There was only one other customer here and so practicing social distancing was easy. + Cellairis is an Atlanta based franchise that sells cell accessories and repairs cell phone screens. I have a screen and case warranty with Cellairis and last weekend, I needed to replace my phone tempered glass and case. After dealing with the Cumberland Mall Cellairis cluster, I called this location and they (Sam) confirmed they had several cases in stock for my phone. ++ Services vary among different locations. While their Cumberland Mall location was the worst I've experienced, this Atlantic Station Cellairis was awesome! I don't frequent Atlantic Station often and Sam the man provided directions and parking instructions. It was easy to find them and Sam greeted me upon my arrival. Sam took my warranty info and helped me pick out the color for my case. Literally, Sam took care of the entire replacement in 5 minutes! After purchasing the repair "insurance" bundle (scam) a year ago, I was completely turned away today when I needed my screen repaired. I was told to "go back home and get the case" if I wanted them to fix it... so they could take pictures and file a claim. Seriously? I would rather have paid for a full-price repair than drive for an hour and a half back home to go get a case they never even mentioned i was required to have for the insurance to be effective. Let me start by saying I've had my screen replaced 3 times already on this very phone and have never had an issue with the replacements from each of those three. I stopped by on Monday afternoon after my phone's glass screen had cracked again, and left my phone with Elijah. He repaired the screen and put a glass screen protector on it. I signed a Customer Device Information Sheet and Liability Waiver where I checked off on the Pre-repair Device Inspection which states that everything was working fine on the phone, including the fingerprint sensor. When I picked up the phone and paid, I drove home and realized when I got to my house that the sensor was in fact, NOT working. I drove back to Cellairis and had Elijah take a look at it and he said it was simple to open it back up and reclose to fix it. This did not work. I asked to speak to his GM, Andy, who he put me on the phone with and told me that the only way the sensor would not work was if I had purchased a refurbished phone and it was not their error. This is absolutely not true since I purchased the phone brand new from AT&T the year before. I've NEVER had a problem with the fingerprint sensor until the moment Cellairis repaired it and neither Ellijah nor Andy did anything to remedy the situation. Ellijah even said he remembered me entering in my code instead of using the thumbprint sensor which is a complete lie. The fact that the two of them didn't take any responsibility for the mess up on my phone and tried putting the blame on me which is completely erroneous, is what's led to this complaint and my directive to reach out to the BBB to file a complaint as well. Side note: They never had me fill out the Post-repair Device Inspection which would have pointed out the sensor issue on the spot. This is a miss on Cellairis' end. read more

Instead of calling the associate for clarification he called mall security. We had the worst customer service with Mark! He was very rude and very condescending.
