I purchased two C to C phone cables from this business four days ago. I ended up not needing them and came back two days later with my receipt to return them. The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. Sadly updating and had to take away a few stars. The service here is decent. My phone seemed better after my screen repair but unfortunately just a month later, I suddenly had lines running down my screen. They have lifetime warranty, so I returned. Sadly, this issue was what they said to be my fault and they would not cover it. I went to Apple and ended up paying full price for a screen repair. The lines and visual issue on my screen was what they said was a result of a small speck of glass that was trapped between the new glass and the metal film thing that projects the screen. They were annoyed that I went elsewhere to fix my screen. I'm annoyed too. I should've just gone to Apple to begin with and payed the 50$ more for a reliable fix. read more

Paid $230 for Nexus 6p replacement LCD screen which I think is fair. LCD screens for the Nexus 6p run $170 to $200 on eBay / Amazon. I don't have the technical know how to do it myself and I'm too lazy to look it up on Youtube. They gave me a temporary cracked screen while we waited for a new shipment of the new LCD screen. Dan was friendly and price was fair. The location is great too since Publix and lots of food options are nearby. The first temporary LCD repair took only ~30 min. The second time took ~1.5 hours. Sunday was a bad time to go. They quoted me ~$60 for a new battery which is decent... it really depends on the battery manufacture. My only complaint: $20 for tempered glass replacement is kind of high. I got a 3-pack from Amazon for $9 and did it myself in 5 min. Would I come here again? Probably. Hopefully under better circumstances. Maybe I'll come back for a new battery eventually. read more
