We have been going to Trend Tech since 2002; there is no one else that we have ever found who compares. Where it is repair or build, Trend Tech Solutions is the very best. read more

I am always grateful when the owner is available to take a look at my laptop to screen for viruses or just to get a tune up. He is professional, trustworthy and does good work. His prices are reasonable and he has integrity. read more

The owner was extremely helpful and patient throughout my visit. Even though my computer couldn't be fixed, he helped me get a replacement.

First off, I would like to state that I am NOT tech savvy. I really do not keep up with technology that much. But I should have done my homework before I made my last purchase from this shop. A few years ago, I went in there to get a copy of Windows 7. Like I said, I do not keep up with technology that much. A guy there sold me Windows 7 knowing that the support for it had ended a few years earlier. Like I said, I should have done some research before I purchased it. It's my fault. But when I tried to return it, the guy refused to refund my money. Once again, I did not do my homework. But I think that the guy behind the counter should have at least tried to warn me that I was buying outdated software. It would have been the ethical thing to do. It would have been even more ethical to give me a refund. Is this guy that hard up for cash? read more

The owners name is Sukru. I appreciate him as an artist who is committed to creating good work. He's worked on my unit for multiple issues. The work he does is critical to many - young and old alike. But he always answers the phone with gratitude and a sense of grace - even if he has a few thing going on. Thank you, Sukru! You are one of the best! read more

I was able to drop off a laptop and get super fast turnaround on the repair. They even consulted me on my battery and helped me look for a replacement. Very reasonable price- prevented me from having to replace the laptop. Excellent customer service and the laptop works great. I recommend this company for anyone not too computer savvy and looking for a service they can trust to be honest in both the diagnosis and repair. read more

Sukru has helped us so many times over the years. He's found great computers at great prices when we need something new. He's fixed problems in just an hour or two. He sold us a reliable printer and installed it. He is kind and pleasant and friendly. We feel so lucky to live just around the corner from his shop. From there, he keeps us up to date with the latest technology and is so patient with our lack know-how in all things technical. He is amazingly skilled and helpful. Kaaren Nowicki read more

Sukru has been working here for 20 years and is AMAZING. My laptop of four years unexpectedly crashed on me this week and I was thinking that I'd have to get a replacement. However, one of my friends who had laptop problems earlier this year recommended this place to me, and I figured since it was close by and right next to my favorite boba shop, why not? Well, I am so so glad I did. Sukru not only fixed my laptop in half the estimated time and for a fraction of the cost of a new one, he made it even better than it was when I first got it out of the box!! He even told me how much everything would cost before doing anything so I could make an informed decision on what to do. I am so grateful to him and I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to any and everyone with laptop/PC issues. read more

These guys are A-W-E-S-O-M-E! My dc jack was loose a couple of days ago, and I had spent the morning calling different places shopping for prices, everywhere else told me that it would take them 2-3 days to look at the computer and then possibly order the part which would take a maximum of 5 days, and then fix it all that for at least 100 dollars plus labor fees ... so I would technically get my computer back in a week or so when I needed it within 24 hours to continue working on what it is that I was working on. When I called those guys, it was 5:50 pm, told them about my problem, told me if I can get to them before before 6:15 they could fix it for 120 and give it back to me the same day ( they close at 7) - I was ecstatic!! Got there at 6, left at 6:30, computer was fixed, and I was a happy customer, they even gave me some good advice on how to avoid this problem in the future! I would definittely recommend those guys hands down! read more

Called about a 5 yr old Dell laptop whose battery would not charge despite buying a new battery and trying someone else's charger. Sukru was able to diagnose it immediately over the phone and confirm he was right when I brought it in. In less than an hour, I was able to leave the shop with a working battery and laptop. Reasonable price and fast turnaround. There was another satisfied customer checking out while I was there. Ten years ago, Sukru helped me out with another laptop (I know this because I kept his old biz card since his service was great even back then). No surprise that he has been in business for 20 yrs. read more

I have been so helped here!! Incredibly fast turnaround when I was in an emergency, patient advice in what I needed to purchase, patient help with getting me started in my new system. Kind and accommodating with my need for extra quarantine carefulness. Highly recommended. read more

The owner is knowledgeable and eager to assist in resolving your problem. The price and turnaround time are both excellent.

Helped resolve an issue with my son's gaming laptop a few months ago. Quick turnaround time and very friendly. Also very helpful in terms of answering my questions and explaining in detail how things work. read more

Sukru really went above and beyond to fix my computer. When my system would not update properly he stayed late. When it still wouldn't update, he worked on it over night and met me the next day outside of office hours to make sure I had it in time for work. I've used Trend Tech several times and will continue to because I fully trust the diagnosis and really appreciate the consistent, high-quality service. They are the only ones I trust with my tech needs. read more

Sukru is the guy. We've bought numerous family computers from him, a couple of computers for friends and upgraded or repaired other random computers from him dating back to about 2004. He knows his operating systems, system management applications and hardware. He has quick turn around time. He does not want to sell you things you do not need. He sells some reconditioned, some fancy brand name stuff and some less expensive machines. I wouldn't buy a printer or a monitor from him because between Progressive Methods and Fry's I can get a deal on what I want, but a CPU or laptop - yup. Some things he stocks, some things he orders, but he always sets me up just right. I needed a laptop for school. I wanted something fast, with a big screen, lots of memory and ram, but NOT VISTA. He set me up with a brand new Dell with some upgrades and a nice legal copy of XP. Yay! And he is nice guy. Not overly cocky in his geekyness, which is refreshing. There isn't anything worse than a knowledgeable computer guy who reminds you constantly about your stupidity and inferiority because you messed up your computer. Sukru explains things in a way that mere mortals understand and is good at asking the right questions to figure out what will fit you best. read more

My poor computer died and before I gave up all hope and bought another one, I brought my baby here. Thank goodness I did. I came in with my poor baby and explained the problem. Dude took my information and said he'd call me the next day with a diagnosis. True to his word, he did. Told me what was wrong, gave me a very reasonable price on the repair, and said it'd be ready in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was at work and had errands to run afterward, so I would have to pick it up the next day. And here I am typing this review on my baby! Six years old and is running like new. read more

I have a 2009 MacBook Pro and I came in for water damage on the keyboard. I was told by the apple people that my computer was "vintage" meaning they didn't make parts for it anymore. They gave me a quote for over $500 to have the apple people get the keyboard from somewhere else and install it. They basically were no help because my computer was older and they were really pushing me to just buy a new one. These people at this store were so much more helpful and reasonably priced! For less than $250 they gave me a brand new keyboard, track pad (which the Apple Store had refused to change months ago), and cleaned the corrosion from the liquid damage. They also did all of this in about 5 hours and gave me my computer back on the same day! I appreciate their honesty so much! They could have very easily ripped off a desperate student but they were very helpful and explained everything that my computer actually needed. Also they have a flat labor fee and don't increase labor costs as the number of things you need done increase! 1000% coming back for all my tech needs! read more

I love Sukru And not just because he's so pretty to look at. He knows his stuff! I ain't stoopid, but I feel like a complete moron next to him. I've been going to his shop for years, and he's never let me down. I've referred friends and family to him, and they all love him too. He gave my stepdad's very dead laptop another two years of life, for under $100. The used desktop we bought from him is still going strong. He's diagnosed and repaired several laptops for me and for other family members, always quickly and perfectly and for less than other places. The computers my friends have bought from him are all going well, too. One friend had trouble with hers at first, and he patiently worked with her until she knew how to use her new machine, and all has been well ever since. I like this place because the work is done well and for a good price. But also because there is absolutely no b.s. How rare and delightful is that? He's honest and matter-of-fact. I like that in a repair guy. read more

My go to friendly repair place. Fair prices and knows his stuff. Have had him repair my laptop several times and has batteries and parts.

Sukh Knight is the man. I went to another PC place that charged me $55.00 to tell me they don't know whats wrong with it ... then said it would be $100.00 AN HOUR to rebuild it... Uhm WHAT?! So i took it to Sukh and he was very knowledgeable and reasonable on price. He gave me a flat rate up front - that was considering he figured out what was wrong with it. He said, "If i cant figure it out then dont pay me." He did figure it out and rebuilt a machine that could potentially hack the planet. Thank you Trend Tech Solutions. - Dan read more

I'm pretty hopeless with computers, so I brought my first-sluggish-then-endlessly-booting-up laptop to Trend Tech Solutions one afternoon. The man helping me figured out that my hard drive had crashed and laid out my options and the costs for various new hard drives and the labor. The team was able to salvage most of my documents (definitely back up your files often) and gave me back my operating system and even threw in an older version of Microsoft Office, all to the tune of around $200. I was able to pick up my laptop about 24 hours after I dropped it off. It's been over a month and a half since the laptop surgery took place, and as the guy said, it's like having a brand new super speedy computer. Hooray! read more

Great service and very honest! The issue with my laptop ended up being very minor. They could have spun a tale and charged me whatever, but they didn't. You have to appreciate that! read more

This place is so awesome! Hey let's go to Best Buy and pay triple or go see Sukru and have him do a better job, quicker for 1/2! I've been going here for years, very inexpensive, fast and great service, you'll never have any problems :-) read more

What can you say about someone who gets the problem diagnosed right the first time, offered several options for repair, delivered product on time and charged exactly what he said it would. Was able to recover all our data from the hard disk. We are fans. read more

Super fast and helpful recovering data off my sons hard drive. Much appreciated and highly recommended to anyone with a computer crisis.

I have been using Trend Tech since 2018 and have not been disappointed - ever. Sukru is knowledgeable and honest, charges a fair price. Also gets things done quickly. If you think this too good to be true give Trend Tech a try. I think you will agree! read more

Trend did a great job with a one day turnaround. I use Dropbox, but like to have all my files on a hard drive as well. I showed up with a 'full' 1 TB drive and a new 3 TB drive. They effected a data transfer/cloning - and the charge was nominal. Thank you, Sukru and company! read more

I love this place I wish I can rate this 10 stars, he's been working here for 19 years! Many people in my area aren't very sure of what they are doing when it comes to tech solutions, He has very reasonable prices, I went to another store and they tried to charge me $600 in total but he only charges half that price. I have a custom built computer and that usually requires more work when it comes to problem but he fixed it with ease and very quickly too. read more

I can't imagine a better technology consultant and repair person than Sukru Aydin, the owner and operator of Trend Tech Solutions. Sukru is a very nice man, and knows his stuff. My computer caught the dreaded HDD Malware that Sukru was able to take off without any problem. He's an honest man and won't take advantage of you. Go see him before you run over to a big box store. read more

Dropped my laptop off, and it was repaired within 2 hours!! And not for an arm and a leg either! Highly recommended, and will definitely be referring to others. read more

This place is a gem. My work laptop straight up died on me a couple nights ago. After trying to fix the mysterious issue myself for an entire day and getting very behind on deadlines, I started calling around at 5 PM. Several places told me that they wouldn't even look at my laptop or give me a price for at least 4 or 5 days. I called Trend Tech and was told to come on in and that they'd get me fixed up before they closed at 7. I arrived at 6 PM. They transferred my files from my dying MacBook to another laptop I had and I was on my way by 7:10 PM! They were so polite and patient with me. I will come here with any tech issue in the future and definitely will recommend to others. Thanks guys! read more

My laptop was unresponsive for days and did not recover no matter what I did. This place was able to recover my machine with all my data intact in just one hour for a very affordable price. I would highly recommend this place for anyone having trouble with their computer. read more

This place is great. The staff is courteous and efficient. The prices are very competitive, and they get things back to you in the same day, if you drop it off before 2pm. The problem with my PC laptop was that it needed a new harddrive. I bought a new harddrive at a big box store and brought it to Trend Tech Solutions. They installed it, with all of my previous programs, for $100. And they stayed well past closing time to make sure my computer was running. The store also has a selection of used laptops. It's a small selection, say five or six, but they are all less than $200 and ready to go. I wish I had more money so I could buy computers that I don't need. One caveat - Getting to this place can be tough, due to the traffic in and out of Emory. Try to get there before or after the rush hour times. read more

Super nice, pro and knowledgeable! Price are the best in town and they made my 2009 MacBook Pro work like beast! Rather than buying a new computer, I saved a ton on upgrading my 2009. Don't buy into the Apple hype, go to Trend Tech and save. read more

I purchased an HDMI cable from a Decatur computer store in November - I spent $181 there that day. The cable worked nicely at first. But last week when I unplugged it from my computer, it fell apart. I took it back to the store and the owner was obnoxious. He would not even consider replacing it with a new one. As I turned to leave, I told him he could keep it. He said, "I don't want it!" and slammed it into a garbage can. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE. I have a CEO frient who shops there. When I told him this, he said he would never shop there again, either. read more

I wish I came here sooner! I had a macbook with a broken left hinge. They fixed it for $177 in less than 2 hours! Apple wanted to charge $700! Excellent service. I'm really satisfied and highly recommend this store! read more
