nam Gau Gan Sach, and they gave a huge amount of noodles in the soup. The Cha Gio was better than some that I've had in Eden Center in nova, they were large, perfectly crispy and had a great filling mixture. This was one of the first restaurants I felt so stuffed after eating aside from buffet restaurants, which really speaks to the portion size. The quality, taste, size and price right now makes this now my go-to Viet restaurant in Richmond area. Note they are still in early phases of being open so I don't even see their hours posted anywhere. I asked the server and he said they are open 10 AM - 8 PM, Tues - Sun (closed Mondays). Since the hours aren't published anywhere I would say this is subject to change. Ambiance, they removed some of the booths the old pho place had kept from back when this restaurant was a BBQ place, but aside from that they still haven't really changed the decor. I've been coming since they opened, so I've seen their pho price go up 3 different times, when we first started coming a Medium was 10, now it's 13 and some change. But it's honestly the best pho around the midlo area. There shrimp and pork spring rolls are super good, pho is always great, I like getting the onion in vinegar on the side with it! read more

The food is amazing but the service was horrible. It took 20 minutes to get water. Because we'd been sitting for so long, we knew what we wanted to order and told the waitress who gave us water we'd like to order. She told someone and they still didn't come. For 20 minutes the servers were just walking past us making eye contact but not taking our order or asking if we needed anything. We finally had to call out to a waiter and practically beg him to take the order. He laughed like we were crazy for asking. Very weird. Nobody came once to see if our food was ok and we got water refills 1 time. I'd go back for the food but not as often as I would if the service was good. It was very frustrating. Best bún bò huế I've ever had!! I also got the bánh mì and gỏi cuốn. All was very delicious and hearty. I added a spoonful of chili oil to the peanut dip and I could've eaten 12 more, so good and so fresh! The bún bò huế was so rich and the meat variety was right where it needed to be, but I needed to add chili oil for some extra spice. I saw on social media someone dipped their bánh mì in their pho so I naturally had to try it and dipped in the bún bò huế, it was so magical. I just moved here from the west coast and I'm not gonna keep looking for my Vietnamese restaurant, I've found it! Service was awesome, not an in your face type of place, which is how I like it and the ambiance was rather chill with the music quiet in the background. By far the WORST establishment ive been to! Ladies and gentlemen I cant hold this in, this place has no flavor, no passion in their whoever is making this gawbage. I was apparently brought a "chicken noodle soup" from the menu and man, I tell you I must have a different interpretation of CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP.People, Friends told me that this is "real ramen" well folks the packets of ramen that you buy from walmart must be authentic ramen. Pho 60 Cafe has good enough pho but overall needs to try much harder to provide a decent level of service and clean up every aspect of the spaces to the side of the dining area, the bar/check out area, and definitely the bathrooms. Looking into the kitchen even I wish appeared much more hygienic and tidy. The place is a bit of a mess with no real feeling anyone has attention to detail. The spice jars and other condiments on the tables need to be checked, refilled and wiped/cleaned in between seatings. A proper greeter/host who actually speaks to guests and walks them to a table would go a long ways also. I can't say much about the food (which I mentioned tasted fine, portions and prices were okay) because the overall atmosphere, operations, and customer experience leaves SO much yo be desired. I didn't focus in my dinner too much as I usually would because everything I was seeing around me needed so much more attention that it constantly took away my attention from what I actually came for, warm delicious pho. I probably wouldn't order the GỎI CUỐN GÀ- chicken rice spring rolls again. It just had a piece of lettuce, rice noodles, and bland chicken that tasted boiled. No basil leaves, carrots, or cucumbers for filling. Restaurant is huge inside, lots of seating. Just needs some updated Asian theme decor to match. read more
