I have had to come here twice in the past year, unfortunately. FORTUNATELY these folks are all amazing at their job. On the most recent visit my screen on my Samsung S10 had broken and I was unable to see what was going on with my phone, though it was still apparently working, somewhere under that DARK AND BLANK SCREEN FROM HELL! Anyway, Heather took my replacement phone and my broken neck-twisted from the exorcism old phone and was able to transfer all my files, messages, contacts and everything over. She told me and my wife to go ahead and go grab a bite or a drink and she would have all the files from my old BETELGEUSE transferred over to the new one and would call my wife's phone when done. We went back after she called and my new phone was ready. She also let me leave the DEMONSPAWN there so she could reset it to factory setting so when I sent it back to DANTES 9TH LEVEL OF HELL it would be wiped clean. I was having some issues with my computer and they ran a bunch of tests to discover the problem, and kept me in the loop with their progress. This is the type of shop you hope not to visit...because who wants a broken screen. However, the great staff made a painful experience as great as it could be. They offer a friendly welcome the minute you step inside and offer prompt and quick service. I cracked the screen on a used iPhone 5s I had purchased only three days earlier. I headed out to a repair shop I had seen before in a slightly questionable part of the city. Intuitively I checked Yelp and this place showed up with 5 star reviews. That's a pretty great track record, so I decided to drive over and trust them for the work. It cost $85 to have the screen replaced. When they opened the phone, they detected heavy previous use and suggested the battery should be replaced since it would soon start spontaneously shutting off. I had already noticed the problem, and since the phone was open had then replace it. That cost an additional $25, but I'm glad to have it done now The waiting area is quite comfortable with a sofa, TV, water and a kids area with toys. read more

Logan was so professional and witty that I got a side of entertainment with the screen fix. A cup of coffee from the shop around the corner and 45 minutes later I was back in business. They offered a warranty for the phone if I purchased a screen protector which seemed a good deal so I got it. Another bonus- great waiting room complete with leather sectional and flat screen and a separate kids area in case you want to wait in the store. I don't know why, but I never thought I'd be one of those people who would shatter their phone screen. I just figured they must be really throwing their shit around to cause such major damage. And then my phone fell out of my pocket and on to the bathroom floor. Enter Nate at ScreenFixing.com. I emailed him and 24 hours later we were chatting over a beer (his, sadly, not mine) at Midway Pub while he made my iPhone as good as new. I had friends who told me I could have bought a kit and done it myself. To them I say: you must not know me at all. It looked like a pretty elaborate process that involved a lot of patience. So yes, I'm thankful that Nate does what he does. It was a $90 charge for an iPhone 4s and the price varies based on the model you've got. He doesn't advertise it, but he'll also fix your iPad screen if you need it. The process couldn't have been easier or more pleasant.
