Highly recommended and professional. This guy comes out and greets you in a lab coat! I went to a nearby competitor and asked if he could sell me a Windows 10 recovery disc. He said he didn't have one and offered me a $300 "nuclear option" total wipe with three day turn around!!! I contacted Pro Computer by phone. It went to voicemail, but he texted me immediately to let me know when I could come in. Prior to that, he gave me a phone call to talk to me about what I needed. I told him a competitor wouldn't sell me a recovery disc. He then advises me I could download it for FREE. I already knew this, but my issues was not being able to connect to the internet. I just liked that he gave me free advice with a free solution. When I told him I couldn't download a Windows 10 recovery to a flash drive or burn a disc, he offers to sell me his for $10. He spent all that time to just earn a measly $10. All I can say is this guy will NOT overcharge you. He will not offer nuclear option fixes. I worked for a fortune 200 company, retired after 38 years, then went back to work somewhere else for another 6 years. I always had an IT specialist that took care of my company needs and was always able to talk about things on my family and their personal computers. When I retired I had no one. I found Sheldon at Pro Computer in Buford when he started and he is the absolute best. You can talk to him about anything and you know by talking to him, he knows. I trust him, depend on him and I would go no where else for me and my wife's personal computers. He works by himself but don't let the size of his business fool you. Sheldon was simply amazing, from beginning to end. I literally found him yesterday and my iMac is fixed today (really yesterday), after sitting for 2 years due to it having a black screen. Everybody else told me it'd cost me hundreds and that I should just replace it, so I just put it in my garage for 2 years. I'm sad I didn't find him sooner. He was so kind, super fast, gave hourly updates throughout the process. He explained what was actually wrong and bottom line, did not charge me an arm and a leg. I'm new to the area and needed, what I believed to be, a simple hard drive installed in my laptop. It ended up being much more involved with screws needing to be replaced, drivers located/downloaded/installed, BIOS options changed due to issues I created, etc... Sheldon was all over this - communicated well, sent photos, explained the issues. He went so far above and beyond what I was expecting. Having worked in the computer world for over 30 years but on the software side, I can say that he's one of the best computer techs I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Long story short my computer ended up going out with no type of warning on a random Friday afternoon. I had some assignments due that night that were all on my hard drive. I highly recommend Pro Computer. Sheldon did excellent work. I use a Remote Desktop for work, and the screen came off the hinges and I risked damaging the screen each time I closed it. Because I needed the laptop during work hours, Sheldon said I could bring it in Friday afternoon and pick it up Monday morning. He was true to his word, and texted me at 9:00am Monday saying it was ready. He also gave me a price for the repair that was lower than expected. I took my computer to the apple store because it wouldn't charge. They did their "MRI" test and told me it was broken and that i'd have to pay $700 to fix it. It would also take a week. This was followed by them offering to take my computer for recycling. Before I bought a new computer i wanted to get a second opinion.
