I have no clue if it was just back then but this store sucked I brought my computer in for simply damages that were easily repairable for at least I say 1 to 2 years. All I had problems with was the keys on my laptop 2 keys didn't work and I brought to them. SADLY, THIS IS THE *NEW* PEACHTREE COMPUTERS, NOTHING LIKE IT WAS BEFORE I recently had a very negative experience at Peachtree Computers in Roswell and strongly advise against using them for PC repair anymore. My recent experience with the store manager was so appalling that it completely changed my opinion of Peachtree Computers. During this transaction, the store manager repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending and unprofessional manner. After their technician swapped drives in my laptop, an inexplicable issue with the laptop arose, and the manager quickly offered a refund to get rid of me. He also used bullying tactics, which I find inexcusable. This behavior was not a one-time occurrence. A former employee confirmed that the manager frequently makes demeaning and insulting remarks to both employees and customers. This former employee also witnessed the manager offering insincere apologies, as he did to me, as a way to excuse his unacceptable conduct. To his credit, he ultimately made things right. The shop would be more successful and have happier employees and customers if he addressed his anger management issues. My previous positive experience at Peachtree Computers around 2013 was entirely due to neither me, nor the highly competent tech working on my laptop, having any interaction with the store manager. Even those with a thick skin like myself should avoid going to Peachtree Computers. There are too many other places with skilled techs to meet your PC repair needs. read more

I came in after making a custom gaming pc when my build wouldn't fully boot. The staff here are all very helpful and timely on solving issues. I dropped my pc off and the same time by the next day they had diagnosed that I needed a newer motherboard (mine was very old), I brought it to them and they had it rebuilt and working by lunch the next day. Having worked with computers for decades (literally) I knew this to be true. The have laptops from $299 to $1999. They had one with touchscreen for only $399, that I bought. I've visited this store a couple of times, and they've always exceeded my expectations. Last night was my first negative experience, which was later turned into a positive. I had called the store and asked them if they had a battery for my cell phone and approximately how long it would take to replace. They told me that they could replace my batter within 30 minutes. When I arrived at the store, the technician told me that it would take 45 minutes. After I had waited around 60 minutes, the technician came out to tell me that there was some type of problem with my phone. As far as I could tell, my phone was operating fine before I brought it into the shop. At this point, Joe, one of the managers got involved. He told me that they hadn't checked my phone before they started working on it, but apparently it had a problem that needed to be repaired. He told me it would only be 5 minutes longer. 15 minutes later Joe came out with my phone. Joe told me he had personally repaired my cell phone. He also told me that being that they didn't properly check my cell phone before they started to work on it, he wasn't going to charge me for the repair. So, waiting such a long time for a simple batter replacement was a negative experience, but Joe's resolution and level of customer service turned it into a positive experience. I'll definitely return, and I highly recommend Peachtree Computers in East Roswell. read more
