My wife went here to have her computer fixed, but we ended up canceling the order by calling after 5 minutes of leaving the store deciding it was too expensive. Rather than treat her kindly or give us a full refund , the Store Manager charged us a 15% service charge regardless of the cancelation, refused to refund the purchase, and gave us the return in cash (none of this was communicated in advance). They took advantage of woman, gave a partial refund, and then gave her over $500 of cash to walk out the door with. This is entirely inappropriate of any business to operate under and I recommend steering clear of this business. read more

Please don't waste your time coming here. I brought my computer to be fixed after water damage. I called weekly for updates and was told multiple times nobody had been working on it. Staff was super rude and always making excuses for why it was taking so long. I was incredibly patient, waiting almost 2 months for them to fix it and finally had to pick it up to take it somewhere else. When I first dropped my computer off I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything if my computer wasn't fixed. They made me pay $50 for 'all the time they spent working on it' before they would hand me my computer. Now 2 months later, I'm left with the same broken computer & down $50. read more

*ZERO STAR* This disgusting man told me to "get the fxxx out" of his store when I came to pick up my MacBook after he had it for MONTHS. The lady in the store kept pushing him to the back room (she probably knew something I didn't). Looking back it was probably the safest thing for her to do because this man clearly has anger issues and is beyond unprofessional! Each time I called to check on the status, I got excuses about him having so many other computers to work on and being SHORT-STAFFED-- which I now see why! I paid $200 when I picked up my laptop only to have it start shutting down on me that same day!!! So I had to take it to another place to be looked at and they were shocked at the sloppy work that was done. There are SO many screws missing inside my computer and they are screws that you can't find anymore!! This was one of the worst experiences EVER and a complete waste of time and money! CONSUMERS BEWARE !!!! These are Scammers....I was Scammed by these guys yesterday...I took my laptop in because someone from BEST BUY referred them.. I took my laptop into their place. At 11:30 I was told that it would be done at 2:00pm. I was also told that the initial cost would be $150. To try and see what was wrong. Which was fine and when I returned at 2pm my laptop was still disassemble. They also told me that they found one very minor issue. (THE HINGES) According to them that was common with usage, besides that they didn't see anything of great concern. As I checked out to pay I was charged $300 for them to just adjust the hinges that allows my laptop screen to lift up and close. On top of that they broke a corner piece of the broder on the top right side of the screen frame. Instead of doing the right thing and replacing they just gave it back to me in that condition. Stay away from this place..I'm giving you a warning CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!! read more

These people made me wait over two weeks to repair a watch. When I advised that I had given them ample time they said I had to pay to get my watch back now. I waited another couple hours and they still were unable to make repairs so they gave me my watch back in pieces and told me that it is Fu$& up that I wouldn't keep waiting and I finally left after waiting over two weeks. I drive past them daily and finally was at my wit's end with a RAM issue on a Dell Ultrabook I just don't want to part with. Walked in, explained in my best simpleton terms what I needed, and they met me on my very elementary level with questions, feedback, and a suggestion. 2 days later I got my beloved Dell back with 4x the RAM and another 5 years of life for this work tool I really do not want to part with. I walked in 50 mins before they closed. I had an issue with my computer where the mouse pad and part of the keyboard wasn't working. The tech was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. My problem was fixed and that was amazing because bestbuy wanted to charge me $150 just to send it off for 1 week to to get a diagnosis. The repair cost with Atlanta Computers was really affordable and reasonable. Ill definitely be referring people and bringing any other of my devices to them to fix if the time comes. Purchase a lap top and battery would not work. I brought the laptop back same day requesting a battery that would work and owner said "all sales are final" and "as is ". I was disappointed as I did not want a refund but a battery that was operable. Why sale a lap top with a bad battery or at least make the buyer aware that the battery will not hold a charge . This is a true "buyer beware" computer store. Terrible service !!!! read more

After the owner researched my issue, he went to the trouble of investigating the EXACT issue, and discovered that my phone was involved in a recall in which Apple would replace the defective camera. Until recently, Atlanta Computer Solutions was an undiscovered gem in my neighborhood. Lived around Snellville since 1994, but tried to fix everything myself. However problems exceeding my capabilities arose. A good review and their free estimate policy got me in their door last year, when my laptop started acting up with pressing deadlines hanging over my head at work.. It's clear they know what they're doing, and they'll quickly give you enough input to determine if it's worth investing more money in an old PC. They've got me in and out quickly on several occasions now, doing repairs on the spot if they're not too busy and have the parts on hand.....and their prices are quite reasonable. I am very disappointed in the service I received. I dropped my laptop off at noon on a Wednesday to be serviced. I was quoted a price much higher than I paid before for the same service and was told the service would only take a few hours and someone would contact me before the close of the business day to for me to return and pick up my laptop. I never heard from anyone that day. I called the following morning around 11pm and was told by a technician that the data was being reinstalled and my laptop would be ready in a few hours. I called the office back at 5pm to let them know I was on my way to pick up my computer and again was told the software was still loading and that someone would call me before the store closes. I received no call. On Friday afternoon I called again to ask why I had not received any calls back, if my computer was ready and if I could speak to the manager. Tim told me the manager was not available and that my called would be returned shortly(my computer was still not ready) Finally Saturday afternoon around 12pm I received a call from Tim stating that my computer was ready. I expressed to him how unhappy I was with their service and lack of communication. I was hours away from their Snellville location and would not be able to pick up my computer until Monday due to them being closed on Sundays. When I arrived to pick up my computer i asked the owner(Brian) why the repair took so long after being told it would be ready the same day and if that was not the case, why no one told me that when I called several times for updates on my computer repair. Brian states " We are very busy and I would have to hire an extra person to call customers with status updates." There was no apology or concern about my frustration and how I was given the runaround. He then states that the product key was worn off on the back of my laptop and thats what took so long. I told him I have a copy of the product key at home. If he would have called me back days ago I could have given him the info over the phone. He did not respond but still continued to charge me $165.00 for virus repair on my computer. I received very poor service, will not return and will inform my patients and friends about the way I was treated there. read more
