My daughter made three trips to Hiram with a phone that they could not find the parts for to fix. (Galaxy Note 9) We were without a phone for several days and made three 45 minute trips to Hiram before finally giving up and getting the broken phone back. The problems don't stop there. Paid up front in cash over $300.00 and when we finally gave up there was not enough cash in the store so the money had to be credited to a card. The next day we drove all the way to another store who did not have a problem getting parts (45 minutes away) and guess what?! They money was not credited yet so we could not leave the phone. The card did not work. Anticipating another trip if the money ever actually appears on the card. Very stressful situation, hard to do things this day and age without a phone. Sad for my daughter because she does not have her phone fixed yet. Do not recommend this to anyone. read more

Had a screen replaced 2 weeks ago. The screen only works sometimes, and now the phone randomly shuts off and turns back on. Was told by them the battery is no the issue. The phone did not do this at all before they replaced the cracked screen. We have been using them for years for new screens, battery replacements, and new internal power cord. I just now noticed that my battery says "service" now in the setting which it did not say this morning or last night when i checked to see if I had battery issues. I am so dissapointed with them right now. They also didn't put my tempered glass back on today. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ....This is my 3rd screen malfunction upon me arriving with the screen protector slightly cracked in no way To do with me having the same problem I've had when my phone initially got repaired as well as the replacement under warranty not even a week later I see why they offer a 90 day warranty to replace their product I pay over 100 dollars for them to maybe give me an cheap alternative lcd for iPhone only for it to fail I show up Still under warranty to address the guy with the same issue I've had before pertaining to my screen it freezes while using phone I have to lock my phone and unlock it for it to unfreeze the guy notices my screen protector cracked and tells me I would have to buy another screen so I addressed him accordingly knowing his tactic to make additional money to void warranty for an issue I've had already with these more than likely cheap overseas lcds they order to their store from another source I thanked him for giving me the run around and I will be taking my money else where if you don't want your phone to malfunction and they back out of their warranty from spending over 100 plus dollars I highly suggest ubreakifix I've used them for a previous repair ... My daughter and I both cracked our iPhone 6 plus took both phones here to replace screen only took an hour. Not even a month 3 weeks both our screens started lifting, I called and guy recommended I could snap it back down, we were scared something would get underneath it. I went to pop mine down and screen cracked like a road map. They won't replace it due to cracked screen, wasted $80 dollars. I don't know if the guy I talked to was being lazy not wanting me to bring it in or what but he should've known not to advise anyone to do that! UGH read more
