Sukru and his associate have been exceptionally courteous and helpful each of the several times I have used their service to repair and upgrade my computers. They are very knowledgeable and patient. Sukru connected to the ATT help line for me from his shop and got an annoying email problem fixed immediately. A number of tricky steps were involved. This shop has a lot of positive reviews here so I decided to give them a chance. I took laptop here for a basic repair. Sukru was very rude over the phone as well as in person. When it was time to pick my laptop up, it was missing a key from the keyboard! When I questioned Sukru about it, you would think he would try to make amends with a discount or replace the button free of charge. But, his first response was "it was like this when you brought it to me." This clearly wasn't the case as I used the laptop earlier that day and it had ALL the buttons. I didn't want to waste my time arguing with him as it was clear he did not care about customer service. Beware: the positive reviews of this place here on Yelp are bogus! They obviously paid some company to put them up... If you need actual computer repair, don't go to Trend Tech Solutions in Decatur. Go to http://ubreakifix.com instead. These guys are friendly, fast, and take customer service serious. **EDIT** So, they found my key... figures! When I went to pick it up, Ming was awesome... Would give zero if I could. Just went into this store to make a return. Receipt says nothing about return policy, and the website says you have 7 days to return a product. I am within the seven day return policy time frame, and was refused a refund for a charger that does not work. I was offered store credit which is nowhere listed on the store policies on their website, and I don't want that. My first and last visit to this store. Our main computer died on us a couple of weeks ago. No surprise there - they daily abuse from the kids, who play games on it and do "power point" presentations may have been too much for it. I called Trend Technology simply because they are conveniently located on N Decatur and Clairmont, and they said it sounded like a power supply issue. I took it in and in 10 minutes it was working again. They had 3 different power supply options - cheapest was about $40, the next one was about $60 and they had a more expensive one too. I went for the middle of the road option. The labor was $69. Much cheaper than buying a new computer and a fair price for the parts and quick problem solution. I plan to take it back to upgrade from Vista to an operating system that actually works. They do everything - hardware, software, upgrades, etc. read more
