I called on a Tuesday night after seeing a well written well priced Advert. Over the phone pricing was reconfirmed, as well as possible ramifications for Apple or Carrier trade in offers. The next day I came at 10:30AM and Azamat AKA "Adam", one of the Owners quickly processed and fixed my iphone 7 glass. They had a nice assortment of cases, and I obtained a new case at a good price as well. So, it finally happened to me...my phone screen was shattered! All the years I've had a smart phone and this was the first and it was bad. A car essentially rolled over my phone when it was found in a parking lot, after I had lost it. I didn't want to replace my phone through insurance, since I just got this phone and they would have given me a refurbished phone, so I went to Yelp to find the BEST solution and that I did! I found PhoneZone and gave them a call. He gave me a very reasonable price over the phone to fix my Samsung Galaxy screen so I told him I was on my way!! Dropped off my phone and he was done within a couple of hours. He honored the price over the phone and suggested that I get a screen protector, which I gladly purchased along with the repair. Picked up my phone and it looked brand new and works great! Very nice guy, affordable prices, clean store, and a sofa you can sit and wait if needed. He also has accessories for sale if you need additional protection for your phone...for people like me. If you have an iPhone, DO NOT take your phone here. The products they use are not authentic. They are REFURBISHED!! Cheap! I took my phone here to get the screen replaced, when I got it back the home screen button was low and it moved which meant no adhesive was put on there. And the screen was not put back in place all the way. It stuck out. The screen ended up coming apart from the phone. The owner blamed me and said I must've did something which was total BS. Took my phone somewhere else and they told me the screens these people use are handmade and not authentically made. Dont waste your time and money! read more

Highly disappointed. The first time I got my screen fixed from them it cracked while it was in my pocket. They charged me $50 to replace it. On top of that when they changed it out the second time they took the original home button from my phone so the sensor on my phone isn't working. The second screen that I just got changed cracked again and the screen started fading black. I never once dropped my phone so they have very poor quality materials. I went to the location In Decatur, phone has glue spots, guy tells me it will dry give it 2 weeks within 2 weeks the whole side of my phone was coming off and you could see the glue i sat my phone down it gets a hairline crack, I drive back to Decatur the guy acts like he can't fix it even at a discount can't believe I paid 100 to have my phone still not fixed and to act like it wasn't his fault smh and I had a case and screen protector on it read more

These guys are crooks! I took my phone here for a cracked screen. I initially decided not to let them fix my phone, as they seemed really sketchy. I decided to go ahead with it anyways and the minute I got my phone back, it started acting weird. It would select apps, type, send texts, etc without me ever touching it. It started happening the minute he gave it back, so I handed it back to him and let him know it was working perfectly fine before he touched it. He took the screen off again, played with it for a little bit as I watched him, and gave it back to me and said I needed to upgrade my IOS system because it was outdated. That was BS. I think he stole me inside parts, which were good, and replaced them with refurbished parts that don't work. I should've listened to my intuition, but that's what I get for ignoring it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS and don't give them a dime of your money. read more
