When I first arrived there was 1 employee who did not acknowledge my arrival while I waited for him to finish with another customer. Waited 5-10 minutes. Got quote for my iPhone 12 Pro back screen repair for 190. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it was now $210 because he thought it was a iphone12 pro max. Had my iPad screen repaired here and presented a Yelp Coupon for $10 to which the owner "a man"just stood there looking at the coupon which he showed a lady in the back who nodded "it's ok to use it"??? (U should know about any legit offers being circulated about your business) but he honored the $10 coupon and I'm glad I got the discount because the screen they repaired on my iPad is separating and doesn't appear to be the right size for my model iPad and the shaded area covers my selfie camera now. I dropped by the Smyrna location for a port cleaning and other problems with my older iphone. The problem ws solved in a matter of minutes. As I was leaving, I asked if there was a way to back up my phone data to my computer to avoid the recurring extra storage fee to Apple. Lee recognized that I am not tech savy and went to the back and printed simple, step by step, instructions about how to do just that. I went to irepairit in March during the start of quarantine, they never closed. I cracked my (work) laptop screen!! what to do, what to do??!! My husband told me about them because he had been to them to check his cell battery. I called to check the hours, they open at 10am, they would need to order the screen, which was fine, I would need to pay 50% down, unfortunaly they do not take cards over the phone. It was up the street so I went there, they have spaces marked out front for distancing and chairs for waiting and a half plexi glass in the door, so no entering. They have a table right next to the door with cleaning supplies. They took my info (name, number, email) and I put your card in the card reader (they also take cash), I signed the ipad and they gave me hand sanitizer and they wiped their credit card reader and ipad down. I recieved a call, a day and a half later, my screen was in. I took it up there, left it with them, about 2 hours later, got a text, a call and an email, my laptop was ready. I went through the same process to pay the remaining balance with an option to tip. They gave me hand sanitizer and wiped down my device before handing it over. My laptop screen is better than the one I had!!! They fix iphones, ipads, laptops, batteries, do diagnostics, and sell accessories. If you have something your not sure about call and ask. I've been an iPhone user for years and have never had more than a scratch or two, that is until recently. My phone fell from my pocket unto the concrete and that was all it took. My screen cracked like an eggshell! I immediately searched on yelp for the top iPhone repair places and started calling around. I got some good quotes but it wasn't until I called iRepair that I got the most friendly and accommodating person who answered all my questions and was so inviting that he won me over and I immediately drove to see them. I found the place very easily and inside the shop was clean and comfortable with a flat screen tv and magazines to read while you wait. But the thing is, they don't really come into play because irepair's service is so quick that it took the employee only 10mins to fix my phone. The whole time he worked, we chatted effortlessly and he was really nice which always helps and leads to me refer my friends who may end up in the same unfortunate situation as me. The price wasn't bad compared to everyone else I called, I'd say they fell in the middle to the low side. However, they also offer a yelp coupon which I gratefully took advantage of. They do have cases and various accessories available for sale and they recommended I purchased tempered glass to cover my screen which I did but I ordered it online for a better deal. IPhone worked perfectly fine for the last 3 years I've had it. I cracked it and got it fixed here. Now my phone overheats and malfunctions anytime I put it on charger. I've tried 4 different chargers now between my chargers that CAME with my phone and chargers in my car. I took it back and they tried to gaslight me saying it was my fault. I'm not doing anything different than I have in the last 3 years. The phone screens are not apple approved either which is more than likely the reason why this malfunction has happened to my phone. I went to the Smyrna location to see whether they could repair my 6th generation Ipod. I was immediatley greeted by Lee. Amazing, she knew what my problem was before I could even mention what the problem was. She explained step by step what was happening to my device. Then explained exactly what the repair would entail. She told me the price and when it would be completed, and explained step by step what they would do. I was floored at her overall demeanor and knowledge. She told me it would be 3 days and it would be ready. Lee made me feel so comfortable, I left the device and hoped I had made the right decision. You know, giving up a personal device like a phone, computer or a Ipod is like giving your kids to strangers, you always have some apprehension. Well 2 days later, she called and told me my device was done and could be picked up. My device is all better and I am so happy. Lee also explained some preventative maintenance. I had an issue with an IPhone 6 Plus and these guys were they only ones to solve it. Phone was starting up and immediately switching to a blue screen after booting up. Took it the Apple Store and 2 other 3rd party repair shops and all of them said that the phone had to be replaced and there was motherboard damage. Brought it here and they said it looks like that's the problem but did full restore and software update and now the phone works as good as new. They seem to be using some cheap glass for the iPhone screen. Had a cracked screen , so went to replace it. It was cheaper by $50. I wished I had gone to Apple. The replaced the screen expediently and they take walk -ins. The screen did not seem to be the same quality as original thought. It seemed to have some slight blueish tint that incorrectly was displaying the colors. I am a photographer so I noticed cool look to my photos right away. I could live with that. Today, I had a drop and it did not seem like a bad drop however the screen cracked again. I probably dropped by original phone many times before it cracked. So, I think they are not using authentic screen when replacing it. Go to Apple. read more

I was worried about getting it repaired as I'm about to leave town for a week and couldn't stand the thought of her being without a phone while i'm traveling. I called and spoke with a gentleman who made sure I had the right address and went over pricing and everything with me. When I arrived there was a bit of a wait and with good reason. Every 5 star rating on here is deserved! I dropped my phone (iPhone 6) on my kitchen floor on a Saturday morning and shattered the screen. The LED screen was still fine and working, but the glass fracture made the screen unreadable. Love this place, but hope to not have to come back! I've owned so many iPhones and never even scratched on... until last night. :-/ Shattered the screen on my 6s Plus. I hopped on line immediately to see what my options were. Since I don't have Apple Care, but do have an insurance policy through Verizon, it was going to be $199 to file a claim and I'd be without a phone for 3-5 days, so I decided to find someplace local. This place had great reviews and I loved that I could schedule an appointment. I walked right in at my scheduled time. They said it would take about 30 minutes. He came out before the 30 minutes was up to let me know it was going to be a bit longer because after he replaced the screen, he noticed it was defective and needed to replace it again. He came back 20 minutes later & put a tempered glass protector on it, at no charge, for my "inconvenience". (I was just grateful to have a place open on a Sunday!)
