It is now 6 months later after getting it, I had to return that. He says that it needed more memory because he's the expert I followed his advise and paid additional money. Then upon calling him to get an update, he states that it might be a hard drive issue. I didn't get the laptop back same day as promised. Then he explains that it's a driver issue the updates from HP are not compatible with the laptop. He was unable to tell me year and model of the laptop. However, he says he has a fix for it. I pick up the laptop and the graphics are horrible and look very outdated. This has been most inconvenient as I work from home. I have essentially lost 2+ work days and have an outdated computer. He keeps paying people to make fake reviews when in reality, he has hundreds of stolen, broken electronics back there he has yet to return because he is stealing parts to take home. I don't know how his business has not shut down yet. Atlanta does not care about quality service, or keeping people safe. Please do not bring your things here.
