I needed an estimate for a broken power connector on my laptop. The clerk said it would be x amount because the part would have to be ordered. They fix a myriad of electronics so before buying something new take your device here for a free estimate to see if you need to replace it.

They took my phone by selling me a '40 minute' timeline and a $109 charge on a broken iphone…read morescreen. Then they told me they will charge an additional $50 because the backlight is broken and it will take 24 hours more. I agreed because at that point to give my phone back would be a $80 charge anyway. The next day, they refused to give me the phone back because 'the part didn't come'. Now at this point they have closed the shop despite posting a sign which says Monday-Sunday 10 AM-8 PM and disappeared. Yesterday I was able to leave voicemails. Today, the phone number says 'voicemail has not been set up.' Absolutely not recommended.

It was not cheap, but not the worst price out there either. The man I dealt with was friendly. Tip: there is a yelp coupon $35 for $50. So I saved $15! I do like that they send you an email for your appointment reminder, and then again the day before I received a phone call to remind me of my appointment. All in all, it was a good experience.
