It wasn't even covered in the move with plastic to protect it. They lost the handles for my refrigerator as well. Now I have to pay to have the dents and handles replaced. The manager at the storage unit where they took my things called me and told me they were drunk and broke his main gate because they were so drunk they couldn't find the code. Called how money for each step. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want broken and damaged items and being harassed daily for money.

However, they FAR exceeded my expectations! Not only do they do a great job in the move itself, they also go the extremes in making sure they handle your items as careful as possible. they are also fast (but cautious) and are extremely personable! The cost is very reasonable on top of all of that. If that was not enough, when all had been unloaded and they were done, I told the owner that I was now on my to get some things out of a second storage unit now that they had put my main items in a larger one and he insisted on helping me with this and no additional charge! who does this!?
