On the most recent visit my screen on my Samsung S10 had broken and I was unable to see what was going on with my phone, though it was still apparently working, somewhere under that DARK AND BLANK SCREEN FROM HELL! Anyway, Heather took my replacement phone and my broken neck-twisted from the exorcism old phone and was able to transfer all my files, messages, contacts and everything over. She told me and my wife to go ahead and go grab a bite or a drink and she would have all the files from my old BETELGEUSE transferred over to the new one and would call my wife's phone when done. We went back after she called and my new phone was ready. She also let me leave the DEMONSPAWN there so she could reset it to factory setting so when I sent it back to DANTES 9TH LEVEL OF HELL it would be wiped clean. It was truly a battle of epic proportions between Heather the Screenfixing Angel vs THE DEMON FROM CELL-HELL. They even had my new screen-guard put on when I picked up my phone. First of all, I had to call the police to get my laptop back. The owner, Hassan, got in my face and threatened me when I told him he was a scammer. Hassan was trying to hit a woman. When the police came, they helped me get my laptop back. The police arrested him on something not related to the situation. I'm sure they arrest him for fraud. He keeps paying people to make fake reviews when in reality, he has hundreds of stolen, broken electronics back there he has yet to return because he is stealing parts to take home. I don't know how his business has not shut down yet. Atlanta does not care about quality service, or keeping people safe. Please do not bring your things here. If you do, they'll be broken, and stolen. Make sure to call the police and if you have the authority, shut this place down and have this man arrested again. He is a thief, and a liar, and he vandalizes property.

A couple hours later, the Store Manager called to say "unfortunately" she damaged my iPad touch screen, so instead of the original $200 cost, now I would have to pay $435 to have the screen SHE damaged fixed. I was completely taken back that a business would force a customer to pay for damage they cause themselves. I asked for paperwork to show that she had caused the damage, and she not only refused to provide but also demanded that I pay $435 to get my iPad back. I had to literally call the police in order to get my iPad back and obtain a receipt that showed my iPad was in perfect condition when I first brought it in (see photos). I now have a $1300 iPad that is completely useless (there's no touch on the screen anymore) and has several metal scratches from the terrible job iRepairIt did in damaging the touch screen... I went back through the yelp reviews and noticed that many of the positive reviews are from yelp members that have no profile or activity! There's no way all these positive reviews are legit! This feels like a scam to get a quote from $200 then be forced to pay more than double to have my device scratched and damaged by their wrongdoing. Lesson learned: before taken your iphone/ipad to repair, verify if the repair shop is Apple certified at https://support.apple.com/repair/verify-repair-provider. iRepairIt is NOT Apple certified (see screenshot). A more appropriate name for this business is "iBreakIt".
