Was able to help me over the phone to get my laptop up and running. Great service! I would definitely use them again for future needs.

I visited IFixIt in Cumming, GA on March 7 to replace the battery in my iPhone 14 Pro and install a…read morescreen protector. The work was completed in under an hour and I was charged $184.58. While still in the parking lot, my phone displayed a warning that the battery was "not recognized." Later that day the phone began running noticeably hot, and by the next morning it started rebooting every 3-5 minutes. I took the phone to the Apple Store in Sarasota, FL. Apple replaced the battery (for $31 less than I had paid at IFixIt), but the phone continued shutting down. The Apple technician explained the phone had suffered internal damage consistent with an overheating battery, leaving me with two options: a ~$700 board repair or replacing the phone. Apple refunded their battery service, but I ultimately had to spend about $900 on a replacement phone. What was supposed to be a $185 repair ended up costing me hundreds more. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before using this provider.

Absolute shit box of a repair shop. I went in for a screen replacement and was told it would take…read more30 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes early and the dude wasn't even working on my phone just sitting there on his own phone doing nothing. They put on a cheap aftermarket screen that doesn't even work properly and randomly turns off. The service was straight garbage. Then they tried to upcharge me more money to "fix it properly" after they already messed it up. Whole place feels like a scam. Don't waste your time or money here.

It has been more than a year since I wrote a review. And this is a review about a positive…read moreexperience with this business. I have a phone that has 2 screens. About 1 year ago I dropped my phone and cracked the inside screen. I did not bother to get it fixed. Fast forward to the end of June 2026 and I went on vacation...to the beach...in Florida. I don't know what it was but seeing clear blue water just captivated me. As soon as I get to the beach, I go in the water, with my phone in my pocket. I sat in the water for less than 10 minutes until I realized it WAS in my pocket. At first I thought, 'oh it's okay, my phone is slightly water resistant?' Until I then remembered that I had cracked a screen on the phone the year before making it NOT WATER RESISTANT. I turned the phone on and saw it was working so I shut the screen off. I checked again and my phone had died. In a panic, I went to a nearby market and bought rice and put it in there. Later after checking, it was recommended to NOT do that, but the damage was done. About a week later I finally get home. It would be another week until I start doing research online as to where to take my phone. No matter where I searched, It was recommended to take my phone to GeekIT. Thankfully, I went with my gut based on the research I did. The internals of my phone were corroded from the saltwater, but GEEKIT was able to clean and save my device. Thank you for fixing it and being honest as to what was needed and working with me to get the best possible results that I wanted. GEEKIT helped me dodge a big bullet.

I don't usually bother writing reviews here, but I had to take time to acknowledge the fantastic…read moreservice that I received at GeekiT. My iPhone wasn't charging and the cable didn't seem to seat right. I tried cleaning out the port, but no luck. Took the phone in, expecting to pay for a new port. After looking at the phone for a couple of minutes in the back room, I was told "it's all taken care of now". There was some lint wrapped around one of the side contacts. No charge, no waiting, no run-around. I offered to pay something and was told that there was absolutely no charge. I so stunned that I failed to get the name of the gentleman that helped me, but once again - thank you so very much!
