They aren't nosy or judgy, they just fix your laptop and get it back to you. Not too expensive and not usually slow. Recently, I had a motherboard replaced and the microphone didn't work when I got it back. I brought it back to a former employee named Zuhare, who was the only person I had dealt with on this particular laptop. I had to bring it back several times times for multiple issues. The guy had my laptop for 2 full days and never touched it to fix the mic. Seemed annoyed I even asked. Anyway, I had a few choice words for him, then didn't go back for a few months. I finally decided to go back and the new employee and owner fixed it for me for free within a day. No charge. Now that Zuhare is gone, it is a wonderful place again.

Great customer service at a very affordable price. I have an iPhone 6S plus that I needed to get…read morethe screen fixed so that I could trade it in for a new phone. I spoke with one of the representatives who was kind enough to make sure that they had the repair kit for my phone available, and told me while she was looking that even if it was not readily available they would go get one to make sure that they were able to perform the job for me. I really appreciate her for that. Thankfully they did have a kit that met the needs of my phone available. I asked her what the price was going to be, thinking that it would be upwards of $100. To my surprise, it was $50! I asked her what the availability to have the screen fixed was and she told me she could do it now because it would take her at most 45 minutes. I was really shocked! I have had my screen fixed before and it took 24 hours! To further my surprise it actually only ended up taking her about 30 minutes. I do not know what she did or how she did it, but the screen fixe has made my calls clearer and seems to have also made the phone function better. She was even able to tell me after she fixed it whether or not there was any water damage. Color me impressed, but you do not get great customer service like this today. Will definitely be back and recommending people to them!

I purchased two C to C phone cables from this business four days ago. I ended up not needing them…read moreand came back two days later with my receipt to return them. The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. I don't fault his policy, but his failure to be up front about it at time of purchase is poor business practice. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ca/resources/running-a-business/writing-store-return-policy/

She told me and my wife to go ahead and go grab a bite or a drink and she would have all the files from my old BETELGEUSE transferred over to the new one and would call my wife's phone when done. We went back after she called and my new phone was ready.
