This is my second time at this particular experience and let's just say - I left a happy customer! My grandma keeps doing something strange with her iPhone; adding too many esims. I know! I'm impressed she's doing it (lol) but nonetheless, I was tired of fooling with it so off to T-Mobile we went ! There are reserved parking spots for some of the other retail shops, but we were able to park right in front of the door. Today was slow so we were first up. The staff were HILARIOUS, the store smelled amazing (especially from our last experience), and she fixed her phone so fast I didn't even realize she was finished. My experience was wonderful. The store was very busy but I was greeted and assisted right away. Ms. Z. was pleasant and so extremely helpful. Even while assisting me, she greeted another customer that was entering. Store was adequately staffed and all were working with customers. read more

I went into this location to inquire abt a phone and phone service. A representative named CHRISTIAN after I left the store ACTIVATED service in my name!!!!!! Shortly after I received a bill!!!!! MIND YOU I HAVE NO PHONE, NO NUMBER, NO ANYTHING! Go back to the store to figure out why I'm being billed and he says he thought I'd come back to get service! On December 3, 2018. I paid my bill for 140. T Mobile took out $14,000 dollars. I called and ask one simple question. Did a red flag go off that something is wrong. The Supervisor never came to the phone. She relayed messages to me. Who will be paying the late fees from the checks, I'm hot out. She text me a letter saying T Mobile is in error. I had to go to my Bank present the e mail. They waived the fees. On Thursday December 6, 2018, I called T Mobile, what are you going to do for me being that I was inconvenience. NOTHING. I went to AT&T and enroll. On December 10, 2018, T Mobile did it again. $14,000. Holding up my money again. Because, I not enroll with T Mobile, It may take 30 days. No Supervisor available. I went back to the bank. We have to wait until it post. All this time my money is tied up. T Mobile don't care. Oi tried to get them to destroy this transaction. Nothing. This location needs to be retrained immediately! 4 customers standing around waiting while 3-4 workers laugh and tell ghetto stories with a customer who didn't need everybody's attention I was in this location for over an hr for nothing they don't value your time find another location this 1 needs to be shut down . This location is EXTREMELY ghetto. Several workers standing around doing absolutely nothing. We waited for over an hour with only 2 customers in the store. These customers were also very agitated & voiced that they would not return. i would never come back here or recommend anyone else come here. Employees attitudes are disgusting. I'm from out of state. I just moved here. I'll have my house literally in 3 weeks. too much can't apply for my Georgia license until I can prove my address. in the meantime, I was told I couldn't get my upgrade without my I.D. which I totally understand. i had misplaced my current ID and had to reorder online. my screen on my phone probably has a few days before it totally blacks out. I only wanted to know my opinions further. I am not the account holder my father is. so I called my stepmother (his wife) to help assist me. I've been with T-Mobile since 2015. same account. The lady helping me today was extr rude as I was explaining my situation to see if she could give me more options. she brushes me off and walks away to tamper with display phones instead of helping me further. other customers had to call out to get to tell her I was calling her back over. which I know she heard me. the entire store did. by this point I'm just over upset and ready to storm out.
