We had a tenant move out of our house that left a bunch of junk in the back yard. Got a couple of quotes through Yelp. Lots of delayed responses and most wanted to check the place out on their own to make sure of the scope of the work. Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. He sent pictures and videos of what he had done, kept you aware of the costs, and what was left. Left it completely up to me to stop at any time. This is exactly what I would want in this line of work.

When I reached out to call the number Mr. Jonathan was very prompt to my call and was able to assist myself and my husband and spoke in detail on what he could do to move our home. He answered all our questions with no problem at all. We moved our 3 bedroom home with no issues or problems and I had no furniture damaged at all including my antique table and chairs. He had materials that was able to protect our items which was impressive. The team was very friendly and showed up on time to our property and offered any other assistance that was needed. Mr. Jonathan also made sure to follow up with us before showing up to our property which was great and also offered to dispose of any items we no longer needed. The prices were great and our furniture was not just thrown in a truck and drove off recklessly. Super happy with our services and would definitely use them in the future for any moves or clutter removal.

Jonathan has moved stuff for me three times, this last one being over 700 miles to the Gulf Coast. He and Mike delivered two storage units of furniture and a million boxes of my most precious belongings with nothing lost or broken, no waiting endlessly for the truck to arrive, and offloaded in an hour and a half. Absolutely superb service, I was in awe, and Relieved! it was a hard move for me, but he made it so easy. he is honest, his pricing is reasonable, his guys are right there with him in integrity and hard work. Pay attention all you other moving companies out there - this is the Gold Standard.

I specifically asked if they could take paint. Adam asked if it was wet or dry to which I replied wet. He responded, after checking something and said, yes, they would take the paint. When their guys arrived they informed my husband it was a $10/gallon surcharge for paint. I tried calling the main number where I booked the service and received nothing but run around. I then asked to be transferred to the guy I originally booked with, who answered and said please hold. After being on hold over 25 minutes, they literally hung up on me! This is a typical bait and switch tactic. My next call is to report these people to the Better Business Bureau! Do not use these people!

They asked what items we wanted picked up and had to be specific. They charge by the amount of space the items take up in the truck. So they can't give you an exact estimate but they will tell you examples such $300 for the amount of 4 refrigerators (just an example) we called them on a Friday and we're scheduled for Monday. They came pretty early and got the stuff out. The price was not bad at all. We had 2 mattresses some tables and some more items moved and I think my partner paid between 2-$300. There a trampoline in the backyard and they said that they can come back and break it down it would only be about $100 I think.
