She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

Accordingly, I gave A Plus Appliance detailed info about the problem with parts but they assured me they had access to the parts needed before I paid them $189 to come diagnose the oven. Long story short, they said they had the parts and quoted me $1200. I called them several times to confirm they had the parts and breakdown the parts Vs labor. After a few calls, they told me they didn't have the parts after all. I complained and they said the owner would call, the manager did. After trying to say I must have called the wrong company and that's why I didn't get a call back (whatever that's not the point anyway), the manager now said they did have the parts but couldn't warrant them and didn't recommend doing the repair. My dad kept suggesting I visit a scratch and debt place and I didn't want to. I'm glad I did. Huge parking lot. Employees were very knowledgeable. Lots to choose from. They also offer a 1 year warranty and delivery and haul. As long as you have a home warranty in place, you don't need longer than a year.
