    The Apple Store is always a vibe! We visited this location to pick up a new iPad for my friend. The service was fast and friendly! Despite the store being very crowded, we still received great service. I really thought I took more pics but apparently, I didn't. This location has a nice open layout with apple products displayed on tables. There's also a huge display screen on the back wall. I really enjoyed my first visit to this location in Avalon.

    The Apple Store at Avalon is truly a step above. I recently visited needing help with some major upgrades, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Choosing a new iPhone, a MacBook, and an Apple Watch felt overwhelming, but the team here was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the different options, explaining the features and benefits clearly, which helped me finally figure out the perfect devices for my needs. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, which is a testament to their professionalism and customer-first approach. As an added bonus, I really appreciated the dog-friendly environment at this location! Being able to bring my well-behaved puppy with me while I took care of such important purchases made the whole visit much easier and more pleasant. If you're looking for an Apple Store with top-tier service, genuinely helpful staff, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend the Avalon location. I walked out a happy customer with my new tech and confidence in my choices!

    Read this if you're coming to this store for support: This is my second bad experience in a year, so I had to leave a review. I booked a Genius Bar appointment to transfer photos from my iPhone to my Mac. After waiting for my scheduled appointment, they told me they don't do that in-store because they're not comfortable handling customer photos. I get that--but if that's the case, I shouldn't be able to book an appointment for it online. They suggested I call Apple Support instead. So, they had me sit in a corner and call, which is ironic because I still had to share my screen with them. (For the record, my photos are just normal PG/PG-13 memories.) After an hour on the phone, support couldn't help me either. They told me to go home, update my iPhone from iOS 18.1.2 to 18.1.3, and call again. Apple stores are great for buying products, but not for support. Thankfully, I'm slowly leaving the ecosystem. No more Apple Watch Ultra, no more AirPods, no more Apple Music. Just need to replace my MacBook Pro in a year or two--then the iPhone. And this is coming from someone who lined up for the original iPhone in 2007 and was 4th in line. I used to be a die-hard Apple fan.

    Stopped in here today to help check out some of the new Series 8 Apple Watches. We are planning on getting our mother's one updated since hers is 3+ years old and dies regularly. When we walked in, it's basically sensory overload. People everywhere, conversations happening so you're immediately in a brief stage of panic and anxiousness. Luckily, I hear a voice ask me if I needed help. It was Doug, who listened to what I needed, understood the guise in why I was bringing my mother there and connected me with an expert...while telling her I was lying to my mother so she could evaluate watches as a "favor" to me. Thanks to Doug, we were talking with an expert within a minute tops! Kash was super helpful. She was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and also took the time to show us different sizes, models, and bands. I have to say, standing and helping our group (totally lost and indecisive) that she never lost her cool. Total professional. We left with a lot of knowledge and she also sent me a review of what we looked at so I could share it with my brother and we can plan accordingly. Cool stuff! I'm sure people come here for all different reasons and have varied experiences. Ours today was simple and brief. Thanks to Doug and Kash for making this visit pleasant and quick! I was back home working after about 15 minutes total here. Amazing!

    Came here today to make a purchase (case and wallet) and because I like a nice walk through the Avalon during lunch, and I had a nice experience. The individuals that helped me (a nice gentleman at the door who checked me in and the individual that showed me the cases and wallets) were polite and friendly. The transaction was quick painless (maybe about a 5 minute wait between check in and when someone came to help me). Loving my new yellow case and sage green wallet.

    iPad Apple Avalon Bad Service

    The disappointment we have with this location is beyond disbelief. After being a long-time Apple customer it is time we focus on purchasing electronic devices built to last and not placing the blame on consumers for poor quality. Firstly, the sales associate Robin wasn't very friendly from the start. Setting that aside, the issue at hand was the iPad was replaced less than 8 months ago. A complete replacement that shouldn't have stopped working after only 8 months. The iPad replacement wouldn't power on. Robin requested to take the device in the back. She stated the damage is to the pins and that was the reason the iPad wouldn't power on. This issue is what Apple deems to be physical damage. The pins for a completely replaced iPad shouldn't have stopped working within 8 months. That's unacceptable, poor built product and blaming the consumer for a pin that defaulted within 8 months. The problem is Apple promotes purchasing a replacement is a great alternative to a repair situation. When in fact it's false and misleading, the replacement product comes with only a 90 day warranty. If any of the parts allegedly replaced defaults, they will not replace them and the consumer is invited to purchase a new replacement. Requesting to speak with the Senior Manager "Jeff" at the Avalon location was even worst. He questioned me "whose fault was it that the pin stopped working?" Of course, as a longtime customer in this situation, I asserted that I didn't feel like I did anything wrong. The pin shouldn't have malfunctioned this soon! The iPad replacement was poor quality and the pin defaulting shouldn't result in me having to replace the entire iPad! The Replacement offer from Apple has is a complete setup and not honorable to the consumer. I didn't feel comfortable purchasing another replacement that could potentially have the same malfunction. The experience was embarrassing and very disappointing. Apple refuses to accept any responsibility for poorly built products and defaulted materials. That's unfortunate and I will stop at nothing to voice my frustration and experience to the highest level of government officials regulating this type of abuse!!!

As well as attentive and makes sure you're finding what you're looking for. Obviously a perk of brick and mortar stores is being able to see and experience it first hand before purchasing. After some time I realized I have expensive taste. So after selecting my item I'm taken to the front to get checked out. It's a separate line from the regular checkout line. The cashier calls someone from the regular line (no big deal) except now what would've been a quick check out process became a long wait. After some time, the manager came over and checked us out. Thank goodness for this man. Service really depends on who you run into and this is speaking across the store not just the checkout situation
