Easy, Peasy Cellairis location! ++ Ambiance is Atlantic Station outdoor mall. This Cellairis is a permanent storefront with direct ingress and egress to outside. It's clean and organized. They wear masks and currently Atlanta's mayor requires all shops to do so. Here, no one was fidgeting with their masks and then touching customers' phones. There was only one other customer here and so practicing social distancing was easy. + Cellairis is an Atlanta based franchise that sells cell accessories and repairs cell phone screens. I have a screen and case warranty with Cellairis and last weekend, I needed to replace my phone tempered glass and case. After dealing with the Cumberland Mall Cellairis cluster, I called this location and they (Sam) confirmed they had several cases in stock for my phone. ++ Services vary among different locations. While their Cumberland Mall location was the worst I've experienced, this Atlantic Station Cellairis was awesome! I don't frequent Atlantic Station often and Sam the man provided directions and parking instructions. It was easy to find them and Sam greeted me upon my arrival. Sam took my warranty info and helped me pick out the color for my case. Literally, Sam took care of the entire replacement in 5 minutes! So NICE! + Parking is underground free for first 2 hours and street is metered, patrolled and ticketed. Phone repairs and accessories are a necessary part of our existence and Sam at this Atlantic Station made it painless! MY RATINGS - - - Inhumane - - Disgusted - Don't bother = Missed the Mark + Good ++ Better +++ EDIBLE...WHERE have you been all my LiFe! read more

Cellairis - On 18th - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Atlanta, Georgia

FaceTime and Face id WILL NOT WORK with the screens they use. My first intersection was to replace my mom's cracked iPhone screen. They replaced it with a non-apple screen but lied and said it was apple. They fraudulently sold me a product that did not work. And they did not reimburse me, I had to work with my credit card to get the charged covered. Then just last week my relative did the same thing and the Apple Watch broke the next day. Do not trust this specific chain, they are a rogue group that hustle you out of your money and into lower quality electronic replacements and take no responsibility. read more

I recently visited Cellairis because I needed to find a place that could fix the glass on the back of my husband's iPhone 11 Pro Max. Every other place I called quoted me at least $200 and said it would take up to 4 hours! Cellairis quoted me $124.99 + tax and said it would only take about an hour! There was only one guy working this particular evening, and he was very nice and cordial. It did take a little more than an hour, but I honestly didn't complain because the price and service were great. Hopefully I won't ever be in another situation where I need to come back here lol, but if I am, I would. read more

They improperly installed a glass screen protector and lied about it. When I contacted them regarding a replacement, as we discussed at install, they continued with shade practices. For weeks, they texted asking follow-up questions and for mailing address and never sent product. They do not honor their warranties. They are a chain but don't have corporate oversight that is helpful or able to address customer issues. The will pretend to be working to resolve you issue but magic stop giving status after they 30 day window. Run away and never use there services. read more

I bought a charger in December of 2022 and it has suddenly stopped working today (1/11/22). I knew it was unprofessional when I walked into the store and the lady at the counter was talking on the phone; didn't even greet me as a customer. I looked for a charger, using self discovery. No help still, until I verbally had to ask her to help. On top of their overpriced items. I would not recommend this store to ANY LIVING THING. Shut it down, and open up a Spa for God's sake. And NO there's no wear and tear on the charger, theres something wrong internally. read more

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Words can't describe how awesome my first visit to Cellairis was! I was greeted promptly and was told it would only take 20 mins for my horribly cracked screen to be repaired THEN on top of that I was able to browse affordable and durable phone cases in a comfortable clean store. But it didn't stop there. In what seemed like less than 20 mins the kind gentleman finished fixing my phone and offered me one of the cases I liked at a discounted price. I left extremely happy and satisfied. Smack a 6 month warranty on it and now I have no choice but to tell everyone I know about Cellairis. Much recommend! Thanks guys! read more

Meniem is a wizard! I though my phone was hopelessly broken and came here as a last ditch effort. Half the screen was cracked and The touchscreen wasn't working at all, not to mention the bars of death running across the screen. He fixed it completely in 20 minutes and set me up with a super cute and durable case and a tempered glass screen protector. Fantastic service! Even if your just need a phone case, stop by! They've got a huge selection! read more

Fast and priced well, especially for the location. I was there for a screen replacement on iPhone 12 - $129 before taxes and finished in 15 minutes. read more

These guys have fixed a couple of screens for me. Just now I called about a charging problem, and they offered advice over the phone on how I could probably fix the problem. I greatly appreciate that they didn't advise me to bring in my phone when that was not needed. So I feel they are honest, and they struck me as competent, too. read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to the Atlantic Station location. Terrible customer service. And IF YOU do so, make sure you ask what the return policy is because NO WHERE does it say EXCHANGES ONLY! That being said the Company Cellairis was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of after the terrible experience I had at the Atlantic Station location. read more

Husband and I were at Cellairis yesterday to replace his iPhone cover and switch out my iPhone battery. Menim was attentive, knowledgeable and efficient! Will definitely recommend - prices were fair Thx! read more

I am a habitual iPhone screen... "breaker." I've gone to places that have overcharged me (up to $300) and also took half the day to get my screen fix. HOWEVER, I really wish I had known about Cellairis and their bundle deal. This was sweet, painless, and FAST. I called Cellairis the day of, they immediately gave me a quote. No waiting, and none of those unnecessary disclaimers or privacy paperwork. Menim (I hope I spelled his name correctly), immediately fixed my screen in front of me. It took less than 10 minutes. They have options for the screens; just the regular, and them a premium type. I got the regular, but it looks so great! The price for the screen replacement is very very reasonable. read more

I got my screen fixed for an absurd amount. Literally the next week, my screen cracks from the smallest drop. The screen quality is horrible and not durable. Do not go here. I got a phone screen repair case on amazon for 50$ and it looks and works 10x better. read more

Had great customer service, fixed my iPhone 6 for a great price and under 30 min while I shopped around. Andy took care of me and is a great guy. Trustworthy service, reliable and affordable. I'd recommend to anyone. read more

Quick and efficient service, iPhone screen repaired within 15 min. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. They offer a guarantee on their work for 1 year (except for screen breakage). read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT CELLARIS. I got my iPhone screen replaced here. Lasted for TWO MONTHS when it cracked in my back pocket. After 9 years of owning smart phones I only broke this one when I fell and landed on the screen. So that's 9 years of phones in pockets. This crap screen Cellaris sold me to replace it cracked in 2 months. Also the sensitivity of the screen was terrible before then. WORST $92 I HAVE EVER SPENT. read more

I was impressed with the quick speed of repair for my iPhone (i.e. 20 mins)! The owner was very helpful! I would highly recommend this business! read more

I came to the Atlantic Station location and they told me I had to wait an hour until the repair guy gets there so I sat for an hour and then went back and there's a sign on the door that they will be back in 15 minutes....I waited 20 minutes by the door and nobody showed up. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time here. read more

The best deal on getting my phone fixed. I am constantly breaking my phone screen. I bought the bundle and it is soooo worth it! Nenim is the best and every time I bring my phone to him (which has been at least 3 times since March) he repairs it right away and sends me off. Total good vibes. read more

Got my phone repaired finally!!! It was priced reasonably and it only took 15 min!!! I don't know why I waited so long to get it fixed. Tons of cases to choose from, I bought a couple for me and one for my hubby. I highly recommend this place read more

They are amazing!! Keara is so professional, accommodating, and willing to help you with any of your cellphone needs. Also, the Tech (Doug) is great at repairing phones really quick! These guys are the best. I took my destroyed Samsung S8 screen to them, pretty sure it would never work right (correctly) again. They had it fixed within a couple of hours. I feel like I basically have a new phone!! They have the 'nerve' to be personable as well. I don't want to have to see them a lot. But when I need phone repair, this will definitely be my go to. read more

I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied. Cracked iPhone screen was replaced with a screen containing a permanent shadow. I was told the shadow appeared due to some damaged pins. I was showed a picture. I asked why wasn't I called via the alternate number of my friend's phone (waited an hour and a half). The salesperson could not give me an answer for not calling me before the repair other than shrugging his shoulders. I also was misquoted the price of $89.99 the actual repair was $128.00. Now I have to go to Apple and pay again to have my screen repaired. read more

Menirem was awesome had me in and out in a flash. Also mentioned that my battery wasn't fully plugged in all the way and offered to close up my phone and let me try it out before paying for the battery repair. I went ahead and had the battery replaced because it was time anyway. Plus he cleaned out my charging port. Super service with a smile and a calmness expected of any service professional. The best 49.00 I ever spent. I'm talking about the Cellairis warranty you can purchase when you get a screen, protector and phone cover from Cellairis. It's good for three years and covers replacement of any of those parts. I guess I'm pretty tough on a phone because I've had to have all replaced since they repaired a phone that I got used. Gustavo, the person I deal with is so cool. And knowledgeable. When I was having problems with a section of the phone not responding to touch, immediately he knew what the issue was. A couple of checks for the warranty and I was clicking on what felt like a new phone. I'm extremely satisfied. You know how most times you think a warranty is like insurance- just a waste of money- but in this case it's been a saving grace. If you need a screen replacement or a case, I strongly suggest you head on over to Atlantic Station and see Gustavo. I think you'll be glad you did! Ps. Plus they have a great selection of cases from one extreme to the other... and you can even design your own. And still get covered for three years (and rhe warranty is renewable) as long as long as you own the same device). read more

I was so impressed with the customer service and the ability to fix my cracked iPhone screen SO quickly! It took less than 10 minutes! You can't beat that along with a killer, very reasonable price! Thanks guys. read more

After purchasing the repair "insurance" bundle (scam) a year ago, I was completely turned away today when I needed my screen repaired. I was told to "go back home and get the case" if I wanted them to fix it... so they could take pictures and file a claim. Seriously? I would rather have paid for a full-price repair than drive for an hour and a half back home to go get a case they never even mentioned i was required to have for the insurance to be effective. I ended up just deciding to take my business elsewhere, file some BBB complaints, and never go back to that place. Not to mention the first screen repair was poorly done. Was hoping it was a one-off type of situation, but I would recommend staying far away from the place. (Ended up going to IRepairIT, pricey but did a great job and never asked for my passcode/snooped through all of my stuff like they did at Cellairis...) read more

Mike at Cellairis at Lennox was so very helpful to me! I came in looking for a case for my iPhone 7 and he was very patient as I asked him several questions and showed me several cases. Then I brought my iPhone 7 to him to fix and he did a wonderful job at an excellent price. My phone looks like new again and my case is unique, one of a kind, and top notch in terms of protecting my phone. I will definitely support this business again and send more of my friends and family to them as well. read more

Let me start by saying I've had my screen replaced 3 times already on this very phone and have never had an issue with the replacements from each of those three. I stopped by on Monday afternoon after my phone's glass screen had cracked again, and left my phone with Elijah. He repaired the screen and put a glass screen protector on it. I signed a Customer Device Information Sheet and Liability Waiver where I checked off on the Pre-repair Device Inspection which states that everything was working fine on the phone, including the fingerprint sensor. When I picked up the phone and paid, I drove home and realized when I got to my house that the sensor was in fact, NOT working. I drove back to Cellairis and had Elijah take a look at it and he said it was simple to open it back up and reclose to fix it. This did not work. I asked to speak to his GM, Andy, who he put me on the phone with and told me that the only way the sensor would not work was if I had purchased a refurbished phone and it was not their error. This is absolutely not true since I purchased the phone brand new from AT&T the year before. I've NEVER had a problem with the fingerprint sensor until the moment Cellairis repaired it and neither Ellijah nor Andy did anything to remedy the situation. Ellijah even said he remembered me entering in my code instead of using the thumbprint sensor which is a complete lie. The fact that the two of them didn't take any responsibility for the mess up on my phone and tried putting the blame on me which is completely erroneous, is what's led to this complaint and my directive to reach out to the BBB to file a complaint as well. Side note: They never had me fill out the Post-repair Device Inspection which would have pointed out the sensor issue on the spot. This is a miss on Cellairis' end. read more

Gustavo was so helpful when my screen broke! I've been back twice and he always is extremely efficient and nice.

The manager Mark at Cherry Creek wouldn't honor an agreement his associate made. This after I drove 2 hours to get my daughters phone repaired. Instead of calling the associate for clarification he called mall security. We had the worst customer service with Mark! He was very rude and very condescending. I plan on calling his district manager this was unacceptable behavior from this manager. read more

I had such a great experience at Cellairis Atlantic Station, I've already started recommending my friends. I needed my phone screen replaced as I was on the way out of town for a wedding and in a bit of a rush. I took it to Andy and by the time I had gotten back from grabbing a coffee he was finished. He was efficient, professional and has an awesome selection of cases/accessories. read more

Terrible customer service. Changed my screen out but messed up my phone in the process. Everyone makes mistakes yet NO ONE in this place takes responsibility. Terribly sad. Company itself is worse than the store itself. I love 300 miles from the location that made my repair and my local store won't back up the work nor will the company itself. Bought the Bundle for peace of mind and it's worthless. Don't stop here!!! read more

Always have a great experience with Cellairis Atlantic Station (Midtown). I am so impressed that I've been recommending my friends to go there for phone repairs and accessories. Prices are lower than other places I've looked into. Besides they give me free accessories with the phone repair. They repaired my phone while I was there , by the time I picked out the cell phone case I wanted my phone was repaired and had tempered glass. Really quick turn around time. I am so frustrated because this company said that for $120 they could fix my phone screen, and that if I came in to put half down, they would have the part in 5 days, which I did. They had not reached out to me for over a week, so I called in to be told that they were never actually able to locate the part, they have just been holding onto my money with no plan to reach out and let me know. Now, in order to get my money back, I have to go back in. Furthermore, the man on the phone said "This is beyond my control. How do you expect me to fix this without a part?" This is not beyond your control. You said that you had located a part to order before I went out of my way to put half of the money down, and you waited until I reached out to let me know there was a problem in the first place. How long were they going to hold onto my money with no resolution in sight? I asked if they could try again to get in touch with a supplier and they refused. Massive time waste. read more

Great customer service- Andy was very helpful and professional. Will definitely recommend this location to others. Great product selection.
