I have gotten multiple items repaired from these people , and also have bought items from them …read more you cannot trust them , THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY FOR A REASON. Their work is not guaranteed and neither are there products . They fixed my Xbox , it broke 1 month later , they " unlocked " one of my iPhones and it was still locked once I tried to log into my icloud. They sold me a laptop that i later found out was 8 years old !!!!! and worth nothing , extremely slow for $250 !!!! I brought the laptop back because it had a warranty that i paid for with them , they said they have a no refund policy! so why did i purchase a warranty ???? Then The man at the desk argued with me for 2 hours !!!! and laughed in my face , only to finally say I could make a in store trade , so I accepted it because I didnt want the slow laptop ! i traded it for 2 airpods. COME TO FIND OUT THE AIRPODS ARE NOT REAL . THEY LOOK VERY REAL AND HAVE THE APPLE LOGO . IF YOU LOOK THE AIRPODS UP THEY ARE MAD IN THE WRONG COUNTRY AND THE SERIAL NUMBER TELLS YOU THEY ARE FAKE. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED , THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER TODAY . I AM DONE WITH LATITUDE WIRELESS !!
