I had an amazing experience with James and if I could have given him 10 stars, I would have.. My childcare center computer was running super slow which made our workload, less productive. I actually found this company through Yelp and reached out to him and he responded immediately. I had actually forgotten to call him back with the computer model when he reached out to me by text later on that same evening. I was more than impressed. He explained that he was able to see exactly what was wrong with our computer from the picture I sent him from our system info page. He had already ordered the parts necessary to fix my computer and was available to make arrangements to come over the weekend to install. The next day, James reached out to me to let me know that he will be able to come and fix my computer a day early. I was elated! James showed up exactly when he said he would and it took him over five hours to repair and install the appropriate parts for my computer. this is one contact that I know I will have for a long time to come. The customer service was more than outstanding! I appreciate the fact that James was very accommodating, knowledgeable, honest and fast. Great PC repair/upgrade service! The day of reckoning had arrived - I had to upgrade my desktop computer, or get a new one. I had used Windows 7 and Office/Outlook 2013 long as I could, but now Outlook would no longer send & receive email in an acceptable way anymore. James only had 1 review on Yelp, but after talking with him and 4 other PC repair services I'd found on Yelp, he had the best options and ideas for my situation. After discussing things & choosing the best way to breath new life into my 10-yr-old Dell, he came to my home & upgraded my system with another TB of SSD space, putting Windows 10 and Office/Outlook 2019 on the SSD drive, using the existing 1 TB HDD for additional storage, with all my pictures, documents, & emails moved over to the SSD drive also. Everything works beautifully, & much much faster. It's almost like having a brand-new computer. 5 Stars, James! read more

I have an increasingly serious problem with 2 desktop PCs which I have been unable to solve myself. If allowed I would give J a 10 star review. Unable to pay for a service call on a device as per J's diagnosis was deemed "not worth repair". Unbeknownst to me J was already in Solution mode. He had gone on eBay and sorted out laptops that would fit my needs. I was overwhelmed with delight needless to say. The gist of the story is that although J didn't provide a service he didn't leave me hanging he provided a SOLUTION at no cost. James Has saved my life and my projects more than once. Sometimes he assist over the phone, sometimes he has takien control of my computer over the phone, Sometimes I've met him at a location. Sharing a Computer with children has caused a few problems like viruses and even having my hard drive dislodged in my laptop.
