My phone seemed better after my screen repair but unfortunately just a month later, I suddenly had lines running down my screen. They have lifetime warranty, so I returned. Sadly, this issue was what they said to be my fault and they would not cover it. I went to Apple and ended up paying full price for a screen repair. The lines and visual issue on my screen was what they said was a result of a small speck of glass that was trapped between the new glass and the metal film thing that projects the screen. Paid $230 for Nexus 6p replacement LCD screen which I think is fair. LCD screens for the Nexus 6p run $170 to $200 on eBay / Amazon. I don't have the technical know how to do it myself and I'm too lazy to look it up on Youtube. They gave me a temporary cracked screen while we waited for a new shipment of the new LCD screen. Dan was friendly and price was fair. The location is great too since Publix and lots of food options are nearby. The first temporary LCD repair took only ~30 min. The second time took ~1.5 hours. Sunday was a bad time to go. They quoted me ~$60 for a new battery which is decent... it really depends on the battery manufacture. My only complaint: $20 for tempered glass replacement is kind of high. I got a 3-pack from Amazon for $9 and did it myself in 5 min. Would I come here again? Probably. Hopefully under better circumstances. Maybe I'll come back for a new battery eventually. read more
