Aric was incredibly accessible and fixed my cracked screen right away. I called him early in the morning, and just 30 minutes later, my phone was fixed in about 10 minutes! He made the whole process so easy and fast. Aric is not only skilled, but also super nice and trustworthy. I highly recommend him! He'll definitely be my go-to if my phone ever breaks again (hopefully not ). But if it does, he's the person I'll be calling and will be recommending to anyone around me! Thank you, Aric, for saving my phone read more

I was at an airport hotel in Atlanta, and I was flying out the next day to go an Alaskan cruise. I really wanted my phone repaired. TechMates came to me at the hotel and fixed my phone in under an hour! The price was reasonable too, and cost me a small fraction of what it would have cost to replace the phone, even though it's several model-numbers old. I cannot believe the level of customer service provided and the quality of goods they're using to repair phones. I feel like I got an incredible value for the price I paid. If you're in the Atlanta metro and you need your phone repair, don't go to a storefront somewhere...let TechMates come to you! You'll be glad you did! read more

I didn't believe in Unicorns. But on a random Wednesday night, at about 9:30 PM, I went to Yelp. I was frustrated with my busy day tomorrow and how I was going to repair the newly cracked camera lens on my relatively new iPhone. (I know.1st world problem). so I searched for repair businesses and hours and realized I could just ask for a proposal. Strangely, one business was "mobile" and offered to come to my place of residence or business and fix the phone. I realized that his hours for the evening ended at 12 AM. That's right, midnight on this particular night. I received his response immediately from my request and he told me he could be at my house in 22 minutes... He was there in 18. He fixed the phone in my driveway in 20 minutes and was on his way. Unicorns do exist. Thank you Aric. Godspeed. read more

I can't even begin w/ the raves!!! I used the Yelp Quote Service and there were four companies that responded to me. The quotes were over priced in that after taxes would have ran over $100.00 and their immediate availability were not "immediate" and more like 48 Hrs or more. No bueno! TechMates360 came to me and fixed my screen for under $80.00 to include taxes. He was very easy to work with and he was timely. I support this local business as he does not add his travel, it's all in the price he quotes=-) After he replaced my screen, there was a tiny glitch and he had no issues meeting up w/ me as soon as I had an availability and again, he came to me. I would absolutely recommend and refer TechMates360. For the professionals that have tight skeds...this is the company to call when U need a fast repair=-) #SupportLocalBiz #TechMates360 #HeComesToU #EntrepreneurshipAtItsBest read more

I know the process- you need your phone fixed, you look through a bunch of reviews, pictures etc and you're just still not sure. We are never really sure right? Not this time. TechMates does exactly what they say they will, you will not have to wonder with this company. Let's start with the communication- super responsive during the inquiry/messaging phase on Yelp, then with regards to scheduling/confirmation and ETA on the day of and finally while fixing your device. They showed up on time, changed the batteries in two phones and a screen for me in about 45 minutes, and were absolutely professional. Now here's why they actually deserve 6 stars (Yelp please catch up). TechMates *listened* to concerns that I had about my iphones that weren't even related to changing the batteries and PROACTIVELY solved them without even charging me more. I was literally just having a conversation, I had no idea that they were actively thinking about how to make those concerns go away. Where do I find more of these hidden gems?!!!!!! I am shooketh, SHOOKETH I say!!! read more

Fast, and sufficient. Thanks again I've never experienced such great customer service before. Tech Mates went above and beyond after already fixing my screen and came back out again for a software problem, just to make sure they did everything right on their end. They troubleshooted my phone and even gave me a new screen. Thank you for your kindness; I wish more businesses were this good. Please don't hesitate to support this business as they will provide you with excellent customer service. God bless you. read more

What a convenient and efficient service! Aric met me where I was and had my phone fixed in 30 mins. I'd had a reservation about getting the cracked screen fixed outside of Apple, after previously having a bad experience. Using TechMates changed my mind of that! Everything works perfectly. I'd definitely use the service again (ofcourse not rushing to crack my screen again though lol) read more

I requested a repair estimate through Yelp early in the morning. Even though all the companies listed weren't open for business yet, I promptly got an email response from Aric. Ninety minutes later, he was at my door with a face mask on. He repaired two iPhones in his car, in my driveway. One repair was a shattered screen on an iPhone X, the other was a charging input replaced on an iPhone 8. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the speed and convenience. Highly recommended!! read more

Aric was awesome! The whole process (requesting a quote, making an appointment, and repairing my iPhone 11 screen) took less than 1 hour 30 minutes. Very COVID friendly - he wore a mask and completed the repair in his vehicle (in less than the quoted 20 minutes by the way). Impressed to say the least. read more

Completely amazing service. I contacted TechMates along with a few other business on a Monday night because I had just recently shattered my screen at work. I was hoping to get it repaired by the following day but TechMates was able to come out and do the repair the same day. He came within an hour of me contacting him and it took all of 20min to complete the repair. Not only do they come to you, but the service is efficient and inexpensive. My sons phone was badly cracked and we needed a house call during COVID-19. Tech Mates came to the rescue. Drove to our home, assessed the damage and at first couldn't fix it. But the tech offered to keep the phone for a couple days to try and keep working on it. Within an hour, he brought the phone back, fully fixed like a new phone. For a great price too! I had to double check & make sure I was leaving this review in the proper place because the name doesnt really stand out amongst the cell phone repair companies, but the service did! The gentleman who assisted me, Aric, was very kind & communicative & quick to respond to my msgs on here. He was readily available to come to my not-the-most-central location & repair my phone, as I needed it to complete my work day. Last but not least I got my phone properly fixed w no problems! 5 stars, would recommend. read more
