Had an emergency issue with my laptop, suddenly not powering on. Brought it in and was informed of a $75 diagnostic fee that would be included in the repair price. They could not guarantee that I would get it in less than a week before my travel time however, I got a call a day after dropping it off that it was ready for pick up and it was a motherboard issue. I was very pleased for the prompt turnaround, and it was extremely cost-effective, and as promised, the diagnostic fee was included in the total cost. Quincy helped me out and he was really great and patient and even waited for me to leave the office so that I could pick it up on the way home from work. I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional service that I received at Inprint Repairs. The service was fast, thorough, and quite economical. My phone was like new in no time and at a portion of the cost of a new phone. The technician even suggested an Ottor case to avoid any further damage and installed everything including my previously used metal fasteners for my magnetic hands free phone car mount. This review is a little loaded. Let me first start by saying the Staff was very nice. From the first contact via Yelp, Q was very helpful and responsive. I had a cracked screen that needed repair. This is where things changed. It was super quick, about 15 minutes. However even my phone was given back to me, the Face ID was no longer working. It was working fine before I handed it over. Sasha, at the front desk spoke to her boss and they offered a 25% off discount. While I was appreciative, it still left me with a damaged phone. I went to my car and called Apple. They said that this happens often when taking it to 3rd part places for repair and with dropped phones. Being that My face ID was working fine prior to me handing my phone over, I was still unhappy that I'd be leaving with more damage than I came with. I asked the owner for a refund and he said he would but would want put my broke screen back on and take back the one they put on. Now this would have been ok except for the fact that they would have lost nothing, but I would have still have a broke screen AND I now Have to pay Apple the $399 to repair/refurbish my phone. I decided to take the loss and left the store. Although I do not agree worth the outcome of this incident, I still appreciated the way Sasha and Q held themselves. It shows that just bc you don't agree doesn't mean anyone is a bad person or that they are not a good business. We were all adults and it was a civil discussion. Great advertising. I stopped in on my lunch break because my phone's back camera internally was very foggy. Was able to get the camera cleaned and got a few recommendations on how to get this addressed in the future.
