Cracked screen IPad 8th gen Hunter's customer service was great. However i just took the device home and the touch screen is super glitchy and doesn't work. It's really bad! Stop the presses!! And don't do business w/ Cellairis if you want quality electronic parts and/or excellent customer service. My phone began acting 'wonky' after having my broken screen 'repaired' - in only 1 day. I had to travel across the country and was unable to go back immediately for replacement "under warranty" (which is only a measly 30 days). The customer disservice rep in the Old Alabama Store said that they would probably not be able to replace the screen component because it would, by now, be scratched. (I did not buy a screen protector) Sure enough, under the 'magic light, he found a scratch - which is still not visible to the naked eye. So now I must live w/ an iPhone 5s that doesn't respond to finger pressure to open an app; I can not type using the keyboard; the phone won't even respond when I attempt to power off. They swear that they told me that their policy requires that I have screen protection or they will not repair/replace the faulty component. I differ. Good luck getting Customer Service from Cellairis. I only received total Customer No-Service. read more

UPDATE- Went back to Cellairis on Monday 2/6/17. The manager, Claudia, had called me later in the day on 2/4. We had agreed to see what she could do on Monday 2/6. Well, this time my experience was much improved! Both Claudia & Kat were very nice. They ran diagnostics on the phone & gave me much more explanation on the problem. They then replaced the battery for free. All in all, a customer service turnaround as they not only rectified the problem, but also did it with aplomb. ----------------------------------- Just had a horrible service experience at the Old Alabama location. Had them replace my iPhone 6 battery less than 2 months ago and my battery life is worse than it was in the original battery. When I took it back to them and asked it to be replaced, all I received was a rebuff with "Our batteries aren't warrantied at all." The young lady there called her manager, Claudia, who offered a whopping $10 off a new battery. $10 off an $80+ new battery when I just spent that less than two months prior??? Unacceptable in my book! Won't ever spend another dime there again & I recommend that all other consumers do the same... read more

I cracked my iPhone screen and had Cellairis on Old Alabama repair it. It comes with a 90 day warranty. Well I had some pixel issues with my screen after I got it. I took it back and they fixed it free of charge within the hour. It's been perfect since. They are extremely well priced and had great service. My boyfriend put off getting his phone fixed for toooooo long. Then his LCD screen finally went. I hopped on Groupon and found a deal for this location, and they we were able to see us immediately. Mike was great at helping us out. He was good at selling his services, but without pushing too much, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable. He fixed my boyfriends phone in under 30 mins, and gave us an excellent deal. Going back to have my other phone I use for my business, not my every-day use, to get fixed! read more

I took my wife's phone to get a screen repair. The next day she answers a call and the speaker is very static and not working properly. We bring it in three days later and Nathan decides it was something we did and nothing they can do about besides ordering an inferior part. We paid $190 dollars for the screen repair to get in return a worthless phone. Would not recommend every again. read more

DO NOT GO TO CELLARIS! They ruined my phone recently. I went in with a cracked screen and they put on their screen and charged me $160. Went to use it and my phone started sending random letters to my contacts. Went back in and they put a new screen on and same thing. They put the old screen back on and would not give me my money back for ruining my phone. These guys are awful and unprofessional. One of their workers told me to just sell it on Ebay and not tell anyone what is wrong with it. These guys should not be allowed to fix phones and sell stuff for their over priced amount. They told me to give them a 5 star review and they would give me a free charger. read more

STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE as it does not stand by its work or value its customers. The store is located at 1570 Old Alabama Rd Ste 201 Roswell, GA 30076. I took in my daughter's phone for a repair after she dropped it. Nothing was cracked but half of the screen was distorted. The store charged $69.99 for a new LCD. However, the next day, the same issue re-occurred. I returned to the store with my 12-year-old daughter assuming the new LCD was faulty and would be replaced under warranty. The store refused. Without even opening the phone to check their work the technicians claimed that it must have been dropped again because LCD's "Don't malfunction on their own." My daughter assured me that it hadn't been dropped. In fact, it had been in her backpack in her school locker all day as they can't use their phones at school. When she returned to her locker at day's end the fault had re-occurred. Despite her assurances, two store technicians repeatedly insisted she could not be telling the truth. Needless to say, we had words, but to cut a long story short, the store would not make good on the repair and said it wouldn't make any difference contacting Cellairis head office because the store only sells Cellairis products they are NOT A CELLAIRIS STORE and therefore Cellairis has no jurisdiction over them. This despite displaying the name Cellairis on the front of the building. Nonetheless, I contacted Cellairis head office and a super professional customer service guy said there had been issues with this store owner before. Cellairis's policy is to honor the warranty on all its products unless there is evidence of damage, which the store agreed there was not on my daughter's phone. They asked me to bring the phone to them, and their technician discovered that not only was the new LCD faulty but it had not been connected properly. They replaced the part and serviced the phone at no further charge and it works fine. They also said they are reviewing their relationship with the store in question because they have failed to follow franchisee guidelines regarding warranties on more than one occasion. Full marks to Cellairis for standing behind their product and offering excellent customer service. Negative marks to the store which is clearly incompetent and lacking in integrity and class. If Yelp allowed a no star rating that is what I would give. read more

in the last week *** BEWARE: Poor Workmanship, Dishonest and Unprofessional Staff. I am 70 years old and went to this store to replace my broken cell phone screen. They charged me $80.00 for service and the part. When I picked the phone back, touch screen stopped being responsive periodically and hence unreliable. To summarize, I had to go back to store about 6 times and each time I was given a different reason about some fix they made to rectify the issue - none of which worked. Finally, they told me there was another problem and it required an additional $125 to fix which I did not trust and hence asked for a refund so I can take to another store. They didn't agree to refund the original charge either - leaving me totally helpless. In addition, the young lady at customer desk was curt and unprofessional towards my concerns and repeatedely told me "be quiet". This has been a very disappointing and traumatic experience for me and not the correct way to treat a senior citizen. I had to finally call my credit card company who agreed to refund me and take on the dispute directly with this company. Please beware of this place. Beware!!! Take your money elsewhere!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM THE $50 to diagnose a problem. My sister's phone fell into the water so we went in the morning and dropped it off. We specifically made sure that it will be diagnosed and fixed within the day since we were going out of town the next day. They said that was possible and they would give us a call in a couple hours after they dry the phone. No calls for several hours so we call back and they were still drying it and they assured us they would call us back. After half the day has gone by still no call so we called them back. They said it was still drying and the technician was not in yet to look at the phone. We were annoyed but there was nothing we can do so we just waited. Later that night, no one called so we called and they were STILL drying the phone (surprise!). We asked why they were still drying the phone and have not had it looked at and she (young woman with dark hair pulled back) yelled at us over the phone and said we didn't have a clue what was going on so we shouldn't question them.. we were so speechless. Eventually we didn't receive any call. Next morning we went to just pick up the phone. They said there was nothing they can do for us about the phone. We asked to speak to the manager but they refused to give us the number and said the manager would call us. I'm going to leave it to your imagination as to if the manager called. Worst customer service I have ever received. If they demand money upfront, give it to them at your own risk!! read more

Don't go and don't let them put the garbage on your Iphone!!! It was a big mistake to take my Iphone to them for repairing. My iphone screen was broken. They replaced it with very low quantity one. The new screen is not bright enough, and it is draining battery very quickly. The screen is getting hot easily when i am using my iphone. The resolution is very low and it is hurting my eyes. I called them and they asked me come back to take a look, they told me they didn't see anything wrong and they said if I paid extra money whey would find a refurbished oem iphone screen for me.
