I appreciated them coming out, communicating everything that needed to be told, and confirming the work prior to doing anything not on the estimate. If they read this, I hope that they know that my frustrations weren't aimed at them at all. They were great and I'd absolutely work with them again (just not with this company though). As far as the owner, she really needs to take an etiquette class because she is far from professional. One of her employees gave me an estimate that was far from accurate for the amount of work that had to be done. JP didn't even touch the limb that needed to be cut down because he knew that the amount I'd pay wouldn't be viable (I personally didn't know this since I'm not an arborist...that's what I contacted her company for because they're professionals, or so I thought -__-). JP got her on the phone to sort out the issue. I think he thought that she would reason with me since she sent someone out who doesn't quote properly. Nope! She basically made it seem like I was trying to get over on them...mind you...did I make the quote? Ummm no. I stayed as calm as I could with her while she keep throwing the blame at me and making it seem like they did nothing wrong. Before she could continue throwing jabs, I decided to put my business hat on and say "Please...stop...how much is the work that was already done? We aren't going to continue this." I'm assuming she will reply to this, unprofessionally like she behaved on the phone, so brace yourself for the show! Would I recommend? NO! Go somewhere else (or try to get JP and Clint if they go to a better company) Will I use them again? Not if they were the last tree company on earth.

This meant we needed a pump tank so we could have a new drain field placed up hill in our front yard. Not an easy job, but Terry and his amazing crew (of women!) made it happen in 2 days! Of course, we waited over a year before we ready to pull the plug on this operation (pardon the pun) since it was very expensive. We feel it was worth every penny for their guidance and expertise though. And if you just need a septic tank pump, Tyler, is your man. :-)

Terry came out shortly after to check out what we needed and got me a quote within hours. They were well under the first quote we had received and offered options to help us save. There are visible large patches throughout my front lawn where grass was ripped from its roots. Reggie stated he would "fix" the lawn. It was never repaired. During the last scheduled lawn service, he only cut the front yard. When I texted to inquire why the backyard was not cut, he texted that he'd already loaded the equipment back on his truck. The response in no way answered my question! After texting and calling him multiple times, with the same question, he claimed he would be by the next morning. He never showed. Instead, in the late evening he texted, "You gotta give me until next week." Wow! Completely unreliable and disrespectful. I paid Reggie in advance, in the amount of $165. He has failed to provide the prepaid service; literally having the audacity to tell me he thought I was tipping him. Who tips an extra $165?!? I try very hard to patron black-owned and operated business. Thanks to Reggie, I am reminded that we are the worst with regard to one another. Enjoy the $165! We all reap what we sow.
