Hello! I ABSOLUTELY have to write a review for Wesley Greene Tech Repairs. Not only is he a young…read moreAND talented entrepreneur, he is also very passionate about his craft. Here's my story: A few weeks ago, Wesley posted on our apartment community board about him starting his own business repairing phones. I didn't think much of it until, lo and behold, I dropped my phone moving stuff...Then, I dropped it AGAIN moving stuff for a photoshoot a week later. The screen cracks were atrocious. Eventually, I had given up on packing tape holding my phone screen together, and since it was also a work phone, my boss told me to "Get it fixed ASAP.". So, I messaged Wesley yesterday. Wes was all about getting it done when I texted him in the middle of his work day. He responded so quickly! No joke, I texted him around 3PM, and he was like, "Yeah, I'll get it done. I'll let you know when I can take your phone to fix it." Now, keep in mind, he is the only person doing this job, and he did have other phones he was working on, so I wasn't able to get in until 8PM, but y'all...It took less than an HOUR for Wes to fix it! So, after all was said and done...within an hour it was fixed!! That isn't to say everyone can get their phones fixed within an hour (I don't want to set that kind of expectation up for him as new entrepreneur), but it's been two days and the screen is A+. No new calibration needed, no wonky-ass stuff coming up, and my screen brightness is still the same (I'm weird about that) He may call you "Ma'am", but I highly recommend him! :)

Communication was good throughout the process, and he did an excellent job repairing my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller. I was having several issues with the controller, but after the repair, everything is functioning properly again and working exactly as it should. It's definitely nice to find someone who actually knows how to work on these controllers, especially since they aren't always easy to find someone locally willing to repair. Matt was professional, easy to communicate with, and made the entire experience smooth. The service and quality of the repair were absolutely worth it. **10/10 experience.** I would definitely use Moore Tech Repair again and highly recommend Matt to anyone needing electronics or gaming equipment repaired. Great local business and great customer service!

My wife found Tess Communications on Yelp and called for a quote. Tess said it would be $30. I carried her phone in about 1:00 pm thinking I would have to drop it off. Tess didn't say much but took the phone went right to his work. While he talked business on the phone and greeted customers coming in to the shop, he replaced the battery and returned it in about 25 minutes. It has worked fine. The price was as quoted. Tess has been open for about 5 months. I was impressed with his work ethic, demeanor and the value of his service and skill. I don't know anything about his other cell phone or computer work, but I would certainly go back to him if needed. Tess Communications is on Joseph Lowery Blvd in a strip mall with a Family Dollar Store just south of the I-20 Lowery Blvd Exit (Left turn coming from downtown). The shop is on the right.

Nicole was very informative and consulted with her boss to ensure the correct resolve. Because of the make, model and structure of the tablet they suggested that I talk to a samsung provider to receive a safer solution and to make the best decision on whether to repair or replace the device. Most importantly she gave me some great tips on trying a new charger to see if that would clear up the problem. I did follow that advice and sure enough it worked. Thank you so much for the customer care that you provided.
