On the most recent visit my screen on my Samsung S10 had broken and I was unable to see what was going on with my phone, though it was still apparently working, somewhere under that DARK AND BLANK SCREEN FROM HELL! Anyway, Heather took my replacement phone and my broken neck-twisted from the exorcism old phone and was able to transfer all my files, messages, contacts and everything over. She told me and my wife to go ahead and go grab a bite or a drink and she would have all the files from my old BETELGEUSE transferred over to the new one and would call my wife's phone when done. We went back after she called and my new phone was ready. She also let me leave the DEMONSPAWN there so she could reset it to factory setting so when I sent it back to DANTES 9TH LEVEL OF HELL it would be wiped clean. It was truly a battle of epic proportions between Heather the Screenfixing Angel vs THE DEMON FROM CELL-HELL. They even had my new screen-guard put on when I picked up my phone. After the repair, the…read morelaptop worked, but I later discovered it was running on a 128GB SSSTC SSD--a very small, low-end drive I never authorized or discussed with the shop. When I asked for clarification, the business stated they had diagnostic photos, hardware inventory screenshots, and a detailed report proving the SSD was already in the machine at the time of service. I requested copies multiple times. They did not provide a single photo, screenshot, or document. The customer portal they referenced contained only an invoice and the laptop's serial number. When I asked again for the documentation they claimed existed, the shop refused to send it and insisted they would no longer communicate in writing. They stated that any further discussion must take place only in person, which prevents any verifiable record. At no point did they provide the evidence needed to confirm their claims. My review is based entirely on written communication and the business's refusal to provide the diagnostic documentation they repeatedly referenced.

I had previously opened the laptop case myself without any issues when replacing the battery, following instructions I found on YouTube. I immediately retrieved my laptop from them and, acting on advice I found online, connected it to my smart TV. The image on the television screen did not flicker. The diagnosis took all of three minutes. Subsequently, I purchased a new screen for $150 on Amazon and replaced it myself, again following instructions from YouTube. The laptop has been working without any problems ever since. Do not get involved with these scammers.

We are a small company with a handful of people in the office, but have a large warehouse for operations. I sent out bid requests to some other companies as well, but they were either slow to respond to were not interested in our book of business. For Lumari Tech, Omar was quick to respond and asked all the right questions to get a better understanding of our network needs and what we were looking to do. He was very professional throughout the correspondences and responsive. What I appreciated most during the proposal process was that he never tried to upsell or sell more equipment or features than what we needed. He identified what our business needs were and matched the equipment and setup accordingly. The costs provided on the proposal was very reasonable. Once the quote was approved, Omar and his team arrived on time for the date we agreed for installation and took care of everything without any issues. In fact, they identified some issues that were caused by some other vendors that worked on our office and brought it to our attention. They also identified that some of the items that were actually quoted where not needed, so at the end of the day, we ended up paying less than what was on the actual proposal. During this whole process, we discovered that Lumari Tech offers managed IT services which is something our company needs as we cannot justify the cost of having an in-house IT person to manage our network. We definitely plan to work with Lumari Tech in the near future to help beef up our cybersecurity, backup of data and explore cloud options to support our business IT needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you're looking to install, re-evaluate, or revamp your business IT needs. Thank you Omar for the excellent service provided!
