I was charged a $65 diagnostic fee and told the repair would be completed in 5 days. I made it very clear this was a work computer and that I needed it back as soon as possible. When I returned on 12/20, I was told they had lost a part and would need to reorder it. I was never contacted about this delay -- I had to drive there to find out. Over the following weeks, I called the store more than 10 times and made five separate trips trying to retrieve my computer. Each time I was given different and inconsistent explanations, ranging from lost parts to difficulty obtaining them. At one point, a technician even told me he "had eyes on the parts," which turned out not to be true. After weeks of delays, poor communication, and no clear answers, I finally lost patience and demanded a refund of the diagnostic fee and picked up my computer unrepaired. This experience showed a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for a customer's time--especially when dealing with a work device. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Estimated turnaround May 21. After several calls over several weeks talking to Chris and Alex they said they would investigate. Never, I repeat never, did either Chris or Alex call me back. Alex even told me Chris was going out of his way to help me. I asked several times to give me the owners name and phone number. He told me it was against company policy and refused. I then asked for the corporate franchise contact and was again told it was against company to give that information. I research who owned UBreakifix and Asurian is the parent company. Got a hold of complaint department and in no time at all they researched and found the Xbox was lost or stolen and sent a check for the price of a used unit through Amazon or GameStop. When we put in the order they required a $70 deposit. It was paid. After getting the settlement I called the store and Alex said he would contact Chris and he would be in touch. Of course he never called. I called again and Chris said he tried to get refund but system would not allow because the $70 was listed as a diagnostic charge. We were not told there would be a diagnostic charge. We were quoted $140, period. They did not fix anything. They want to charge $70 for something that was never fixed. This is wrong on so many levels. I would recommend this establishment be avoided at all costs. Even their own website says free diagnostic, no obligation statement. Check this out for yourself.

About 1 year ago I dropped my phone and cracked the inside screen. I did not bother to get it fixed. Fast forward to the end of June 2026 and I went on vacation...to the beach...in Florida. I don't know what it was but seeing clear blue water just captivated me. As soon as I get to the beach, I go in the water, with my phone in my pocket. I sat in the water for less than 10 minutes until I realized it WAS in my pocket. At first I thought, 'oh it's okay, my phone is slightly water resistant?' Until I then remembered that I had cracked a screen on the phone the year before making it NOT WATER RESISTANT. I turned the phone on and saw it was working so I shut the screen off. I checked again and my phone had died. In a panic, I went to a nearby market and bought rice and put it in there. Later after checking, it was recommended to NOT do that, but the damage was done. About a week later I finally get home. It would be another week until I start doing research online as to where to take my phone. No matter where I searched, It was recommended to take my phone to GeekIT. Thankfully, I went with my gut based on the research I did. The internals of my phone were corroded from the saltwater, but GEEKIT was able to clean and save my device. Thank you for fixing it and being honest as to what was needed and working with me to get the best possible results that I wanted. GEEKIT helped me dodge a big bullet.

My iPhone wasn't charging and the cable didn't seem to seat right. I tried cleaning out the port, but no luck. Took the phone in, expecting to pay for a new port. After looking at the phone for a couple of minutes in the back room, I was told "it's all taken care of now". There was some lint wrapped around one of the side contacts. No charge, no waiting, no run-around. I offered to pay something and was told that there was absolutely no charge. I so stunned that I failed to get the name of the gentleman that helped me, but once again - thank you so very much!

I took two phones in for repair--my iPhone 16 Pro Max (broken back glass) and my iPhone 16 Pro (broken camera lens glass). My iPhone 16 Pro Max originally had a gray back panel. The technician working there agreed to repair both phones, so I left them at the shop while I went shopping at Walmart. When I returned, I was shocked to find that they had replaced my gray back panel with a gold one without asking for my permission. They also replaced the camera lens glass on my iPhone 16 Pro with a smaller, incorrect-sized lens glass. When I questioned him, he admitted that he didn't have the correct gray back glass in stock. He told me to come back in two weeks, saying he would have the proper parts by then and would replace them. Trusting his word, I paid the bill and left. Three weeks later, I returned to the shop, only to find that the original technician was no longer there. A new person informed me that the business had been sold and was under new ownership. Despite explaining the entire situation, he refused to help or take any responsibility for the previous repair. I am now left with: * An iPhone 16 Pro Max with the wrong-colored back panel. * An iPhone 16 Pro with an incorrectly sized camera lens glass. This was completely unprofessional. Parts should never be substituted without the customer's knowledge or consent, and customers should not be left with unresolved issues because ownership changed. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Be very careful before trusting them with your devices.
