Came in with a cracked screen on my iPad and the employee up front gave a me a quick run down and gave me a pretty decent price. He explained to me what will be worked on and I had to pick it up tomorrow. The next day follows and I was able to pick it up early. They showed me my iPad and I got exactly what I needed. The technician showed me a basic function tests like testing photos, setting adjustments etc to make sure that everything was working find after the repair. The employee was really professional and friendly, gave quick and throughout service and he even made sure to add all the receipts and signing papers to be careful. We had to get our phone repair after it was dropped. The phone would charge, make calls and had sound; however the screen would not turn back on. After passing by this business a couple of times we decided to give it a try. The customer service was very good, he gave us a call back to tell us the problem and how much it would cost. $75 and four hours later the phone, camera and screen were in working order. I asked about their guarantee and was told I had 30 days. Seven days later, the camera in the phone stopped working. I took it back, after an hour I was informed they needed replace something and it would be another $55. I am going these are coincidental and nothing else goes wrong with the phone. Today I picked up my series 5 Apple Watch cost around $180 to replace the glass. But these guys don't just replace the top of the glass they replaced the glass and some of the guts of the watch. They did magic once again! My husbands iPad screen cracked ' pretty sure it's due to the way the iPad 7th generation was designed. Tried to call Apple to get in for a repair but Apple is slammed and doubt they'll own up to the fact that it's a faulty design. So I got a quote with Mark and dropped off the iPad with Zo. I can't imagine any better service, and this is now my go to for any computer needs. I dropped my computer and broke it on one side. I couldn't plug in my chord. All I really wanted was my pictures. Hundreds of them. I was distraught and Best Buy told me there was nothing they could do. I took it to Zo after reading about PC EMT on Yelp. At first he was skeptical, because the computer wouldn't stay on when it powered up, so he wasn't sure he could remove any photos. I called to come pick it up, and he said wait, we are trying something. I don't understand, but best I can tell he would turn the machine on, do what he does while it was running, then the computer would turn off. He'd turn it back on and start again. These guys are great. Its like taking your phone to a doctor. I'm bewildered to know why this isn't a 6 star business. Went to get my cracked iphone 8 plus screen replaced in the promised timeframe of 90 mins. the owner was very thorough with pre-work diagnostics to identify ancillary issues such as microphone dust, haptic touch testing, cheek detection etc.. he also explained the warranty implications in replacing the screen given they use 3rd party screens and how it may diminish water proof sealing, however, there was very little reason to worry since all screens are made in china. and from the screen they replaced the difference is insignificant in terms of performance but significant in cost saving. :) once the phone was fixed 90 mins later they do a very thorough validation of touch id, calling, haptic, sensor testing and visual inspection. By far the best experience in screen replacement ive ever had. read more
