Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. My things arrived broken, torn and just a mess (I have pictures). The packers/loaders did not secure the goods so they bounced around in the truck. They did not use packing paper for my TV so it was broken, chair was torn, etc. I contacted the owner and provided pictures, but he took no responsibility. I asked that he at least refund me the tip and he didn't even do that. I trusted this company and I'm telling you use them at your own risk. It was a freaking mess I wish there was a way to leave zero starts.
