    I came to this place because my phone was cracked. He sold me when he offered a 3 month warranty…read more To my understanding the warranty covers you in the case the screen black outs. Any physical damages would have to be paid for. Which is reasonable I agree and he fixed my phone. I have a 17 Pro Max the orange one. After he fixed it he told me my "stand by" function will no longer work which I thought was fishy considering I'm paying $200. I bought a new screen privacy screen protector and when placed on my new screen lines appeared as if the screen was rejecting the screen protector. Now these are problems that I noticed immediately they're small and not the end of the world but it's worth mentioning since people are paying. Now back to that 3 month warranty in the case the screen blacks out. I had a gathering with my family so to stay engaged I sit my phone the table. Something I do all the time never been a problem. I wake up the next morning to retrieve it and it won't turn on. My phone will ring , you can feel the vibrations my phone is not broken my screen just blacked out Something That Was Supposed To Be Covered In The Warranty . I call him and he tell me he can not replace my phone if it was damaged by water. The way he can tell or not if it has water damaged is by a strip inside the phone if it's x-color it dry if it's y-color it's been water damaged at some point. I tell him my phone has been wet before I came to him and I'm positive my phone just blacked out. He tells me he would not have sold me the warranty had he known I had previous water damage because it makes the screen more prone to blacking out. WHICH IS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. But my problem today is I was not notified of this disclosure until after I've already paid and my screen is already blacked out. This business represented horrible communication and integrity the price is extreme and the product is mediocre. If I pay $200 for a service I expect all the functions of the phone to be there after the service. And if your selling point is your warranty you should be communicating your terms.

    I went for a screen replacement and battery repair , came out with no working face id when i went…read morein WITH it working . no responsibility was taken , even AFTER i called a real apple technician and was told that shouldnt have been damaged if i went in with it working AND if it was done correctly . im disappointed because i was referred here and had gone once before for a spotless front screen repair but its obvious thats all you can get done here without walking away missing something that was perfectly fine when you walked in . AND this is not the first review saying something along these lines of you go for one thing and another thing appears . edit: and than about a hour later , calls me and texts me to harrass me about a service not well done on her end when all i wanted was the issue fixed or responsibility taken to which i was told "ive been doing this ten years" amongst other smug things that were just unprofessional all around . To call and text your "client" after the fact is unprofessional and very telling that you made a mistake and arent humble enough to admit . wont be referring anyone anymore

    I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max from this location and i must say that i am extremely disappointed…read moreand unhappy with my experience. When i purchased the screen I asked the gentleman if they used genuine replacements or aftermarket replacements. They assured me they used genuine screens for their replacements. Even though i should have known better as they aren't a certified repair facility, i took their word for it because i wanted to support a black business, they were very friendly, and prices were very good. When i received the first replacement, it failed less than 20 minutes later as i was headed home. i went back to the location and was told i had to wait until the next day because they didn't have any more screens and the owner was dealing with a break-in at another location. After 2 days i finally received a replacement. This one failed after 3 or 4 days. same issue of being unresponsive, faded colors, and shutting off unexpectedly despite being fully charged. i took the phone back a third time and received another replacement. This time it was from another gentleman. I was fed a story about how the screens are hit or miss and this is common ( Say What?). So here i am now with a screen that hasn't been dropped or damaged that's been in a case with a screen protector that now has lines running through it, unresponsive on the left side, and has a black led bleed that's spreading even though this was supposed to be a Premium OLED screen that shouldn't have this happen. I tried to support a black business and was deceived and misled. Due to the fact that they only have a 14 day return policy i was unable to receive any assistance from the location. Initially i referred friends and family to this location for accessories but I regret doing so and I hope nobody else has to experience this. I expressed to them that my phone was important as i drive for Uber as well as own a trucking company and this whole experience has cost me nothing but wasted time and loss of income as the fact that each time my phone goes down, i lose money! Very Disappointed with this location!!
