Worse place Ever, I came here with my friend to have a screen replacement for my iPhone. We were treated very nice by the employee and after the job was done the owner walks in to take the payment. I was checking if everything was working before I walked out the store and the owner says that I'm looking fo trouble. I said just checking if everything is working properly and he said you looking for trouble, I know what you guys are doing look how many tattoos you have. "I hate Brazilians anyways". I said sir I'm also a American citizen you can't talk to me like this. And he said, "I hate Americans I don't give a shit if you are American, I'm god I don't give a shit about you nor my employee, he's just a black guy he doesn't know shit. I brought my max book air in because I spilled coffee on my keyboard. The owner was very informative and helpful. He replaced the whole keyboard with an original and also cleaned out the inside to remove any coffee residue. My keyboard is now working again and my MacBook is like brand new again! You're taking a chance of getting ripped off I went in for a simple screen replacement on 2 phones When I went back 3 days later not only were screens NOT REPLACE BUT my phone was gutted out Meaning the motherboard, power button, both batteries and the strip that hold that click the phone together GONE. I would really like to say that the experience was quick with excellent service. However, it was neither of the two. The 1st issue was the turnaround time which was ridiculously long, not due to issues repairing but rather negligence on the business's part. Josh was really nice, chill. However, it is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the establishment when deadlines are set and ignored. If a phone is ready at 1pm the next day, the customer should have their phone at that time. 2nd issue is the owner being unprofessional and severely rude. Sadly, the man is like a rabid dog. This is not an exaggeration. His frustration with his employees and their work ethic are taken out on patrons rather than discussed with them. He cursed at them, about them, and then at us when discussing the issues with the service. this place was amazing the guy was funny he was making really good jokes he waited after closing for us which we really appreciated he only took 10-15 minutes to do a screen replacement and he did it for a lot lower than most places and he threw in a free screen protector i would recommend this place my only criticism is that is that you have to wait basically outside because there's a desk that blocks you from coming in but i understand because it's not a very good neighborhood but i recommend 9/10 really good service ! read more

I brought my laptop in with a broken charger port that needed replacing. This is a simple fix and usually can be done in a day. I didn't get my laptop back for a solid week and when I did, the charger port was a different size than the original. At this point, they attempted to tell me that my whole problem was because I had been using a charger that was the wrong size as evidenced by the size of this new charger port, then they attempted to sell me a charger they had for $50. So I get the laptop home, and suddenly my audio doesn't work. For days I try everything to fix it, new drivers, restarts, everything. Nothing works. Finally I bring it back in and they try to tell me I must have done something to break the laptop and that since "there's a line" I wouldn't get it back again for 2 full days. My laptop has never had audio issues until these guys got a hold of it. I just walked right back out the door. Not to mention, the guy behind the counter, with whom I had had extensive conversations with before now suddenly seemed to have trouble understanding English. I'm not sure what I expected from a place with a sign on the front door that says "Bring your shit over, we'll fix'em". Never again. read more

These guys have the worst service in all of Marietta. I went to them with a cracked screen iPhone screen, what was returned to me was sooooooo less than. I should have trusted my gut, when my daughter and I went into the shop that wreaked of marijuana, I should have turned around immediately, I knew that either they traffic drugs out of the establishment or they use drugs in the back of the store when customers aren't around. Anyhow, I brought these weirdos a fully functioning phone with a cracked screen, these weirdos returned my phone back to me saying the mother board mysteriously went out hours after I put the phone in their possession... I had cracked the bottom corner of my screen on my Samsung galaxy s4 and was recommended to bring my phone in to this store to get it fixed. The touchscreen was still working fine and I just needed to replace the glass. I brought in my phone and spoke to Josh who was very nice at the time and wrote my information down and had written down blue as the color of my phone. I had noticed that and told him that it was a black phone and he wrote down black instead. I came back after work to pick up my phone only to find out that they had still put a blue screen on after I told them black and the touchscreen was not working properly. I told them that the phone was black and they said that they did not have it in stock and would have to wait for it to come into the store. I asked why they didn't tell me that in the first place and they did not have an answer. I told them that they needed to work on the phone some more because the touchscreen was not working. I sat there for about 30 mins before they handed it back to me and were at a loss as to why the touchscreen was not working and was unable to fix it properly. I was very upset that my phone was in worse condition than before I had brought it in. I told them I would come back when the black screen came in and see if they can fix it better. A few days later my screen got a bubble underneath and I noticed that the screen was not properly placed in my phone and I was able to pop the screen out with my fingernails indicating that it was not properly placed. I noticed that they had put too much adhesive on the bottom and not enough on top so the screen was not flat. I do not recommend anyone to this place as they have no idea what they are doing and they make things worse then they already are and still expect you to pay them money. They are also pretty expensive. These people are criminals. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! read more

I am only giving a 1 star because there is no choice for 0. I would highly suggest you stay away from this business. I took my iPhone for a screen replacement Saturday morning. The guy who initially treated me was nice, Joshua. They told me it will take 45 minutes to fix. After I waited 45 minutes they said because there is some damage to the frame, the job may take another 2 hours, which was ok by me. I go home and call them in 2 hours. They say they are not able to fix the phone-- which is ok-- and I need to pick it up and that they are open till 7 pm-- which is also what their website says. I show up there at 6 and they have closed shop. They didn't respond to multiple messages I left them so I was without a phone all weekend. I take time off work to get to the store on Monday morning at 10 am-- which is the time they are supposed to open based on website information. The store is closed. They didn't open until after 12:30 pm, when after multiple phone calls I was able to get someone on the phone. The person who picks up the phone gets me to the owner who is the only one apparently who has a say over store hours. In response to my complaint about the above circumstances he says "who are you to tell me what time I am opening or closing my store" and hangs up the phone on me. No joke. I show up at the store and the owner has left. The front desk person, Joshua, is there who has the audacity to tell me that the owner wanted to charge me $29 for the diagnostics even though the phone was not fixed, but "he will pay the &29 on my behalf" since I have been upset about this. Claims the owner who hung up the phone on me is unavailable to talk to me. Needless to say, horrible experience. STAY AWAY. read more
