So, it finally happened to me...my phone screen was shattered! All the years I've had a smart…read morephone and this was the first and it was bad. A car essentially rolled over my phone when it was found in a parking lot, after I had lost it. I didn't want to replace my phone through insurance, since I just got this phone and they would have given me a refurbished phone, so I went to Yelp to find the BEST solution and that I did! I found PhoneZone and gave them a call. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone to fix my Samsung Galaxy screen so I told him I was on my way!! Dropped off my phone and he was done within a couple of hours. He honored the price over the phone and suggested that I get a screen protector, which I gladly purchased along with the repair. Picked up my phone and it looked brand new and works great! Very nice guy, affordable prices, clean store, and a sofa you can sit and wait if needed. He also has accessories for sale if you need additional protection for your phone...for people like me. Hopefully, I won't need this service again, but if I do, this will be my go-to guy and I'm definitely going to spread the word!

Not only did we receive the answers to our questions, the technician was personable (extremely hard to find in IT work)! The technician explained, cheerfully and patiently, where the problem stemmed from regarding our internet and phone lines. I feel confident after his visit that I could troubleshoot the problem on my own should it happen again. And double bonus, he found a network issue that was slowing down our internet speed and fixed it! We highly recommend Netwise.

Another problem turned up on another computer. I called on a Friday and spoke to James Hollums. He was going to call Joe who worked in my area to come and take care of it later that afternoon. I never heard back. Then I called the following Tuesday and again spoke to James. He said he would again contact Joe. And yet again, no response. I called the next day. This time James told me that he would come personally after his 1 pm meeting. No James. No call. I then found another company, ITsolutions2go. Mike sent an email that he received my message and would call soon. He did indeed call. He said that Sean would come the next day at 12:30 pm to do the repair. Sean showed up precisely at 12:30 pm. He completed the repair in a short time and then did some other work for me. The cost was about 60% of what the Netwise/Netlyphe was charging, but most importantly, they kept their word.

I took it back for another battery and repair of what they broke. Received the iPad back in two days, and not only was the "new" battery even worse (completely dead within hours with no use), they stated that they could not fix the rear facing camera, but they refused to pay any toward a replacement. I'm now out $1000 for a replacement iPad. Stay away from this place!

I had work done on my two iPhones at the Cumberland Mall location earlier today, September 23,…read more2025. Rey worked on one, and then the power button stopped working. He insisted they don't go near the button when fixing the screen or battery, but the button worked just hours earlier when I decided to bring my phone in. While he was troubleshooting the button, he pulled out a rubber seal with some tweezers, and then told me that I could come back in one week when he worked again, after he has a chance to order the needed part, and he will fix the button without charge. I'll update my review if the promised work is performed in one week on September 30, 2025. Also, iPhone batteries ship at around 50% charged no matter who you buy them from because its the most stable charge state for a battery and therefore the safest to ship, but the battery he installed on the phone powered on at 5%, which would never happen with a new battery. I think only one of the two phones he worked on received a new battery, and he thought he would save some money with the second battery. After I charged the phone to 100% and played around with the new screen, the home button is also now not working. Sometimes I have to press it three or four times to get the screen to turn on, sometimes it does not work at all. Both the home button and power button worked perfectly prior to taking it in to the shop. Update: On September 24, 2025 I called in the morning to speak with a different employee and to confirm the power button part had been ordered. I spoke with Mavis who said that the part is ordered and they will fix the button on Tuesday Sept 30, but she tried to explain the battery away as a "new battery that had just drained its battery while sitting in inventory". I think this is a sketchy explanation. Update: On September 30, 2025 I came in and they fixed the broken power button. I did not bring up replacing the battery because I just didn't want to complicate the matter. Between Sept 24th and Sept 30th, the home button had started to work properly so I think it just needed to work its way into proper place, but the home button has been a little iffy since Sept 30th. I am hoping that the home button starts functioning normally again within the week.

A couple hours later, the Store Manager called to say "unfortunately" she damaged my iPad touch screen, so instead of the original $200 cost, now I would have to pay $435 to have the screen SHE damaged fixed. I was completely taken back that a business would force a customer to pay for damage they cause themselves. I asked for paperwork to show that she had caused the damage, and she not only refused to provide but also demanded that I pay $435 to get my iPad back. I had to literally call the police in order to get my iPad back and obtain a receipt that showed my iPad was in perfect condition when I first brought it in (see photos). I now have a $1300 iPad that is completely useless (there's no touch on the screen anymore) and has several metal scratches from the terrible job iRepairIt did in damaging the touch screen... I went back through the yelp reviews and noticed that many of the positive reviews are from yelp members that have no profile or activity! There's no way all these positive reviews are legit! This feels like a scam to get a quote from $200 then be forced to pay more than double to have my device scratched and damaged by their wrongdoing. Lesson learned: before taken your iphone/ipad to repair, verify if the repair shop is Apple certified at https://support.apple.com/repair/verify-repair-provider. iRepairIt is NOT Apple certified (see screenshot). A more appropriate name for this business is "iBreakIt".
