The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. Lee was referred by a friend when our computer was hacked. He walked us thru the issue, resolving it, during the first phone call. More minor issues, with both our computers, same thing. Fixed with single phone call. When my hard drive died last year, zero back up, he was able to get most of my data from the fried, dead, drive. He also coached me thru new laptop purchase, and made the purchase, installed software, met with me for a lesson on how to use it. When my new laptop was crushed late last year, the hard drive was barely affected, he again was able to get all my data. Coached me again on new laptop, he made the purchase, passing along a great discount, as he did the first time. During coaching he suggests new software collateral to my profession, and it's always on target. Also bought a new phone with Lee's services last year when mine was smashed. This time he coached me into the modern era with everything on my phone backed up all the time. Pleased with new phone. Lee has been 100% through it all. read more

Lee met new the next day, immediately ordered my parts, called me as soon as they were in and My laptop was repaired in a week and I didn't have to leave it anywhere so I was still able to use it and be productive. My son is in e-sports so a working portable device is required. He can play all his video games at the speed necessary to compete and it runs better than originally purchased (it was a refurbished one). Anthony listened to our broken explanation of the issue, asked appropriate questions to quickly diagnose & followed up in a very timely manner. When given the opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, he didn't do that. We will be back soon.
