I completely recommend this company. This was my first experience with the company and I came in to see if they could replace the battery on my Samsung book 12. Nicole was very informative and consulted with her boss to ensure the correct resolve. Because of the make, model and structure of the tablet they suggested that I talk to a samsung provider to receive a safer solution and to make the best decision on whether to repair or replace the device. Most importantly she gave me some great tips on trying a new charger to see if that would clear up the problem. I did follow that advice and sure enough it worked. The owner wanted $120 to replace a bad solid-state hard drive they installed one year ago (hard drive was under warranty but I was not offered the warranty info. when I picked the laptop up). I of course said no. They then tried to charge me $40 for the diagnostic that exposed the bad drive they installed. There was never any mention of a diagnostic fee when I dropped the computer off, and to try to charge me when the problem was caused by hardware they installed was a very shady move. Needless to say, I won't be back. Update: At 9:55 AM, 1/18/2017 the owner called me on the phone to challenge my point of view stated above and said, "I thought we left on amicable terms, we didn't charge you the diagnostic fee". They didn't charge me the diagnostic fee because I challenged it. A diagnostic fee should never have been mentioned or attempted in this case, reiterated by my final words to him while leaving the store, "I would never have left the computer with you had I known a diagnostic fee was involved". If you don't see the problem(s) in how you dealt with my situation, this will certainly not be your last negative review. read more

After updating to the iOS 10 my phone was "bricked" after calling around to get quotes from $20-70 just to literally plug in to itunes to get done I messaged the company to inquire a price thinking it'll be an insane amount. To my surprise the owner told me it would be free of charge?!??? Listen I live in Newnan and it took me twenty minutes to get there(don't judge, I was without my phone for three days) anyways from the moment I walked in the associates were really nice and friendly. This is a new business in the Fayetteville/Fayette County area, but I have done business with the owner when he was employed by another computer repair shop in Atlanta for years. This guy knows what he's doing and won't tell you that you need a new mother board when all you need is new power cord. Get my drift? He's honest and good.
