Hello! I ABSOLUTELY have to write a review for Wesley Greene Tech Repairs. Not only is he a young…read moreAND talented entrepreneur, he is also very passionate about his craft. Here's my story: A few weeks ago, Wesley posted on our apartment community board about him starting his own business repairing phones. I didn't think much of it until, lo and behold, I dropped my phone moving stuff...Then, I dropped it AGAIN moving stuff for a photoshoot a week later. The screen cracks were atrocious. Eventually, I had given up on packing tape holding my phone screen together, and since it was also a work phone, my boss told me to "Get it fixed ASAP.". So, I messaged Wesley yesterday. Wes was all about getting it done when I texted him in the middle of his work day. He responded so quickly! No joke, I texted him around 3PM, and he was like, "Yeah, I'll get it done. I'll let you know when I can take your phone to fix it." Now, keep in mind, he is the only person doing this job, and he did have other phones he was working on, so I wasn't able to get in until 8PM, but y'all...It took less than an HOUR for Wes to fix it! So, after all was said and done...within an hour it was fixed!! That isn't to say everyone can get their phones fixed within an hour (I don't want to set that kind of expectation up for him as new entrepreneur), but it's been two days and the screen is A+. No new calibration needed, no wonky-ass stuff coming up, and my screen brightness is still the same (I'm weird about that) He may call you "Ma'am", but I highly recommend him! :)

I came to this place because my phone was cracked. He sold me when he offered a 3 month warranty…read more To my understanding the warranty covers you in the case the screen black outs. Any physical damages would have to be paid for. Which is reasonable I agree and he fixed my phone. I have a 17 Pro Max the orange one. After he fixed it he told me my "stand by" function will no longer work which I thought was fishy considering I'm paying $200. I bought a new screen privacy screen protector and when placed on my new screen lines appeared as if the screen was rejecting the screen protector. Now these are problems that I noticed immediately they're small and not the end of the world but it's worth mentioning since people are paying. Now back to that 3 month warranty in the case the screen blacks out. I had a gathering with my family so to stay engaged I sit my phone the table. Something I do all the time never been a problem. I wake up the next morning to retrieve it and it won't turn on. My phone will ring , you can feel the vibrations my phone is not broken my screen just blacked out Something That Was Supposed To Be Covered In The Warranty . I call him and he tell me he can not replace my phone if it was damaged by water. The way he can tell or not if it has water damaged is by a strip inside the phone if it's x-color it dry if it's y-color it's been water damaged at some point. I tell him my phone has been wet before I came to him and I'm positive my phone just blacked out. He tells me he would not have sold me the warranty had he known I had previous water damage because it makes the screen more prone to blacking out. WHICH IS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. But my problem today is I was not notified of this disclosure until after I've already paid and my screen is already blacked out. This business represented horrible communication and integrity the price is extreme and the product is mediocre. If I pay $200 for a service I expect all the functions of the phone to be there after the service. And if your selling point is your warranty you should be communicating your terms.

I wasn't able to get back to their location for 3 weeks as it is out of my usual way. I went in today and the guy is like "It would be $25 to replace it." Well that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. I ask to speak to the guy's manager. He isn't there. I call him and tell him their $45 screen protector is peeling up from the phone. He tells me "That isn't covered by warrantee." Ok I got hustled. Chock it up to a learning experience. But take heed to my warning. This company is not going to live up to anything they say to you. They just want your money and could care less about their customers. They won't ever get any of my business moving forward and I buy new phones every year. Complete waste of time and money.

I picked up the syrup container and the lid came off of it; the bottle falling to the table spilling syrup over the keyboard. I had to take off some of the keyboard keys in order to remove all of the syrup. It worked well, but after cleaning thoroughly I could not get the keys back in place. I sent out an estimate on Yelp looking for tech guys/girls who could do the work in hopes it would be easier for them than the several hours I had spent trying to get them back in place. Jason from WreckTech messaged me asking that I call him. We had a brief discussion about my issue and he asked me to bring it in and would not charge me if not so bad after he saw it. He took the time to get the keys back in place and was super cool to chat with while I waited. I am grateful for him and WreckTech and would recommend him/them to anyone with an issue. They sell computers at wholesale and have a ton of accessories as well, most of which are ordered to spec and not kept in stock. If you ever have an issue give them a call first.
