I purchased two C to C phone cables from this business four days ago. I ended up not needing them…read moreand came back two days later with my receipt to return them. The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. I don't fault his policy, but his failure to be up front about it at time of purchase is poor business practice. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ca/resources/running-a-business/writing-store-return-policy/

TechMates came to me at the hotel and fixed my phone in under an hour! The price was reasonable too, and cost me a small fraction of what it would have cost to replace the phone, even though it's several model-numbers old. I came to this place because my phone was cracked. He sold me when he offered a 3 month warranty…read more To my understanding the warranty covers you in the case the screen black outs. Any physical damages would have to be paid for. Which is reasonable I agree and he fixed my phone. I have a 17 Pro Max the orange one. After he fixed it he told me my "stand by" function will no longer work which I thought was fishy considering I'm paying $200. I bought a new screen privacy screen protector and when placed on my new screen lines appeared as if the screen was rejecting the screen protector. Now these are problems that I noticed immediately they're small and not the end of the world but it's worth mentioning since people are paying. Now back to that 3 month warranty in the case the screen blacks out. I had a gathering with my family so to stay engaged I sit my phone the table. Something I do all the time never been a problem. I wake up the next morning to retrieve it and it won't turn on. My phone will ring , you can feel the vibrations my phone is not broken my screen just blacked out Something That Was Supposed To Be Covered In The Warranty . I call him and he tell me he can not replace my phone if it was damaged by water. The way he can tell or not if it has water damaged is by a strip inside the phone if it's x-color it dry if it's y-color it's been water damaged at some point. I tell him my phone has been wet before I came to him and I'm positive my phone just blacked out. He tells me he would not have sold me the warranty had he known I had previous water damage because it makes the screen more prone to blacking out. WHICH IS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. But my problem today is I was not notified of this disclosure until after I've already paid and my screen is already blacked out. This business represented horrible communication and integrity the price is extreme and the product is mediocre. If I pay $200 for a service I expect all the functions of the phone to be there after the service. And if your selling point is your warranty you should be communicating your terms.

FaceTime and Face id WILL NOT WORK with the screens they use…read more My first intersection was to replace my mom's cracked iPhone screen. They replaced it with a non-apple screen but lied and said it was apple. They fraudulently sold me a product that did not work. And they did not reimburse me, I had to work with my credit card to get the charged covered. Then just last week my relative did the same thing and the Apple Watch broke the next day. Do not trust this specific chain, they are a rogue group that hustle you out of your money and into lower quality electronic replacements and take no responsibility.

Easy, Peasy Cellairis location!…read more ++ Ambiance is Atlantic Station outdoor mall. This Cellairis is a permanent storefront with direct ingress and egress to outside. It's clean and organized. They wear masks and currently Atlanta's mayor requires all shops to do so. Here, no one was fidgeting with their masks and then touching customers' phones. There was only one other customer here and so practicing social distancing was easy. + Cellairis is an Atlanta based franchise that sells cell accessories and repairs cell phone screens. I have a screen and case warranty with Cellairis and last weekend, I needed to replace my phone tempered glass and case. After dealing with the Cumberland Mall Cellairis cluster, I called this location and they (Sam) confirmed they had several cases in stock for my phone. ++ Services vary among different locations. While their Cumberland Mall location was the worst I've experienced, this Atlantic Station Cellairis was awesome! I don't frequent Atlantic Station often and Sam the man provided directions and parking instructions. It was easy to find them and Sam greeted me upon my arrival. Sam took my warranty info and helped me pick out the color for my case. Literally, Sam took care of the entire replacement in 5 minutes! So NICE! + Parking is underground free for first 2 hours and street is metered, patrolled and ticketed. Phone repairs and accessories are a necessary part of our existence and Sam at this Atlantic Station made it painless!
