I used this company back in 2020 and he was vert quick came out and fixed my iPhone SX front screen. So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! Your response to my post about your company shows right there that you truly are a piece of shit I mean most businesses ask the person how they could've made their experience better bot not you. You already know you are a piece of work and you'll just about do whatever you have to do to get a sale and if someone has an issue with your work you are 'too busy' to come back and look at the work you did but if they have something else their wanting to pay for you'll be right there. Dropped my iPhone and broke the screen. I called and within less than an hour Tom was at my house 10 minutes I had a new screen and screen protector. I called to expess how they didnt fix my screen when placing it on there because now I have a fat ass circle around all my pictures when I take them because the screen wasnt placed on top of the camera correctly. On top of that I cant even stay on my phone for longer than 10 mins & it would shut off and restart. The man on the phone got hella aggressive stating how he's BEEN fixing screens for years (WHICH HE SUCK AT IT) instead of hearing me. Thomas's service was so good! I put in a request through the form on his website late at night and he got back to me first thing the next morning. I really appreciated that he reached out to me via email as well as I couldn't reply through call/text since my phone wasn't working. Aside from his great communication, he was also so quick to fix my phone! The touch screen wasn't working on my iphone13 and I couldn't get into my phone no matter what I tried. Literally in like 10 minutes he fixed my phone right there in his van (I was able to see the whole process) and so far, so good! He even put on a screen protector for me for free! Great experience with Ian! As soon as I submitted a request for quote, I heard from him. I had to coordinate being able to get home from work and it was after 4:00 pm. Ian let me know when he was on the way. I had a miscue with my son who was also coming from work and had the iPhone that needed repair. Ian patiently waited an extra 20 minutes. I have ANOTHER UPDATE : I decided to give Thomas another shot at fixing one of my iPads. I needed a replacement screen. I got it back and the next day and the screen it's lifting up In many places and cracking. I contacted him about this and he basically called me a liar with out saying I was lying and he as raising his voice. Claiming the last person who replaced my screen did a horrible job and they spend 45 mins removing the old glue. Sorry but no one has replaced my screen before or I would of went back to them. He refuses to do any thing about it and told me to put super glue on the lifting screen. Never will I go back to this company.. read more

Requested camera lens repair for an iPhone 13 (pro max was not an option). Tech came and only had one lens, 2 were needed. Paid the $84 for the one lens, and was told in one sitting it is usually $40 for each additional lens, but to come back out it would be $60 for the second lens. Reached out asking about why 2 lenses were not in the truck when I requested an iPhone 13 lens repair, which at minimum has 2 lens (pro max has 3-I had 2 broken) and below is the exchange, I was called a "Karen" and have never in my life received a reply like this when reaching out to a company. Beware!!! Used this company to repair my screen on iPhone 11. They quoted $130 for the repair but when the guy was done he charged me $148. I didn't complain, I just paid the amount. First I kept getting a error message from Apple saying that my screen was fixed incorrectly and with an unauthorized screen. I still get that message across my phone every time I power it off. Than 30 days later my screen goes white, Apple says they can't repair it because I had an unauthorized repair on the phone. I called this company back to tell them I need it repaired and they tell me it'll cost another $130. So I will never use this company again. read more

My daughter told me my Ipad wouldn't charge and wouldn't turn on so I took it to them and they immediately looked at it and said nothing was wrong they were able to turn it on and it was charging, it must be my cord I was using so instead of taking it in and charging me something they were honest and looked at it immediately. Horrible service. At first, I was impressed by the response time. Upon meeting to give him my phone, my 1-2 hour quote time got changed to a 4-5 hour quote time. But I also work in customer service, so I shrugged it off as "sh*t happens!" However, when I got my phone back, my volume button wasn't working. I reached out 30 mins after getting it back asking him to meet me again to fix my phone, as having a phone stuck on "loud" mode is very inconvenient for me. Needless to say, it's been 2 months later... and my phone is still stuck on max volume. I've reached out him at least 3x a week since the "repair"requesting to meet me and fix my phone - only to have him pawn me off by saying the "part to fix it isn't in yet" Needless to say, I way would've rather had the back screen on my phone cracked and SAVED $180 then to deal with this nightmare of a business! Again, I work customer service as well, and have been MORE than understanding. But now, I just feel robbed of $180 - I can tell he has no intention of fixing my phone, as he won't even answer my calls/texts at this point. Yesterday I set my phone down on a bench, obviously too close to the edge and of course it fell and of course it landed like a peanut butter toast, pb side down, so to speak.
