    The Apple Store is always a vibe! We visited this location to pick up a new iPad for my friend. The service was fast and friendly! Despite the store being very crowded, we still received great service. I really thought I took more pics but apparently, I didn't. This location has a nice open layout with apple products displayed on tables. There's also a huge display screen on the back wall. I really enjoyed my first visit to this location in Avalon.

    The Apple Store at Avalon is truly a step above. I recently visited needing help with some major upgrades, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Choosing a new iPhone, a MacBook, and an Apple Watch felt overwhelming, but the team here was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the different options, explaining the features and benefits clearly, which helped me finally figure out the perfect devices for my needs. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free, which is a testament to their professionalism and customer-first approach. As an added bonus, I really appreciated the dog-friendly environment at this location! Being able to bring my well-behaved puppy with me while I took care of such important purchases made the whole visit much easier and more pleasant. If you're looking for an Apple Store with top-tier service, genuinely helpful staff, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend the Avalon location. I walked out a happy customer with my new tech and confidence in my choices!

    Read this if you're coming to this store for support: This is my second bad experience in a year, so I had to leave a review. I booked a Genius Bar appointment to transfer photos from my iPhone to my Mac. After waiting for my scheduled appointment, they told me they don't do that in-store because they're not comfortable handling customer photos. I get that--but if that's the case, I shouldn't be able to book an appointment for it online. They suggested I call Apple Support instead. So, they had me sit in a corner and call, which is ironic because I still had to share my screen with them. (For the record, my photos are just normal PG/PG-13 memories.) After an hour on the phone, support couldn't help me either. They told me to go home, update my iPhone from iOS 18.1.2 to 18.1.3, and call again. Apple stores are great for buying products, but not for support. Thankfully, I'm slowly leaving the ecosystem. No more Apple Watch Ultra, no more AirPods, no more Apple Music. Just need to replace my MacBook Pro in a year or two--then the iPhone. And this is coming from someone who lined up for the original iPhone in 2007 and was 4th in line. I used to be a die-hard Apple fan.

    Stopped in here today to help check out some of the new Series 8 Apple Watches. We are planning on getting our mother's one updated since hers is 3+ years old and dies regularly. When we walked in, it's basically sensory overload. People everywhere, conversations happening so you're immediately in a brief stage of panic and anxiousness. Luckily, I hear a voice ask me if I needed help. It was Doug, who listened to what I needed, understood the guise in why I was bringing my mother there and connected me with an expert...while telling her I was lying to my mother so she could evaluate watches as a "favor" to me. Thanks to Doug, we were talking with an expert within a minute tops! Kash was super helpful. She was patient with us, answered all of our questions, and also took the time to show us different sizes, models, and bands. I have to say, standing and helping our group (totally lost and indecisive) that she never lost her cool. Total professional. We left with a lot of knowledge and she also sent me a review of what we looked at so I could share it with my brother and we can plan accordingly. Cool stuff! I'm sure people come here for all different reasons and have varied experiences. Ours today was simple and brief. Thanks to Doug and Kash for making this visit pleasant and quick! I was back home working after about 15 minutes total here. Amazing!

    Came here today to make a purchase (case and wallet) and because I like a nice walk through the Avalon during lunch, and I had a nice experience. The individuals that helped me (a nice gentleman at the door who checked me in and the individual that showed me the cases and wallets) were polite and friendly. The transaction was quick painless (maybe about a 5 minute wait between check in and when someone came to help me). Loving my new yellow case and sage green wallet.

I went to THREE different AT&T stories in the DFW area, and the service and attitudes at all three stores was awful. ME: I can't make or receive calls. THEM: Ok, let's see. THEM: Yep, you can't make calls. THEM: Replaces SIM card. ME: Umm, I still can't make or receive calls. THEM: ***shrugs*** WHAT? THAT'S IT? I was thisclose to dropping AT&T and going to Verizon, but I was in a different timezone, so I figured I'd try ONE MORE TIME. I went in the store and there was plenty of entertainment in the parking lot. Alpharetta PD was wrangling up some people who were, let's just say, distributing some illegal products. Despite all the entertainment in the parking lot, the gentlemen in this store were attentive, helpful, and figured out what was wrong with my phone. (*Side note, if you have an unlocked phone or do a lot of BYOD moves on your account because you lose/break phones all the time, beware...) Jorge was especially helpful in looking at my phone and trying quite a few troubleshooting steps, and eventually determined what the issue was with my phone. Too bad I had to travel over 800 plus miles to get the issue resolved, but oh well. I'm happy now that I have a working phone. AT&T - Jorge saved you a customer. Make sure to give him a raise.

Walked in wasn't greeted, and the two girls working inside ignored me for a good bit till the girl with the horribly grown out bleached hair rudely looked up at me and said "are you paying your bill or what," caught of guard I explained my situation and she very rudely said "you have to call 611." I kindly asked if I was able to do it in store since I was already there and she said "no you have to call 611." Annoyed I left and got in contact with 611. Wasted 2 hours working with 611 to get this problem fixed which I didn't mind because the person on the phone was way nicer than the store lady but I did have to miss something because of the time wasted. It's not my first time having an issue with this girl though. She was very rude when I tried getting my daughter a new phone for Christmas, and I understand it's the holidays it's busy but she did not help us in any way she just said we're out of iPhone 16's and completely ignored us when we asked if she could check if others stores had any in stock. I really do despise coming to this location because of her disgusting attitude

Cell service: As long as we're in a range where our phones can reach T-mobile towers, we have no issues with the service! It's very convenient and one of the cheapest phone carriers for what you get. Store service: We usually come to this location because we've found the service is best in the area. The English and Spanish are both great and they pay great attention to the person they are currently working with. On this visit, however, I was porting my number in from another carrier and did not get very straightforward communication on the promotions available for me. The entire process took over an hour over two separate visits and the associate helping me messed up the process in the system, making me have to pay in cash. While they were apologetic, it was a little questionable for it to be difficult for an associate to set up a new individual plan... at a phone store.
