The Zoom Cold Brew -- the cold foam is not enough.
    Jenny C.

This Peet's is pretty tucked away -- you'd miss it if not for the sign out front by the auto shop. I stopped in specifically for the limited-time ZombieBrew (grab it before it disappears into the darkness). Hahhahah There are 4 staff on duty, and the barista that took my order was friendly and helpful to make sure my "sweetness level is right". There's a steady flow of customers coming through and with 3 hard working baristas still seems to be a bit backed up (likely due to mobile orders). [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cold brew doesn't seem strong, but it's still good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The matcha-foam topping is not thick nor enough. This is a bit disappointing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The interior is clean. It's best to see "cubicle" of Door Dash orders. There's no seating inside but lots of tables outside.

Great coffee shop! Always love Peet's. Delicious and good customer service and clean environment. Thanks

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very plain--tastes like water.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not sure if they used the standard amount of matcha for a 'large' size.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

First time here and to be honest I didn't know there was a Peet's coffee in the area. I stopped by because I needed t have breakfast since I was fasting for blood work to be done but anyways that's a different story. I was greeted right away. I did ask for a couple suggestions and let me say they were on point. I decided to get the Havana cappuccino iced and an almond croissant. The iced havana cappuccino without the latte was delicious as I did let them know I didn't want it too sweet. The croissant was nice and fluffy and with the almonds yummyyyy! Location was looking chill and clean. I want to say there's plenty parking as it is in a shopping center.

I recently tried Peet's Coffee for the first time after being recommended by a work acquaintance. This location is so close to my job that I finally decided to drop by. The interior looks clean & I couldn't help but notice how hard the staff was working to get order's ready. I saw a previous negative review about not being welcomed or told hello well girl if you notice how hard these people are working you'd see it's because they are so focused on their jobs that they may not have noticed you. Did you even say hi to them, wish them a good morning, let alone come in with a smile? Maybe not, hey I get it I'm not a morning person either, but if you see people hard at work don't expect them to drop what they are doing to acknowledge you, there's orders that go in like crazy I assume & they are in the zone with their focus set on fulfilling multiple customers orders ready. I can understand if they are being chatty amongst themselves like other places I've been to, but when I visited I observed these people working hard with no chitchat going on so maybe try being a little kind. Anyways I got their Havana Cappuccino w/ almond milk & a blueberry muffin. I just have to say this was among the best cappuccino's I've had, very rich in flavor. It has condensed milk & cinnamon in it, I was a little worried that it would be too sweet for my taste, but it was so well balanced. Still rich in coffee flavor, but with that nice touch of spice & sweetness. The blueberry muffin was so delicious as well, I truly enjoyed it. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you Peet's for a great coffee experience

It started inside the store and extended past four other stores next to it. However, the line moved pretty decently (prob 15 minutes to get to the front). The workers were really nice... they walked out to hand-deliver each drink to customers outside. So sweet of them! There's no seating available for those looking to study here, but they do have a bench inside where you can sit while waiting for your drinks. Our order: Matcha Two (4/5): Very rich in matcha for sure, but I don't think this one was made for me. I like it more when it's infused with the berries or fruits, so maybe I'll try that next time. Not bad tho! Salted Saigon (5/5): Perfect for coffee lovers like me! Just enough sweetness in the coffee and a hint of sea salt creme on top. Nice pairings. Would def. get it again. Blueberry Matcha (5/5): My friend got this drink, and she really loved it! She said it was a total banger, and she would come back for this LOL. Definitely a must-visit spot for coffee or matcha!

I could hold off no longer and had to visit this charming boutique with cascading blush and ivory. A breathtaking floral wall welcomes you inside and invites you to take a seat. As you enter, greetings from staff echo from the counter. Do you check out the shop or grab a drink and browse? Whatever you do, do not skip the banana cold foam on your drink if you love banana! The hospitality here is evident the moment you walk in. Staff were ready to take our order, answer questions and even checked to see if our drinks were to our liking. Think fashionable design meets European charm for the interior atmosphere, right down to the plates. Morning Lavender offers table seating as well as booths and can accommodate large parties for events. Now for the good stuff- let's talk an Iced Mocha with extra chocolate and an Iced Chai Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The Mocha with extra chocolate was indulgent and velvety with the espresso seamlessly intertwined. A decadent treat to enjoy as the morning started to warm up into the afternoon. Just a suggestion for those who enjoy the richer side of coffee and espresso. A dash of a bit more cream would've added that refined richness. The star of the morning was definitely the Iced Chia Tea Latte with Banana Cream Foam. The description of cold cream hardly captures and embodies what this Banana Cold Foam really is. Think lusciously thick banana smoothie topping off your drink. Impossibly creamy and bursting with ripe banana. Crowning the drink sat a slice of banana bathed on one side in a caramelized sauce similar to crème brûlée. Crunchy peanuts generously scattered on top, making an irresistible contrast in texture. This drink was truly an exceptional culinary experience. I will be back again and again for the Banana Cold Foam.

Favorites: - Butter Pecan: sourdough donut dipped in a brown butter maple glaze and topped with roasted pecan toffee pieces. This is probably their best donut, which is a difficult thing to say, but it's hard to compete with that buttery pecan-toffee streusel and the wonderfully umami brown butter glaze. Perfect balance of sweet and salty. - Banoffee: a sourdough donut topped with homemade banana pudding, banana whipped cream, toffee sauce, and streusel. The banana pudding is delicious and rich, no cutting corners here! It is definitely a sweet treat though; a bit too sweet for me. Seasonal Favorites: - April 2026 Carrot Cake: sourdough donut with cream cheese glaze, and topped with a slice of carrot cake made with pineapple and pecan. Super decadent, perfect carrot cake made the way it should be. Wonderfully rich and thick cream cheese glaze. Note: They often have donuts made with fresh, seasonal fruit glazes, like passionfruit, strawberries, peaches, guava, cranberry. Because the glazes are made in-house, with real fruit, they can be tart and sweet at once, which may not be preferable to those with a sweet tooth.

When I got home I realized that my La Paz was basically just a plain latte. The barista had forgotten to add the caramelized sugar. Kind of hard to fathom since that's the entire basis of the La Paz.
